*Charli POV*

"I think I'm in love with you."

"You... I- what?" his eyes widened in shock, staring into mine. "I don't know if I heard you right."

"You heard me perfectly fine, Harry," I bite down on my lip slightly, feeling the blush creeping onto my face.

"You... Really?"

"Really. I'm in love with you, Harry. I don't know what took me so long to realize it, but it makes so much sense to me."

"Charli... are you sure? I don't want you to say it just because I did. You and I both know how I feel, but I don't want you to feel forced into anything we have baby, and-"

"I'm positive Harry. It's scary. But I know that I love you," I leaned forward and met him in a kiss. He stayed still for a few seconds before pulling me on top of him and gently kissing me back. I pulled away shortly after, and looked down at him, the biggest smile on my face, "Harry, I so mean it."

"You have no clue how long I've waited to hear you say those words, Charli," he murmured softly. I couldn't hide my happiness, as I leaned in and gave him a peck.

"What was that song you were working on?" I asked quietly, my lips brushing softly against his while my eyes flick over to the guitar case.

His face lit up in excitement, but his cheeks flushed red, "Oh, just something I've been dabbling with. Why?"

"Can you play it for me? It sounded beautiful..." I spoke lowly.

"Really?" his smile brightened as I moved off of his chest and watched him sit up. I nodded and watched as he reached for the guitar. "It's not a full song, so don't judge, okay? It's just a chorus, I don't know where to go from that."

"I'm not going to judge you, Harry," I assured, watching him grab his notebook, setting it down next to him with a pen on top. "I never have."

"Okay, go easy on me," he smiled and started strumming the guitar. I closed my eyes and listened, a smile on my face the entire time.

We're only getting older baby, and I been thinking about it lately, does it ever drive you crazy, just how fast the night changes?

I felt the tears welling in my eyes as he continued singing. He's only ever sung me a few covers of songs; never sitting down and singing like this to me. I'm so appreciative of him opening up to me in this way.

Everything that you've ever dreamed of, disappearing when you wake up, but there's nothing to be afraid of, even when the night changes. It will never change, baby, it will never change me and you.

The tears I had been holding back were now flowing freely down my cheeks, and I wiped furiously at them in an attempt to hide it. I laid my arms across my face to cover the redness I know is evident in my eyes. I laid in silence, attempting to regulate my breathing some.

"Can I play you another one, baby?" Harry asked with pure happiness in his tone.

I nodded moved my hands away, watching as he flipped through a few pages in his book, before stopping and smoothing out the sheets. He started playing a new song, more upbeat than the last one, and I felt a smile pop up on my face.

My heart, your heart, sits tight like bookends. Pages between us written with no end. So many words we're not saying. Don't wanna wait 'til it's gone. You make me strong.

I continued to lie silently, grabbing hold onto a pillow and squeezing it.

I'm sorry if I say I need you. But I don't care; I'm not scared of love. 'Cause when I'm not with you I'm weaker. Is that so wrong? Is it so wrong, that you make me strong?

My breathing was definitely now erratic, and I was having a hard time catching my breath through the sobs. I covered myself with the pillow and let go, crying into it. It smelled strongly of Harry, and I inhaled deeply, sobbing even harder into it.

He strummed one final time, and shifted on the end of the mattress. My body shook while I continued to cry, hiding myself from Harry.

There was a clunking noise, and then and mattress shifted again as he lay down beside me, "Niall and I have been working on some at night. You girls would sleep, and we'd head into the back yard and just work on songs. We have so many good ones, babe."

"That's awesome!" I tried to sound happy through the tears, but I knew he wouldn't fall for it. A hand wrapped around my waist, pulling me closer to his body.

"Was it that bad Char?"

"No," I mumbled through the pillow. He pulled it away and looked down at me, propping himself up on one elbow. "It was good. It was so good Harry."

"Then why are you crying?" his hand came up and wiped away a few straggling tears, before cupping my cheek.

"Harry, they were so beautiful. I'm just a sap and can't help it," I shrugged with a smile, feeling a few more tears escape. "I loved them."

"Really? It's just a rough version, there's some things I still don't know about..." he smiled sheepishly, leaning down to place a kiss on my forehead.

My hand came up and took his, locking our fingers together tightly, "It just made me think of everything...."

"I know..." he hummed quietly, bringing his lips down to my forehead in a lingering kiss.

"You know how when you hear a song or something, and you can relate it to a specific person without realizing you're doing it? How your mind just automatically thinks of one person?" I asked, watching him nod with slight confusion on his features. "All I did was think about you."

