Because Jeongin had gone with Changbin, the whole matter had settled quite quickly and they were even given a new car to borrow. Chan and Hyunjin returned, both unscathed and although the matter had been settled by Felix's new powers, Chan's jaw was still unusually tight and Hyunjin seemed a little jumpier than usual. Nevertheless, the boat trip didn't have to be cancelled and everybody had found renewed energy in Felix's new power.

As soon as you all were out of sight and on the water, Felix was encouraged to start experimenting with his newfound skill. He could easily carry all the bags from everyone around outstretched arms and it cost him no effort to pick up the heavily packed cooler either.

'Y/n,' Felix said, a mischievous grin on his face.

'Oh god,' you swore, quickly getting up from your seat and trying to run away. There wasn't anywhere to run to on the small boat, and before you knew it Felix scooped you up and put you around his neck like it was nothing. Normally this was only something Chan or Changbin could do with such ease, but now you had one more member to be afraid of.

'Felix! Put me down!' you laughed as he spun in circles, trying to make you dizzy. You clutched onto his back, your laugh wavering the more he spun.

'That's not that impressive though, I can do that too. Most of us can,' Minho said with a shrug. Felix stopped spinning and helped you off of him. It took you a while to be able to see straight again and Seungmin quickly guided you back to your seat before you'd fall over.

'Yeah, but not as easily as I can not,' Felix objected.

'I can if I use my powers too,' Minho interjected.

'Alright fine, how about this then,' Felix said, bending down and starting to do push-ups. 'Come stand on my back, bet I can keep going, easily.'

Changbin and Chan instantly jumped from their seats to go stand on Felix's back. They both took turns trying it out, one supporting the other so they wouldn't fall over, while Felix continued his pushups unbothered. Once your vision was steadied, you couldn't help but stare at Felix with the others. It wasn't just his strength that intrigued you, but this new aura of confidence that exuded from him.

Within minutes all the other members decided they wanted to get a turn as well and they queued up to stand on Felix's back like he was a new ride at an amusement park. And to be honest, it wasn't too far from it.

'Yah, that's insane man,' Jeongin said when he jumped off Felix's back last. 'And to think I only got mind reading,' he sulked.

The rest of the day was spent playing and testing Felix. They were all hoping there was some limit to his newfound strength but they kept getting proven wrong. They even tried to get Felix to get into the water to lift up the boat, but Chan told them off for it, not wanting to cause another accident.

But as always when having fun, the day seemed to pass in the blink of an eye, and before you knew it you were back at the hotel, the sun setting in the distance.

For some reason, the hotel room you had spent the week in suddenly felt lonely and empty. You sat down on your bed with a sigh, checking the time on your phone. It was still early in the evening and you weren't tired yet. Reluctantly you got up from the bed and slowly started gathering your stuff. At least it gave you something to do to keep your mind from wandering too far into that sad feeling.

It had been a crazy week. You learned so much and had so much fun. You had even made new friends. Your lips automatically pulled themselves in a smile when you thought about Lady and her group of Gods.

Slowly you packed up all the stuff you could until only the last toiletries and clothes for tomorrow morning were left. You looked around the empty room, suddenly longing fondly for your own room.

The white walls that had been so welcoming at the beginning of the week now felt impersonal like they had already bid you goodbye. You checked the time again. It was late by now. Some of the guys might already be asleep. They would probably still be tired of playing around all day again. You bit your lip and hesitated. You didn't want to wake or disturb any of them, even though you knew they'd tell you that you wouldn't be disturbing them at all.

Quietly you stuck your head around the corner of the door of your room. The hallway was deserted. You sighed and pressed your lips together again. You weren't sure what you had been hoping would happen, but you decided to leave it. You were behaving like a little girl and it was time to suck it up and go back to bed.

Just when you were about to close the door, you heard another door open. You stopped and looked. Han was shuffling from Felix's room back to his, arms filled with clothes and cables.

'Y/n?' Han spoke when he noticed you. 'Something the matter?'

You hesitated for a second but decided to be upfront about how you felt.

'Can't sleep,' you admitted shyly. Han gave you a soft smile and an understanding nod.

