Tim arrived at home, seeing lights on so he knows Theo is at home. He grabbed his bag and walked to his house. Tim came in seeing Theo walking to the living room.
"Hey Theo i'm glad you are home. What did you eat to.." Tim stopped talking when he saw the living room what was a complete mess
"Oh shit dad what are you doing here i thought i won't see you today anymore" Theo said really shocked
"No no no stop Theo! What is going on here? When i said you won't go outside with friends i didn't mean they can come to our house." He said angry while looking at Theo
"Dad i was so bored Noah asked me if he can come over i thought one friend is okay but then the other two were just there. I'm sorry i'm gonna clean it now don't be mad but i thought we were gonna go home together." Theo said he couldn't look into his dad eyes
"Of course you gonna clean this but not only this Theo, when i call you i want you to answer the call i'm your dad and i'm worried about you when you can't answer your phone. Wait what is this?!" He pointed to the cup full of ashes
Oh shit Theo thought, his friends took the weed with them, but he forgot to throw away the cup with the ashes
Theo's mind raced, searching for an explanation that wouldn't get him into deeper trouble. "Dad I .. I don't know it's not from me maybe from one of the other boys" he said with a shaking voice
"You don't know?" Tim folded his arms "You were here with your friends Theo i want to know what this is!" Tim demanded, his voice filled with a mix of anger and concern
"Dad really I wasn't in the room all the time maybe it was when I wasn't there, I can ask them tomorrow in school." Theo hoped his dad will believe him
"If you have friends here, even though i didn't allowed it then I want you to pay attention to what's happening here! I really hope you are not lying Theo" Tim said to his son
"Yes dad it's ok i'm sorry it won't happen again. I'm gonna clean it now" says Theo and takes the rest of the garbage and brings it to the garbage can
"Theo can you please sit down i need to talk to you about something" Tim said sitting down on the couch
Ugh please not this again Theo thought, he probably wanna talk about skipping school again and all that stuff and I hate it Theo said in his head
