(scene opens to the bottom of the sea revealing Moby & McSquidly stuck in the Moby Mobile while Hex is beside them on the outside of the vessel)
Moby: (sighs) I can't believe we're stuck here!
Hex: Be glad I enchanted your ride to endure the depth at least until you back on the surface!
Moby: Thank you for doing that Hex, I thought we'd find good parts this deep!
Hex: You'd find deep sea life, whale falls, etc.!
Moby: Hold on what was the second one?
Hex: Whale falls?
Moby: (nods) What are those?
Hex: Just when a wall dies they sink and might wind up down here! (looks over finding one) Like that one! (points to it)
Moby: (notices) (shivers) Spooky!
Hex: Fair enough! (looks around) It is kinda spooky down here!
(green tentacles appear grabbing the whale fall pulling into the darkness)
Moby: (worried) What was that?
Hex: (unsure) I'm not sure! (worried) I hope they don't hunt magic pups! (nervous gulp)
Moby: (worried) Or Mer-pups and squids!
Sound: (chewing)
Moby: What's that sound?
Hex: Sounds like something chewing! Must be the whale fall being eaten! (worried) I hope!
(the slightly eaten whale fall is put back having lost some meat after being pulled away)
Hex: Must've had enough whale fall and now coming for us!
(five different colored glowing eyes approach them)
Moby: (scared screams) Don't eat us!
Female voice: Why would we do something like that, we're not cruel monsters!
Hex: Who's there?
(the purple eyes come toward the lit area revealing to be a creature that looks like a mixture of dragon and kraken pup)
Hex: Who or what are you?
Unknown female pup: Pardon me sweeties, we didn't mean to scare you! I'm Plum and this is my family Cherry, Delta, Daisy, and my husband Rusty! (the other four swim over to the lit area)
Moby: What kind of pup are you?
Plum: (nervously) Um?
Hex: (concerned) You okay Plum?
Plum: (sighs) We're Cthulhu pups, the last of our kind since the others were hunted to extinction since people feared us!
Hex and Moby: (shocked gasps) How come?
Plum: (sighs) We're able to control the minds of others temporarily or long as we'd like with no harm!
Hex: (shrugs) I've got no problem with mind controlling since a friend told me that magic pups were just impossible to mind control and those reinforced by the elemental brawlers are basically impossible!
Moby: Wait, you can control others?
Plum: (shyly nods) We're also telepathic and we perfect using it to read minds which helps us hunt!
Moby: (worried) (hugs McSquidly) Hunt what?
Rusty: (chuckles) We're like normal pups but also scavenge any food sources we can find!
Plum: (realizes) (to Hex) How are you breathing underwater and surviving this pressure, sweetie?
Hex: Oh that, I'm a genie pup!
Plum: (eyes widen) Genie pup?
Hex: (concerned) Do you have a problem with them?
Rusty: (shakes head) One of the past queens was the one who advised us to hide in the deep sea, most politely refused her suggestion but both of our parents played it safe and raised their children down here!
Plum: But all the others were killed for being declared trouble since they could enslave the human race, but we only took control of the minds for difficult prey! We're also able to spit out globs and clouds of ink to make escapes!
Moby: Ooh!
Hex: I know you probably wouldn't wanna do this, but would you like to come to the surface with me?
Plum: (unsure) I'm not sure sweetie?
Hex: Just so I know...
Plum: (smiles) We've got good hearts but are very lonely in this deep dark solitude!
Sound: (footsteps)
Plum: (eyes widen) Someone's down here!
Moby: Wait, there's something else down here?
Mason's voice: Ahoy Hex!
Hex: (realizes) Mason!
Mason: (walks over wearing a yeti crab suit) Hi girl! (hugs Hex)
Hex: Aww, good seeing you down here! (hugs Mason while making sure not to touch the deactivation button)
Moby: Mason, any chance you could help a pup outta here?
Mason: I'd say a weather balloon can raise you up! (looks over finding a bottle in a dead whale's mouth) Hold on! (walks over and pulls out the bottle) Might be something interesting!
Plum: (swims over) Hex, who is this?
Hex: Mason's a trusted friend to my family and many other genie pups!
Plum: Ooh!
Mason: Say Hex, mind doing a little inflation?
Hex: Aye aye! (to Plum's family) Please guys, times have changed!
Mason: (nods) You're more than welcome to join us!
Cherry: (to Plum) Mom?
Plum: (unsure) I guess there's no harm in joining, but just in case there's danger we're diving back to the abyssal zone!
(Mason and Hex nod understandingly to the Cthulhu pups)
(scene changes to an inflated Hex emerges from the water with Mason who has the Cthulhu pups on him while using on yeti crab claw to hold onto Hex's foot and the other onto the Moby mobile)
Mason: (concerned) You okay Hex? Sorry about the pinch!
