Eren had forced you to burrow the two of you a way out of the underground prison, Eren hadn't been lying. At least ten soldiers waited outside for him
You had gone to walk off to the side while they made a report, but three of them aimed their guns your way
Eren: Seal it off
(Y/n): dammit
You had planned to leave it open. The hardening at the entrance was made to be extremely brittle, so Jean and that could chase after
Eren: Collapse the tunnel
Having no choice, you send spikes through the ground, causing the area around to rumble under foot. If that didn't get anyone's attention, then you had no other options
Eren peered at you before walking off his people followed after none looked at you because while you weren't chained, they knew you were a prisoner for Eren to play with
It scared you the amount of power Eren had gained, and with the weakening of your own powers, you weren't sure if the two of you fought
You'd come out alive like last time.
By Shadis angry face, where had this weakness come from?
You remembered a time when you'd kill entire armies alone, end the life of any scout who faced you, you are (y/n) Tybur no no, that's not right
(Y/n) Tybur had been a tool, a killing machine one with no connections or feelings. That had been your strength, absolute confidence, knowing that your life meant nothing, and losing it held no fear to you
Now now it was different. You didn't want to die. You had others you wanted to see live you wanted Historia to live
You were weak now because you cared
(Y/n)thoughts: No!
No, never, Historia had been a burden she was purpose, and to ever see her as a hindrance was a crime of the greatest sin
You weren't weak. Historia didn't make you weak. The issue here was that you were too stupid to realise what strength those connections gave you.
Walking silently after Eren, your heart came to a stop as you reached a clearing on a hill where more people under Eren had been waiting there were so many if Eren didn't have an army of his own then you were a Marleyan
(Y/n): How, how long have you been planning this?
Floch: silent Hammer, you do not speak unless spoken too
Oh, this idiot how he became Erens right hand, was out of your mindset it didn't make any sense, Floch reminded you off a rat king how Eren trusted someone like that was insane
Eren: Floch choose a squad to escort (y/n) to the meeting point his presence will only get in the way
Floch: As you wish, Eren
From the many men and women, ten stepped forward and surrounded you
Floch: What should we do if he transforms
His pissed off face didn't change as Eren looked at me
Eren: he's no threat (y/n) has lost his powers. If he transformed, he'd be so weak anyone could kill him
Spitting on his boots, you sneered at Floch as his people led you away from Eren
They still didn't restrain you their trust in Eren must be great. Lucky for them, he was right. Having just dug that tunnel had almost knocked you out
Your powers were so weak that it hurt like no pain you'd ever felt before. Ever since your chains broke, your powers had been growing weaker and weaker no matter what you did
Man: I can't believe we have to escort a former shifter
Woman: I wouldn't say that our prisoner here has killed more men and women that any of us
Looking at the woman, something didn't seem right. Had you met her before?
No, you didn't know any woman with shortcut hair other than Mikasa, but the way she moved and didn't have a single misstep along the uneven dirt shot red flags in your mind.
Chatter ended for hours as the sun finally set, and your escorts decided to make camp where you were heading. It was pretty obvious there was only one thing in this direction Shiganshina now why would they take you there?
Woman: Hey, Prisoner, you need to eat
A brown loath of something landed in your lap, which you happily went to take a bite of
(Y/n): This taste...
You knew this taste as well as the back of your hand. Anything you cooked tasted like this. This Brownie was one of yours, but how had she gotten her hands on it
Your thought process was interrupted as her boot crushed your shoulder, forcing you into a tree
Woman: Hey, anyone else want a turn?
Man: No, you go ahead. Just don't break him
Leaning down, she slapped the bronze from your hand as her face met yours
You had never stared into those eye's before properly, but they held such depth of unbending intent
Woman: You are so weak, losing your chains to the Tyburs, and what's left a shrivelled corpse
(Y/n): Oh shut up, gah!
A fist met your stomach
Woman: What even were those chains? A prison a feeling? Tell me?
(Y/n): they were gah!
Another fist came
Woman: What are your chains
(Y/n): they were ah!
Two fists this time
It hurt what did she want what answer would stop this pain. My how you'd fallen wanting such simple pain to end
Woman: Where does your strength come from?
(Y/n): it gah!
Every time you spoke, she slammed another fist into you
Woman: Where does your strength come from?
(Y/n): What strength can't you see how weak I am!?
Swinging a boot up, she kicked you right in the jaw and sent you flying only to continue stomping you down
Woman: Tell me, (y/n) Tybur by the end of the day what, are your chains!?
Coughing up blood, you stared at Linda as tears reached the corners of her eyes. No matter how hard you fought it, you and her had a bond she'd always find you
A bond...