"Okay?"

"And I know without a doubt that I'm in love with you. It's terrifying, but it makes me so happy that I just started to panic slightly," I started crying again, tears welling in my eyes. "I'm sorry. I keep crying around you!"

"Baby, it's okay! Don't apologize," he coos, laying down again and pulling me closer into his side. His fingers brushed the hair out of my sticky face, and he placed a kiss to the top of my nose. "But why did you panic?"

"I was scared," I shrugged, blinking furiously to try and not let the droplets fall. "Scared of how strongly you affect me. I've never felt this way, it's all new to me."

"Felt what way?"

"I've never felt like I've relied on someone so much, or so strongly before," I inhaled a deep breath, slowly letting it out. "I never understood how someone could need someone so much but it all makes so much sense."

"Yeah..."

"And like," I paused and sighed. "I can't ever let you go. I need you in my life, whether you like it or not."

"I get it, I've felt that since the day I met you. It's just been getting stronger for you," he smiled and squeezed my hand gently, looking into my assumed puffy eyes. "I started writing that last song a while ago..."

"Were you in the band already?"

"Yeah."

"Is it... about me?"

"Is it that obvious?" he chuckled softly, leaning down and rubbing his nose softly against mine. I couldn't help but cover the rose colour on my cheeks. Knowing I was the inspiration for this song is insane. "It's just how I felt. I needed an outlet, and that day we spent working with Ed, just gave me the release I needed. So I've been writing every day since then."

"Harry, that day with Ed was almost four months ago. You've been writing songs every day for four months?"

"Yeah, and?" a small smirk popped up, and I brought my hand up to his face, gently caressing his cheek. "I've had a lot of feelings to go off of. If I ever lost my notebook, I'd be screwed."

"Why?"

"It just has so many personal things in it," he scrunched his face up momentarily before smiling. "So much stuff about you, about us... it's extremely personal."

"Really? There's more about me?"

"Lots, actually," he confessed, sitting up and reaching for the book. He held it in front of me, a few inches away from my face, "Here."

"I'm not going to read it, I was just curious," I shamefully looked down. "Harry, it's yours. I don't want to go through your things like that. It's not fair."

"I want you to though," a sheepish smile appeared, and I took hold of it apprehensively. "If this can make you see how in love I am with you, then I want you to see it."

"I believe you when you say you love me," I leaned in and rested my forehead against his. "You don't have to prove it any other way than you have been."

"I love you Charli," he breathes.

"You two are so cheesy," Louis' voice popped up from behind us. I tilted my head upside down, seeing him peeking at us through the tent window. "You know that, right?"

"Lewis! I could kill you for listening to our conversation!" I playfully growled at him, jokingly shaking my fist at him.

"Charli! My name is Louis!" he pouted, and I couldn't stop myself from rolling my eyes at him.

"What did you need Lou?" Harry asked the older boy. "Since you ever so politely interrupted Charli and Harry time."

"I was coming over to ask you two to join us. We're going to eat, it's already after four."

"In the morning?" Harry asked, looking over at me.

"Harry, if it were four in the morning, it would be dark out," I chuckled, leaning in and placing a kiss on the tip of his nose. "Come to think of it, I am kind of hungry. We've spent the entire day in here."

"Except for when you attacked Zayn baby, that was amazing!" Harry wiggled his eyebrows up and down.

"You what!?" Louis shout, and I couldn't help but cringe. "Is that why he took off in his car? He said he'd be back soon but that was a few hours ago."

"Probably," Harry shrugged. "What's for dinner?"

"More burgers, is that alright?" Louis asked, looking back and forth between the two of us.

I nodded and sat up, stretching my arms and letting a loud groan out. "Yeah, I'll be out in a few minutes. I just need to change."

"Hurry. Don't turn this into sexy time again," Louis mumbled as he walked away.

I laugh to myself as I dig through my bag, pulling out a new bra, a coral crop top and a pair of dungarees with flowers on them.

"Why do you need to change?"

"I don't want to wear the same thing I had on yesterday," I shrugged.

"But you look so hot in my shirt," he rasps lowly. "Don't change."

"Then give me something else of yours to wear," I mumble and shove my clothes back into my bag, waiting for him to hand me something else.

"Erm, really?" his eyes widened at my request. I nodded and watched as he filtered through the bag, pulling out a white kiss tee. "Here."

"Thanks," I scrunched up my face in a smile and removed the old shirt and tossing it at him. He sat next to me watching, his jaw hanging open slightly.

