A couple months later
2 weeks until the trial starts
Nicki is sitting in her office on her phone . She didn't really have any work to do today so she was just chillin out in her space until she got text message from her favorite guy that interrupted her thoughts.
Drake:hey babe , what's up ?
Nicki: well hello there Mr.Graham, and absolutely nothing at all. I'm so bored
Drake: you don't have any work to do? You're usually super busy this time of the week.
Nicki: surprisingly no.
Drake: lunch date?
Nicki: I think yes!
Drake: I'll be there
About a hour and a half later Drake was outside waiting for her to come out of the building for their lunch . A minute later she walked out so he hopped out so he could open her door. They greeted one another with a hug and a long awaiting kiss . After she was in he got back in on the driver's side and headed off to one of Nicki's favorite Italian spots. They just had small talk pretty much most of the way . Once they arrived and were seated they locked eyes and were instantly lost into eachother
Drake: you're so beautiful
She blushed and looked away , then they their waiter arrived to take their orders . Once that was done Nicki sparked up conversation .
Nicki : So what's your agenda today?
Drake: well not to much I'm gonna go get Spirit and Sade from school later and were gonna have a little fun day . Maybe Chuck-E-Cheese .
Nicki: they're so cute . Sounds really fun.
Drake: you should come , you kno they love them some Onika .
Nicki: I know& I love those little ladybugs . We'll see .
The waiter then brought their lunch, and they began eating shortly after.
Once they were done , back to work it was for Nicki .
Nicki: I don't wanna go back 😩
Drake: look at the bright side . Half of your day is almost over and when you get off u can come have some fun me and my princesses . Whaddaya say? U gone play games eat pizza cotton candy and everything else with us?
Nicki laughed at his antics and replied with a playful yes I will go .
Drake: you still got 5 minutes tho
well what do you think we should do in those 5 minutes Nicki said as she unbuckled her seatbelt and climbed over onto Drake . He was looking every which way for people looking at them. Nicki whispered in his ear "tinted windows babe" right before she started to kiss all over his face . He scooted the seat as far back as it would go . Not even a minute later they were in a full blown make out session. Drake ran his hands up the back of her thighs all the way up to her booty and gave it a squeeze . He started to take control. He leaned forward and began to kiss down her neck . She Leaned back and hit the horn. So they stopped . Climbing back over to the passenger side Nicki said well I had a nice time , see ya later boo...and bring those lips wit you . With that she shut the door and strutted back into the building . Drake just shook his head . He thought to himself that woman there is crazy . He fixed his pants seeing as they were a little fitted in the front and headed back home before he picked up his girls .
Around 4:30 Nicki was packing up and heading home from her job . She got down the elevator and made her way to her car. When she got in she drove off towards home . Turning on her street she got a text from Drake that read on our way . She replied and said ok , I'll be there in about 30.
Running into her place she dropped all of her stuff on the couch and headed to the bathroom for a quick shower . Not to much longer she was out . Dressed in a black and white maxi dress and sandals she decided to change her hairstyle. Nicki figured a hanging braided ponytail will do. After that she grabbed her phone , purse , keys and headed out the door.
Meanwhile , Drake had just made it to Chuck-E-Cheese with Spirit & Sade . They had no idea Nicki was going to be joining them . He bought them both game tokens and let them go play , not before reminding them that he'd come find them in a bit to come eat . Maybe 5 minutes later Nicki walked up in and saw him from afar . She was thinking to herself Drake is lookin too good . She'd seen him plenty of times but all those times he was wearing nice dressy clothes . Except for their first encounter , but she wasn't checking for him then . She had to say he looked really good in those Jordan sweats with the T-shirt and shoes to match . She finally
Nicki : Now shouldn't you be playing .
He laughed and got up to hug her.
Drake: I'm glad you decided to come. They're gonna flip when they see you.
Nicki: Let's go find them .
Drake : There they are right there.
They walked up behind them and Drake said ..."hey girls look who came " they turned around and flipped out . They were so happy to see her. All four of them sat down and ate pizza and talked . They were having a blast and after a while round 2 of playing games was about to start . Drake told he was about to go to the men's room .
Spirit: Onika
Nicki: Yes baby
Spirit: I like you hair it's jus like Elsa's. [from the Disney movie Frozen]
Sade: can u do mines like that
Spirit: me too .
Sade: we can all be twins!!
Nicki laughs and Agrees to doing their hair for sure one day
Spirit&Sade: Thank Youuuuuu .
Spirit: Can u stay with us at our sleepover ?
Sade: It will be fun Uncle Dwake say we have ice cream later
Nicki: woww sounds fun but I don't know I have to work tomorrow morning.
Drake came back and brought more game tokens to the girls and they took off . With that Drake and Nicki took a seat .
How'd the rest of your day go? Drake asked as he grabbed her hands .
Nicki: time flew by , but I was still bored to death not having hardly any work to do. You made it better tho
Drake: I'm glad I could help [kisses her hand] Did Spirit and Sade bombard you with questions while I was gone?
Nicki: nooo those are my babies . They asked could I do their hair like mine is .
Drake: oh typical girly conversation topic : hair
Nicki laughs and tells him to shut up
Nicki: they also asked me to stay at the sleepover
Drake :uh oh
Nicki: I told em I had to work in the morning .
Drake: we're they upset ?
Nicki not really
Drake: well I am .
Nicki: you're a baby
Drake:hey that reminds me ! I'm having a real small get together at my place and I want u to come so u can meet my friends . Their girlfriends and wives too .
Nicki: are these friends the same friends that got you into the situation you're in ?
Drake: Nic don't be like that . Carlos has been workin hard in my defense. He said it's a possibility I could be good .
Nicki : the question is how big is that possibility
Drake: Nic
Nicki: I'll come . I'll be nice . When is it?
Drake: Friday night . 7 maybe idk yet I'll let u know . thank you so much babe [ he came over to sit beside her and kissed her cheek]
Nicki: what's the occasion
Drake: nothing really . Just hangin around . Talking . Playin cards or whatever. Any kind of game. I just want you to know my friends.
Nicki: ok under one condition . No two conditions.
Drake: I'm all ears
Nicki: you have to meet some of my people.
Drake: im down with that . What's the other thing?
Nicki: Remember what I told u in your car today. Bring your lips with you. She leaned over and whispered in his ear ..."imma need you to put them to work"
Drake laughed and u got it babe whenever u want . He moved back to the other side of the table . Not even 10 minutes later Spirit walked up to Drake with open arms wanting to be picked up . Sade came up to Nicki wanting the same. They granted their wishes .
Sade said I sleepy as she rested her head on Nicki's shoulder.
Spirit : me too
Drake: well let's go get you girls home then .
When they got outside they noticed that Nicki parked right beside Drake . They put them in their carseats. As soon as they were strapped in they were out like a light. Drake took this time to get Nicki into her car .
Nicki: I had a good time tonight with y- He cut her off with a mind blowing kiss . They were at it until air became a problem . Drake winked at her and said goodnight babe . He shut her door , hopped in his ride and started for home. Not before waiting until Nicki got going first . For the second time that man had left her speechless, and she needed a minute to get it together .
