"Wanna go to a cat cafe with me today?"
"Of course!!", I exclaimed.
I was being asked out to a cat cafe!! Oh my gosh I can just imagine squishing all the adorable fur babies there!!
Come to think of it... This is our first proper hangout.
Let's just hope that today will be our best hangout then! Gosh I feel all bubbly right now, I think I might just explode...
"Cool! Well let's get going!" Teddy said happily as he slung his bag over his shoulder.
I processed for a bit.
"Teddy... School barely even started... We can't skip school! We'll get a bad rep...", I spoke up.
I definitely did not want to become like any of the Eunjang student here.
"I already have a bad rep... But I make up for it by looking smeggsy", Teddy joked sending a wink my way.
Silence greeted his quirkiness.
He rolled his eyes before continuing, "Besides you get to hangout with the great Teddy Jin! ...And a bunch of cute cats of course. It sounds like heaven, doesn't it?"
So i guess trying to be a good student wasn't an option. Not anymore with him around...
I'm not good dealing with peer pressure okay??
He was right though, minus the whole 'great Teddy Jin' part. So I sighed and unwillingly snuck out of school with Teds.
After we safely got of school grounds, we immediately ran to the bus stop. We can't risk getting caught. It won't look good for me.
As soon as we reached the bus stop, I immediately shoved my hands into my pockets wanting to calm my nerves down.
The ends of my pocket felt weird...
It was empty.
"SHIT!"
"FUCK WHAT??", Teddy yelped from my sudden scream.
"MY AIRPODS ARE MISSING!!"
Teddy looked me straight in the eye and gave me a 'are you serious right now' sort of look.
"Y/N, you don't need it now. You got me to entertain you so it's all good!", He said happily before attempting to place his hand on my shoulder.
Bro's shorter than me obviously it won't really rest well.
"Grow some inches first before trying to make me your armrest, Teds", I laughed at his attempt to place his arm on me.
"Tsk. Shut up you lanky ahh tree"
"Piss hair"
Teddy gasped at that insult, "Your memory built like Dory the fish in finding Nemo"
"Your height built like a baked bean"
"A- A BAKE- A BAKED BEAN?!!"

He than raised his hand up and shaped it like this,👌 before flicking my head aggressively.
Obviously I wasn't gonna back down, so we did a flicking war! Passerbys were getting worried for our foreheads. It was looking like the bold red lipstick shade in the dead center of our foreheads...
By the time the bus arrived, our fingers were cramped up in this 👌 position with our forehead shining with a red dot in the middle.
"You look dumb"
"You existing is dumb"
We both just laughed it off before Teddy boarded the bus, then my mind suddenly started being indecisive. Like I was damn anxious about breaking the rules all of a sudden...
"You coming or not N/n?", Teddy questioned me, looking impatient and reaching his hand out to me.
I don't know but something about that moment...
It sort of enchanted me I guess? Teddy seemed mesmerizing for a second. Almost like a beautiful fallen angel in a typical shojo manga.
The cute kitties it is.
I chuckled before slipping my hand into his, fitting perfectly, "Absolutely Tedster!"
He physically cringed at the nickname i just gaves him, giving me the 'what the fuck' side eye.
"Never call me that again...."
I giggled, "Yes sir!"
We found a seat and immediately sat next to each other. We were comfortable beside each other, so comfortable that teddy was leaning against me.
I could feel his warmth, his weight against me. My heart is a bit overreacting.... It's beating very fast right now...
This is normal. It's what friends do all the time. We're comfortable. Nothing else. It's an overthinking phase.
I sighed before pulling out my phone to check the time. I needed some sort of distraction.
8:03am.
Damn that's way to early to skip school-
Suddenly my phone vibrated, notifying me that someone just texted me.
Jakie kins:
Ayo N/n, you left your airpods in the car.
I'll pick you up after school later ight?

I giggled abit before mumbling under my breath, "You bloody legend.."
I wanted to type back but suddenly my seatmate next to me tugged my phone out of my hands.
"Hey!", I attempted to snatch it back from Teddy but he was too quick.
My phone was tucked away into his pocket. Now Jake will think I ignored him! Oh my days...
I pouted a little before sinking into my chair.
"Sorry Y/N but I plan for just me and you today", he smiled in my direction before placing his hand in mine.
Again.
I hummed before looking out the window and enjoying the comfortable peace right now before eventually drifting asleep.
Teddy's Pov:
"Y/N?", I called out softly.
No response.
I peeked at the girl beside me only to see her already passed out. Her mouth slightly opened.
How cute...
Her features were much more clearer now. All of her, displayed defenseless infront of me. She looked like a child at peace when she's sleeping. She's a real cutie. Wouldn't trade her for the world...
Nevermind Teddy what the hell are these thoughts?!?
A bit much.
I am too much.
This is much.
Just then someone gripped my hand too tight, shutting out my loud thoughts. I looked up to see the girl next to me still happily sleeping while adjusting her hold on me.
I hope this bus ride never ends<3

What I'm going to say right now is not related to the chapter.
I just wanna say that i adore almost any type od fiction. Like fictional characters, plots, stories, just anything not real. It just feeds into my delusions and standards and it makes me feel so happy. Like I cope with things by immersing my self into fanfic, mangas and whatnot and it makes me feel complete you know?