"I- erm. Char..." he stuttered out random syllables, not making any sense. "You, uh..."

I sent him a quick wink before putting the bra on, followed by the new clean shirt. "Better?"

"No, not better," he mumbled, sitting up and crossing his legs. "Worse, baby. Way worse."

"What? Why, what's wrong?" my brows knitted together.

"That's one of my favourite shirts."

"Okay?"

"And I like wearing it, but I can't ever let you not wear it, because damn, baby."

I couldn't help but giggle at his words, covering my face slightly from embarrassment. "Stop it, Harry!"

"Oh never," he laughed loudly.

I quickly rolled my eyes at him, before leaning and unzipping the door of the tent. I grabbed my flip-flops and quickly put them on my feet, standing to exit the small bedroom we had made.

"With that shirt on, and you having just stuck your ass in my face, I may take a while to get out of here, baby," Harry mumbled, making me turn around and peer back into the tent.

"You're sick," I stuck my tongue out at him and rushed to zip the door closed before turning around. I walked over to the table with my hands on my hips, and sit down next to my sister.

"Hey Char!" she quickly took me in a bone-crushing hug, making me groan in pain. "I feel like I haven't seen you in years."

"It's literally been less than 24 hours."

"I just haven't talked to you, that's all," she pouted, jutting out her lower lip.

"I know," I pulled in my lower lip, gently biting on it while she gazed at me with humour in her expression.

"When did you get that shirt? I didn't know you're a fan of Kiss," she tugged lightly on the sleeve of the shirt.

"Oh, it's not mine," I laughed, quietly. "It's Harry's."

"You did pack your own clothes, right?"

"Yep. Why?"

"Just curious," the smirk that appeared was almost as devious as Harry's. Almost. "You'd think having your own clothes, you wouldn't need to wear your boyfriends."

"Oh shut up, Georgia."

"So, what's new?"

"Really? That's what you're going with?" I laughed, patting her back gently. A sly smirk made its way to my lips, "Georgie, just come right out and say it."

"So, I uh... heard your argument?" she brought a hand up to her mouth, nervously biting at her fingers. "You okay?"

"Never better," I slowly nodded. "I let out a lot of anger, and kneed Zayn in the balls. It felt good!"

"You did what?"

I burst out in laughter when I saw the look of horror on her face, "It was actually pretty great."

"Why would you do that?!" she queried.

"I was angry. He tried to do things..." I confessed to her. I sucked in a sharp breath and pursed my lips momentarily, watching her expression soften. My eyes flickered around to the others, and I noted that no one was paying attention to us. "He... forced himself on me. I was just protecting myself."

"He what? I can't believe that, he doesn't look like he'd be that vulgar," her hand came out and rubbed my leg gently. "Although it does make sense, and I won't disregard the fact that he was talking about you and Harry non stop after you went to bed last night."

"What was he saying?" I enquired. "Surely it was l lies."

"He came up to me, and asked if was serious between you and Harry," her eyebrows knitted together, and her eyes met mine in an intense stare. "I told him it wasn't his business what you were doing with your boyfriend, and he needed to understand that you've moved on."

"Oh," I looked around again, noting that everyone was still in the same positions, except one. Harry was now making his way over to the guys, a small smirk on his face. "Did he accept that?"

"No, he started shouting at me. I'm actually quite surprised you didn't hear it," she morosely sighed, the glimmer of happiness disappearing from her eyes. "He told me I was and always have been a lying bitch and needed to stay out of his business."

"Dick. I don't see why he's taking his own anger out on you. You've done nothing wrong."

"Niall stepped in and told him to chill. He didn't appreciate the way Zayn was just going after everyone."

"What do you mean everyone?"

"He went after Liam last night before he talked to me," she mumbled, making my eyes widen in shock. "I don't know what that was about, but he starting throwing punches at him. Niall and Louis practically had to jump on Zayn to get him to stop."

"What is going on in that head of his?" I mumbled, more so to myself than Georgia, but she quickly replied.

"I think he's finally realizing that he screwed up, big time. He thinks he had you for so long," she moved her arm to rest on the table, placing her head in her hand. I met her gaze and saw the tears rimming her eyes. Groaning, I leaned in and pulled her against me in a tight hug. "And now you're doing so much better. I don't remember a time where I've seen you this giddy; and you're always smiling. It makes me feel so good as a big sister knowing you've found someone that can do this to you."

"Georgie, no sappiness."