'You can sleep at my place,' he offered with a nod to his door. You quickly nodded happily and jumped out of your own room, following Han.

'Have you packed everything yet?' Han asked as soon as the two of you entered his room. He let the stuff he was carrying fall on the chair next to his bed.

'I did actually, just my toothbrush and clean clothes for tomorrow morning,' you told him, walking over to his bed, sitting along the edge as you watched him.

'We could still learn a thing or two from you,' Han shook his head and chuckled. His room was a mess, which wasn't unusual for him, nor for most of the others.

'You want me to help you pack?' you offered. You didn't mind the packing at all and you were always eager to help the boys out in any way you could.

'Nah,' Han sighed. 'I'm kinda tired and I'm more of a stress packer anyway. Works better and faster,' he said with a shrug. You weren't sure what he meant by "stress packer" but you didn't feel the need to ask.

Han stretched out with a big yawn and walked over to the bed to keep the covers up for you so you could slip in.

'Well thank you, sir,' you said with a giggle.

'You're welcome my lady,' he replied with a chuckle. He climbed into the bed after you and scooted against you. You turned to your side and put your arm over his chest while he found your hand that was stuck between you and the mattress and tangled his fingers with yours.

'Did you enjoy your first holiday?' He whispered softly as he kissed the top of your head.

'Very much,' you said with a smile.

'I'm happy to hear that,' He smiled softly back at you.

'You?' you asked.

'Best. Holiday. Ever. But after all, everything is so much better when you're there with us,' he said softly. He wrapped his free arm around you and hugged you close. You felt warm and fuzzy, butterflies happily fluttering through your stomach softly. You closed your eyes.

This.

This was home.

The next morning you found out the meaning of "stress packer". Everything seemed to be happening in a whirlwind. Han packed his own bags by basically stuffing everything in there as fast as he could. You went back to your own room to pick up the last of your stuff. Chan and Seungmin, who had been better prepared than the others, had come over to help you carry your many bags. In the lobby, you met with the other group of gods.

'Be sure to call now and then, okay?' Jimin told you and the others.

'And feel free to come to visit us sometime,' Hoseok invited you all with a shining smile.

'I will send you that invite soon, okay?' Namjoon told Hyunjin as they hugged each other goodbye.

All the other Gods hugged and waved your group goodbye and before you knew it you were already standing in the back alley ready to teleport back home. Back into what felt like, the real world.

'Did you change your hair?'

'What no?' you replied surprised.

'Something else then? Maybe a little bit of a tan?' Adam asked, looking at you with narrowed eyes as if he was inspecting you.

'I mean I was outside a lot on Jeju,' you began raising your hand and inspecting it, trying to see if indeed you had tanned.

'Jeju?' Adam interrupted you surprised.

The both of you were sitting down in the cafeteria of the university. The dim pallet of school colours and the weather outside still looking like a hazy dream compared to your time at Jeju.

'Oh, yeah right. Didn't I tell you? I went on holiday,' you said with a broad smile.

'You did? But you said you wouldn't go?' Adam spoke surprised.

'Well at first we didn't have any plans but when I talked it over with the guys they all agreed it would be nice to do something together,' you explained.

'They must really care for you,' Adam said, his voice slightly softer as he looked away for a moment at a passing student. Unsure how to respond to that comment you simply shrugged.

'But it must be a tan then,' Adam continued, looking back at you and smiling. You raised a brow at him, not quite understanding what he was implying. 'I mean, there's something... I don't know, you look slightly different for some reason,' he elaborated, but it still sounded vague.

'Different good or different bad?' You asked, scrunching your nose. This time it was Adam's turn to shrug.

'Dunno. Different good? I guess? I mean, maybe it's your vibe? You seem more relaxed?' He said, once again narrowing his eyes at you inquisitive. 'Can't really put my finger on it though,' he said clicking his tongue. 'It's almost like... Can't believe I'm about to say this, but, it's almost like your aura, it got more confident, like a queen?'

You couldn't help yourself. You burst out in laughter at his words. Adam looked slightly embarrassed and agitated at your reaction.

'I'm sorry,' you giggled, 'But my aura? Since when have you become so deep?'

