I blushed at myself in the mirror, examining the way Ashtons shirt hung almost to my knees. I loved the thought of wearing something he'd worn. I did however feel bad that he'd gone home without a shirt. Hed been taking bits of ny soul, but something about it made me kind of happy. I liked the connection it gave us. Or at least I thought I did. I wasn't really sure of the exact reason I liked it.
I jumped when I looked in the mirror to see Ashton standing in the doorway.
"You look nice" he whispered. I smiled and fumbled with the hem of the shirt
"Thank you" I replied. He smiled and approached me, placing a hand on my waist and using the other to push my hair away from my neck. He Inhaled deeply and grazed his nose over my skin
"Your soul smells so pretty" he whispered, sneaking his hand to graze the skin under my shirt. I couldn't help but shiver at the contact.
"Thank you?" It came out as a question. He placed a kiss on the bit where my neck met my shoulder and moved his lips to brush over my ear.
"May I have a taste?" He asked. I looked at him through the mirror
"How?"
"I could take it through your memories.."
"Or?"
"Or your blood"
"Like a vampire?" He snorted.
"Hardly. I don't even take the actual blood. Its just the best way to access your soul. Its right bwhind your heart" he said, tapping a finger on my chest. I closed my eyes lightly
"Okay do it."
"Do What?"
"Take some through my... through my blood" I felt his smile touch my neck before a ripping pain was felt in my neck. I let out a cry but he clamped a hand over my mouth. I opened my eyes and saw him in the mirror. He looked terrifying. His teeth were long and sharp and his hands had grown to talons. He seemed at least a foot tallwr and his skin was about three shades paler. I began to get dizzy and tapped on his hand
"'Shton, 'Shton 'top" I begged, my voice muffled from under his hand, but he didn't.