Hex: (giggles) All good, might need my foot checked later!
Mason: (nods) (notices Junk Island) I see Junk Island ahead of us!
(scene changes to the group on Junk Island where Moby is kissing the island)
Moby: (happily) Dry land above water, I'm so happy to see you! (kisses the ground)
(the Cthulhu pups eyes slowly adjust to the lights)
Mason: (concerned) You pups okay?
Plum: (nods) It'll be awhile until our eyes magically adjust to the surface!
Mason: (nods understandable) (deactivates his yeti crab suit)
(scene changes to later at a Magic Paw Inn/Arena where Hex has her foot bandaged by Venus)
Venus: (chuckles) Interesting idea to help Moby get out of the darkest part of the sea!
Mason: Sorry about leaving a mark on her leg, Venus!
Venus: I know it wasn't on purpose, plus we're fast healers! Plus we look out for each other like family! (nuzzles Mason)
Mason: (hugs Venus) Aww, I can agree with you on that girl!
Venus: (looks at the Cthulhu pups) So what breed are these pups?
Plum: We understand if you don't like us, but we're Cthulhu pups!
Venus: Hm? I read about your kind in one of Mason's tomes of infinite knowledge! It said your kind had mind control powers but you kind never took advantage of anybody but one man started rumors of you planning to enslave all races and they bought his lies! But once they assumed you all died then it ended since nobody could find any more poor Cthulhu pups!
Plum: (nods)
Venus: Would you like a hug dear?
Plum: (shyly) Maybe a little?
Venus: (walks over giving Plum a hug)
Plum: (blushes and smiles upon receiving the hug) It's kinda nice to share a nice hug!
Rusty: (nods) We never got any except from each other for comfort!
Mason: (reveals the same bottle he found in the whale's mouth and opens it revealing it to be a scroll for creation Cthulhu pups) Whoa! Looks like I found a scroll for making Cthulhu pups like you guys! I'll send it to be mass produced! (teleports it away by putting it into his satchel)
Cherry: What'd I say?
Mason: (explains the ingredients)
Plum: (rubs the tentacles on her head) My word!
Mason: Can you tentacles regenerate?
Plum: (nods) They can and we can heal from just about anything, but we don't exactly like when someone threatens us!
Mason: You know pups, I'd be more than happy to help with the mind control thing!
Cthulhu pups: (surprised) You can?
Mason: If you'd like I can disable the mind control thing!
Plum: (unsure) Would it hurt?
Venus: Nope! (curiously) But if you don't wanna do it, we'd understand!
Mason: (nods understandable) (gently hugs Plum)
Plum: (surprised) Oh! (embraces Mason's hug then nuzzles him)
Mason: (gently cradles Plum in his arms) I should mention my family are immune to mind control!
Rusty: (surprised) They are?
Mason: (nods) I'd be more than happy to come back with us to my multiverse!
Plum: (surprised) You'd do that?
Mason: (nods)
Cherry, Delta, and Daisy: (affectionately hug Mason) (to Plum) Please mommy?
Plum: (looks at Mason) If you'd be okay with it?
Mason: (nods) It'd be no trouble at all!
Venus: Allow me! (opens a temporary portal)
Mason: Thanks Venus!
(scene changes sometime later in Mason's realm where all five Cthulhu pups currently getting massages from Mason's daughter Spa)
Plum: (touched and happily) (to Spa) Dear, you're a miracle worker!
Spa: Aww, you're welcome Plum! It's nice having another family of magic pups move in and call our multiverse home!
Mason: (walks in) How are you pups doing?
Plum: (thankful) Mason, my family and I are very thankful that your vast family kindly adopted us!
Mason: (pets Plum and her family) We're happy to adopt you Cthulhu pups as well!
Rusty: Also your arenas are quite impressive, we could learn a thing or two about combat if we wanna defend ourselves!
Mason: Just ask if you ever wanna spare against me or one of my millions of fighters!
Rusty: (nods)
Mason: So besides mind control, do you Cthulhu pups have other powers?
Plum: We're stretchy, can use telepathically, generate ink with our mouths or... (shyly) behinds, plus we occasionally store stuff in our bodies without worrying about digesting particular stuff!
Mason: (hugs the Cthulhu pups) At least you know you found a nice place to call home where nobody is really affected or bothered that your kind can control minds!
Cthulhu pups: (smiles and nods) Home!
Mason: Have fun pups! (lets them resume their massages)
Plum: (smiles) I think our family and kind have found a place where we can belong!
Others: (nods)