'What? Don't laugh! My sister says stuff like this all the time,' Adam scowled. 'She always lectures me for not understanding, and now that I think I do, you laugh at me.'

'I'm sorry,' you repeated. 'It was just- just very unexpected to hear something like that come out of your mouth,' you chuckled. Adam clicked his tongue again in annoyance.

'Well, sorry but you're the one who said museum dates are stupid,' you defended yourself.

'I never said they are!' Adam objected. 'I just meant that most boys wouldn't be too much into it and that it's not really something that would turn guys on. Don't take it out of context! I'm sure it would be lovely, but don't expect it to end in hot steamy sex. And that was what you were asking for,' Adam said with an annoyed pout, pointing at you.

'Please, say it louder, so the people in the back can hear it as well,' you chuckled as someone walked by and looked quite baffled by your topic of conversation.

'Sorry, it's just- I'm not as basic as you think,' Adam said lowering his voice.

'I don't think you're basic,' you said, frowning slightly.

'Yeah, no, I know, it's just-' Adam began he was vaguely gesturing with his hands but then sighed. 'Nevermind. How was your holiday,' he asked.

'It was very nice,' you grinned. 'Thank you for asking,'

'What did you do in Jeju? You know, I've never been either, but they say it's nice,' Adam said thoughtfully, having now completely switched over to the new subject.

'It was definitely. Gosh, we did so much, lemme think-' you said. You proceeded to tell him about all the things you had done, the sports you had played, hiking, how you had learned to swim, but also the lounging and relaxing by the pool. Obviously, you left out some details.

'That does sound really nice,' Adam said with a smile.

'And how was your holiday?' you asked in return.

'Pff gosh where to start,' Adam said, his face instantly dragging. 'Well, first of all there was a problem with the plane tickets we booked, I won't explain it to you 'cause we'd be still sitting here tomorrow, but anyway it was a pain. Then our flight got delayed by five hours which wasn't too great either because that would mean we'd miss our transit. So everything had to get rescheduled. The flight was also horrendous and my sister actually got quite sick because of it. And when we finally arrived her baggage had gotten lost as well. My mother was furious, and if my father hadn't been there to calm her down, I swear she would've sued the entire place,' he said shaking his head. You stared at him with big eyes, nodding for him to continue. 'Well besides that whole crapshoot, the stay at my parents wasn't actually as bad as I had expected. They actually made time for us and planned to do some stuff together which was actually fun. My sister said it's only because the scar on my cheek is still so deep and visible and they just feel guilty,' Adam said with a shrug. Your eyes went over the scar decorating his cheek. It had gotten slightly better over time, but it was indeed still very visible and deep, and you couldn't help but wonder if it would ever fade at all. However, you didn't think it looked too bad on him actually. 'She might be right, but I don't really care since they gave us a shit ton of money as well,' he grinned.

'Oh so you're paying for lunch today?' you joked cheekily.

'I would've if I hadn't spent it all already,' Adam said, pulling a face.

'Oh really?' you spoke surprised, thinking it couldn't have been that much money then.

'Yeah, my sister talked me out of it so she can throw herself some crazy-ass birthday party. She took it on a loan though, so she'll have to pay me back eventually,' Adam said, looking slightly grim.

'Oh but that's such a nice thing of you to do for her,' you said.

'Well... I'm not sure if it was such a great idea. The way she pitched it to me sounded quite nice, but by the time I had given her the money I overheard her talking to her friend on the phone and it sounded more like some kind of rave than a nice tea party,' Adam said, looking slightly uncomfortable.

'Oh, I'm sure it won't be that bad,' you said, trying to reassure him.

'Well, you haven't met my sister have you? She looks like an angel and knows how to behave and talk like one, but I swear sometimes I'm thinking of starting to wear a cross around my neck so she can't get to me. That girl is the devil incarnate, I swear,' he said, shaking his head, but the corners of his mouth were turned upwards.

'Who's the devil incarnate?' A familiar voice spoke behind you.

