Mel's Pov
It's been a few weeks since that night and Leah had been great. After several conversations, I agreed that I should tell Jade about what happened. I didn't go into too much detail, but she understood the severity of what it could have led too. Several apologies were made on her behalf despite me saying that it wasn't anyone's fault, especially not hers.
I told Leah I didn't want to speak about it anymore and although she was being overly caring to ensure I was okay every minute of every day, I knew it was only coming from a good place.
Flash back
"We need to talk".
I was sat on the sofa watching Netflix as Leah made her way into the living room after showering.
"About what?" I questioned.
"You know what." I could tell by the tone of her voice this was something she had been wanting to get off her chest.
"You can't just pretend everything is okay. I know you're not".
I sighed "Le, I promise if I needed to talk about it, I would. I'm fine though, I don't need you to be so overprotective."
I knew she was only being caring but I was tired of reassuring everyone.
Flash back 2
After a long day we were lay in bed, whispering sweet nothings to each other. This was my happy place, the place where I felt the safest.
Leah placed a loving kiss to my lips, a kiss which deepened very quickly. Our lips were interlocked with one another's as her tongue gained entrance to mine, causing me to moan softly. As our tongues battled for dominance, her hand found its way under my shirt, slowly moving upwards towards my breast. Goosebumps filled my body at her touch. We hadn't been intimate for a long time and it was something I longed for.
As Leah's hand groped my body our lips were still in sync, it was a passionate but longing kiss and neither wanted to break, despite struggling for air.
Slowly her hand made its way back down my torso, edging closer to the shorts Leah had given me for bed. Her fingers itching closer and closer to the waistband. This was something I wanted.
Leah removed her lips from mine and began to trace kisses along my jaw, creeping towards my neck. My neck was the place which held my soft spot, once kissed I was ready. Leah followed her kisses to under my ear, trailing further down my neck as her hand was rubbing my core above my underwear.

"No stop" I said more sharply this time, lifting her head away from my neck, slightly startling her.
"Wh-whats wrong" The look in Leah's eyes showed obvious signs of hurt, it wasn't her fault, but this was the first time she had kissed me there.
"I'm okay, I just want to sleep." I knew I needed to tell her she had done nothing wrong but, In the moment, all I wanted was to sleep and forget about everything.

Today Arsenal is playing Tottenham at the Emirates stadium, a game Leah was nervous but yet confident about as she has been parading around telling everyone that North London is red to anyone who would listen.
I'll never fully understand the rules of football but watching Leah play the game she loves the most with the most pride would never be beaten.
Amanda insisted I went to hers before the game so we could travel together along with Holly, all three of us wearing the red Arsenal home shirt with Leah's name and number on the back.
Entering the stadium, we were greeted by the families and friends of the other players, quickly getting to know Ben, who was the brother of Beth Mead. Beth was lovely and always made you feel as though you were on top of the world when she spoke to you. A trait which her brother also possessed.
Mid way through my conversation with Ben, the girls made their way to the pitch, causing the crowd to erupt.
The music from the speakers blared The Angel – North London forever as the Arsenal supporters sang along with so much passion and love.
Shortly after the whistle blew and the game was underway.
Arsenal was straight from the off which led to a Beth mead goal in the 5th minute of the game. Glancing over to Ben his face was full of pride as he watched his older sister run to the corner flag tapping the badge on her chest to celebrate with the fans as she was quickly surrounded by the other Arsenal girls.
For the remainder of the first half Arsenal dominated possession and seen another goal hit the back of the net in the 44th Minute from Viv just before half time, putting Arsenal into a good position for the second half.
The second half got quickly underway, and Arsenal continued to dominate the game, swiftly passing the ball between each other. In the 54th minute Arsenal gained a corner where Rafa headed the ball into the back of the net, securing the lead once again. I couldn't help but smile, knowing how much this game meant to Leah and the fact it seemed to be effortless too them made it even better.
Another Viv goal came in the 68th minute, scoring Arsenal's fourth of the game which was the result of the match.
We remained in the family and friends' section as Amanda discussed and analysed the game with the other families. I watched on contently smiling every so often at Amanda's words. I actually think she might love Arsenal more than Leah.
Leah made her way up towards us wrapping me in her arms, the smile on her face was one of pride and satisfaction, one which made me to smile just as brightly.
"Thank you for coming" She whispered, placing a gentle but loving kiss to my cheek.
"I wouldn't have missed it" I beamed back to my girl, placing a peck to her lips.
Leah quickly thanked Amanda and Holly before heading off to the changing rooms to shower and change. Usually, we would go for food all together after a match but today we decided we wanted to go straight home, Amanda dropping me back off at Leah's as Leah would return on the team coach to collect her car before driving home.
As I sat in Leah's apartment, I couldn't help but smile thinking back to the game today and the smile, which was on Leah's face, causing me to smile to myself.
I was taken out of my thoughts by Leah's arrival as she quickly embraced me yet into another hug.
"I told you North London is red" she chuckled before kissing my lips.
"I'm proud of you" I whispered before attaching my lips back to hers.
The kiss quickly deepened and before I knew it, my hands were locked around Leah's lips as our tongues fought for dominance. Leah motioned for us to walk backwards causing my back up against the wall. Although the kiss was full of passion, it was much more than this, it was full of lust. I wanted her.
My hand found its way to Leah's inner thigh, gently stoking her skin underneath her shorts, a movement which caused Leah's breathing to quicken. Her hands were in my hair as her lips travel towards my neck.
Leah hesitated her actions as she remembered what happened the last time, she found this spot. I decided to make the decision for her as my hand pushed the back of her head closer towards my neck, a motion which Leah took as reassurance before she softly sucked the skin, causing a moan to leave my mouth. As Leah got to work on my neck, I could feel the heat radiating from my core.
"Le I want you" I whispered into her ear.
"Are you sure?"
Somehow, despite Leah having her own needs, she always managed to put me first. However, she didn't need too this time because in the moment, it was all I wanted.
"I'm sure, please, I need you." I couldn't help the desperation of my tone of voice, one which turned Leah on more as she continued to kiss my neck before picking me up and headed to the bedroom.
Placing me down gently on her bed, Leah found my lips and placed a loving kiss before we undressed one another.
Gazing into one another's eyes we smiled at each other before I brough her lips back to my own. Her hand travelled from my neck to my left breast as she began to play with my nipples, quickly causing them to stiffen at her touch. Her lips travelled from lips down my chest before attaching them to my other nipple as her hand continued to play with the over.
The heat between my legs radiated more than ever as I groaned at Leah's movement, one which caused her to move her right hand further down my body as it hovered on the inside of my thigh.