Grabbing her boot, your muscles tensed as golden lightning covered you, and Linda fell away
Man: the hell!
Nine soldiers charged you weapons ready
(Y/n): Historia
From the ground, a chain exploded out, wrapping around a soldiers throat and throwing them in the air
(Y/n): Armin
Another chain grew from the ground, wrapping another soldier by the ankle and slamming them into a tree, breaking their spine
(Y/n): Jean
More chains wrapped around a female soldiers waist and dragged her underground, screaming her weapons scattered on the floor
(Y/n): Conny
From a tree, chains exploded, grabbing a soldiers wrist and yanking him to the tree, pinning him there as they wrapped around him and the tree with such pressure. The tree shattered
(Y/n): Mikasa
From between a soldiers feet, chains formed around their thighs and threw them into air, slamming them over and over again into the ground
(Y/n): and all those that care for me, my chains are my bonds as long as they care I will never lose, I will always come back to them because I am (y/n) Tybur a falling Hammer held up by his friends
The remainder soldiers didn't stand a chance as chains pulled them limb from limb, leaving only you and Linda standing over a pile of corpses
Bowing on one knee, Linda looked up at you
Linda: it's good to have you back
(Y/n): Eren wanted to take me to Shiganshina. Well, I'll play his game, but from now one I'm doing it my way
Standing Linda began to follow after you as you made your way to Shiganshina on foot
(Y/n): How'd you find me?
Linda: Easy. I knew Eren would want to keep an asset like you, so I infiltrated his people
(Y/n): All right, one last thing
Your body tensed as you stopped in your tracks, forcing Linda to stand behind her breathing growing ever so slightly heavier
(Y/n): Linda, how long
Linda: How long what?
(Y/n): How long have you wanted to kill me
Linda: I'm not sure what you mean
Turning, you expected her to attempt to stab you, but she only offered you her weapon
(Y/n): You never looked me in the eyes before, but I saw it when you finally did
She let out a sigh as a small amount of rain began to fall over the two you
Linda: Nearly a decade Master
That was odd. You didn't even know Linda that long ago
Linda: Around a decade ago, my father was summoned to assist the Tyburs with something he told me not to wait for him that night, but I wanted to meet the famous Tyburs, so I secretly followed him
She was shaking as she still offered you her weapons
Linda: he and three others led a child into a dark room where he was ordered to kill the four soldiers, as the child killed the other three my father huddled in a corner and prayed to God before the child chocked him to death with chains
You remembered that day the day you had inherited the Warhammer, those soldiers had no idea that was their last day
Linda: After that, I hated you and spied on you practising so I could kill you with my own hands, but the more I watched you, all I ever felt was pity growing in my hate
Linda's weapons fell to the floor as she could barely stand
Linda: I became an expert in reading you, and one night, you brought another Warrior home for the night, and I heard what she was told as my dagger held above your throat, I couldn't do it so I left Marley for years
(Y/n): and became an assassin
Linda: Yes, and then a job went wrong, and a monk was about to split my head open when a figure came out nowhere, and using scalpels sliced the monks' heart out. I looked up, and while you had a disguise, I knew who you were. The man I hated more than anything had just saved my life, but you were no longer the child who happily killed my dad
Raising her head, Linda looked you her eyes were full of tears so thick that they were obvious in the rain
Linda: I decided to follow you and see how you changed and if these changes finally let me avenge my father but they weren't you were a good person who wanted to end his own life and I love the kind of person you are
Moving forward, you pull Linda into a hug as she cries into your shoulder
Linda: I fell in love with the man who killed my father. I hated myself, but the more I learnt and the more good you did, my devotion only grew stronger
Finally, she fell silent as you held her in your arms it was silent, but there was an understanding that neither of you wanted to voice.
You would never love Linda like you do, Historia
And they accepted that all Linda wanted was to be near you

Hello hello my dear readers I've been reading all your comments and asking for another chapter which I've been trying to do for so long this is the first draft of this that I actually felt satisfied with although its alot shorter then normal
And yes, I had Linda planned from Chapter 1 when you killed her dad
Why do you think I gave him a tiny bit more detail than the others I could have just had, You follow the orders to a T, but I didn't no (y/n) disobeyed orders when killing him
I just love the taboo here
Linda loves her fathers killer, who she still holds murderous intent too and he cares for her, but his heart is already taken by someone else
I worked so hard on this and really hope you like it, along with returning your powers ever since the chains broke and you almost died
So, as always, have a nice day and see your next chapter, my dear readers
Please keep commenting. They really light up my day.