Adam's eyes shot up at someone behind you. Slightly startled, you turned around quickly in your seat. Minho was standing with his hands in his pockets. He was wearing a black suit and his usual teaching glasses and looked very out of place among all the students in their casual clothes. Without having to look you could easily feel how many students had their eyes on him. Everything sounded quieter and you could hear their enthusiastic whispers.

'Lino- I mean professor Lee,' you corrected yourself quickly. You rarely talked to the guys at school. Whenever you did it was often with Han who would take you outside to the gardens which were always a lot quieter with fewer people there. It wasn't like you didn't want them to talk to you, but they themselves had said that they didn't want to interfere with your personal life too much and make things awkward for you.

Minho's dark eyes slid down to yours and locked for a moment. Just that look alone made your stomach tug. A soft smile appeared on his face.

'Can I sit with you?' he asked calmly, his eyes disconnecting from yours and landing on Adam.

'Erm, sure?' Adam said, not at all sounding sure. Minho pulled out a chair and came to sit next to you. You couldn't help but be very aware of how close he came to sit next to you and how everyone around you seemed to be looking and whispering.

'I'm Lee Minho,' he introduced himself calmly and politely, completely ignoring all the stares from the other students around you.

'Adam,' Adam said, still taken aback but stretching his hand out to shake Minho's. You shifted slightly uncomfortable in your seat.

'What are you doing here?' You asked Minho softly, who let go of Adam after a firm but short shake. Minho looked at you, raising a brow but not answering.

'Is he one of your housemates? Can't recall if I've seen him before,' Adam whispered to you, trying to be inconspicuous but of course, Minho caught it.

'Housemates?' Minho repeated looking from you to Adam and back. He clicked his tongue but chuckled. 'Yeah, I am one of her housemates,' he said the word slightly slower than the rest. Your stomach tugged again.

'Ah! Right! Nice to meet you, sir, professor? Sorry, what should I call you?' Adam asked, chuckling awkwardly. Now that he knew Minho was your housemate his attitude became more relaxed. Before Minho could even open his mouth to answer, a girl appeared next to him.

'Professor Lee?' She asked, very obviously using a cutesy voice. You had to stop yourself from rolling your eyes. Minho looked at her slowly, his smile gone and his expression almost annoyed. 'Professor, I wanted to ask if you could tell me my grade on my previous paper that I turned in,' she continued as she tucked her hair behind her ear and batted her eyelashes. Gross.

'Can't you just look it up in the online system?' Minho said with a bored voice, already looking away again. The girl paled slightly and quickly walked away, clearly embarrassed, but your and Minho's eyes had barely met again when another girl was already standing beside the table.

'Professor, I was wondering, since you're having lunch with them,' the girl began. She was quite pretty and clearly more confident than the previous girl, giving you and Adam almost a foul look. 'Why not come have lunch with us? I'm sitting with Hyun-Ki and Dong-Sun and since we're you're best students,' she said smiling prettily, 'we thought maybe you could tell us some more about the Goryeo–Khitan War,'

'No thanks, I'm not interested,' Minho said coolly. The girl, who clearly didn't expect to be rejected, stared at him with big eyes for a moment, opened and closed her mouth and then suddenly turned around and strode away.

'Lino,' You hissed quickly before anyone else could interrupt. Without thinking about it you put your hand on his leg. His dark eyes once again locked with yours. Something was going on with him but you weren't sure what. Why would he come here, to such a public place where the students could talk to him constantly when you knew he'd preferred to be left alone. His lips parted slightly. It was as if he was trying to tell you something by just looking at you, but you didn't understand what was going on.

'There you are, I've been looking for you dude,' another familiar voice sounded behind you. You quickly let go of his leg under the table knocking your hand painfully against the wooden underside, your jaw clenching to stop yourself from yelping out in pain.

Han came walking over, wearing a dark green suit that matched his eyes. Instantly the whispering became even louder.

'Oh, hey Y/n,' he said cheerfully, grinning wide when he saw you. Minho got up from his chair and walked over to Han.

'Let's get out of here,' Minho said quickly to Han. Before Han could say anything Minho was already striding out of the cafeteria, and Han quickly followed him, giving you a half wave.

'Is he always like that?' Adam said with a surprised huff.

'Erm,' it was the only thing you could say. No... He wasn't always like that...
