Stray kids were on their way to the airport. The nine had a concert in America so that's where they were going. Since her break Hae had gotten used to the paparazzi. Even though she's used to it it still makes her extremely anxious when they follow and crowd her. Hae was sitting beside Bang Chan in the front seats of the car with all the other members behind them "You feeling okay, Hae?" Bang Chan asked the nervous girl beside him. When it was just the two of them they often spoke in English, they didn't know why it was just something they unconsciously did.
"I'm scared but I'll be okay" she sighed
"What are you scared about?" He questioned, giving Hae all his attention
"Just all the cameras, people crowding us, the screams" she listed with a dry chuckle "everything really"
"i get what you mean" he said. He had always understood the girls anxiety "can i give you some advice?"
"of course"
"for the yelling listen to music with your headphones. For the crowding only focus on one thing and for the cameras don't look up" he told her
"okay" she nodded "Thanks Chris" she smiled, hugging him. They arrive at the airport after a few minutes and Hae could already hear the screams. She pulled her white hat down a bit and pulled her mask up so you could only see her eyes and eyebrows. She got out of the car and stood beside Lee know and Hyunjin in the middle of the line. As they stood in front of the crowd Lee know held onto Hae's hand, knowing how nervous she must be. The group walked into the airport with the paparazzi and fans surrounding them. Hae was walking beside Lee know. She decided now would be the perfect time to take Chan's advice. She blasted music through her headphones and looked down. Beside her she could feel one of their body guards get pushed into her. Reluctantly she looked up and found they were in the middle of a sea of moving bodies that crashed into the others beside them. As soon as she looked up the camera flashes doubled. She quickly looked back to the ground but could feel her breath's getting shorter and closer. Hae squeezed Lee know's hand, signaling she wasn't okay. Lee know tapped the manager's shoulder and whispered something to him
"We'll be at the gate in a second" Lee know whispered "Just keep taking deep breaths" Hae nodded but kept her eyes on the ground. She kept taking deep breaths but it wasn't working. Instead of helping it did the opposite and just made her panic more
"Minho" She whispered "How much longer?" through short breaths. She was looking at him with tears and panic in her eyes. Seeing her like that always upset him so he had to do something
He took a breath, looking around them "We're almost there, i promise" He said, switching the hand he was holding Hae's with the other and putting his other hand around her waist, guiding her through the crowd. After a minute Lee know groaned and began walking faster, pushing past the paparazzi and 'fans' around them "Move" he muttered under his breath, while shoving past one of the fans shoving a camera in their faces. They got to the gate and rushed onto the plane. One thing Hae was thankful for was that paparazzi weren't allowed on their plane.
"Why did you push them?" Hae asked them when they sat down
"They were in the way" He responded "You were panicking and i didn't want it to get worse"
"What if you get hate for it?"
"I honestly don't care" He said, smiling as he looked at her "As long as you're okay, i am"
she nodded, leaning back in her seat "You're perfect, aren't you, Minho?"
"Yeah, i am"

Hae sat beside Lee know on the plane. She sat beside the window so she could look outside. After the first five hours Hae had reached a level of ultimate boredom.
"Minho" She whispered, looking at the boy beside her
"Yeah" He sighed, looking over at her
"You tired?" She asked
"Yep" He chuckled, rubbing his eyes
"Oh" she smiled "I'll let you sleep but i just wanted to say thank you for helping me in the airport, again"
"It's okay, i like helping you" He told her "It's my job, well my other job besides being a pro idol" He chuckled, playing with Hae's rings
Hae chuckled and kissed the side of his head before leaning back into her seat and pulling her phone out. She scrolled tick tock until she saw an edit of her, I.N and Seungmin. She chuckled to herself and sent it to the groupchat she had with the other members

Soon after Hae fell asleep and woke up when they landed. She put her mask and headphones back on. She played Taylor swifts albums 'Folklore' and 'Red' since they were her favorites and walked off the plane, gripping onto Lee know's hand "You can do this, sunny" Lee know smiled as they saw the flashes "Just act like they aren't there"
"I live with Jisung, i've gotten used to pretending annoying things aren't there" She joked
"Hae?!" Han exclaimed
"Sorry, sweetie" Hae chuckled, hugging Han from the side "Love ya, Jisung"
"Good" He sighed
"I'm gonna go walk up front with Chris" Lee know told her "Unless you want me to stay with you?"
"I'm okay" She smiled "I have Hannie" She intertwined her arm through Han's and they walked beside the body guard and manager. Both Han and Hae had pretty bad anxiety about situations like this so they knew how each other felt
"What are you listening to?" Han asked her as they got into the building and the paparazzi surrounded them
"Taylor swift"
"Folklore and red?" He asked
"of course" She chuckled. Han knew Hae loved Taylor and knew she especially loved the two albums. The two walked in silence the rest of the time, both holding onto each other tightly. They got outside and went into their designated cars. Hae was in a car with Lee know, Changbin, Hyunjin and Han "I'm so tired" Hae groaned, leaning her head on Lee know's shoulder
"You had a 6 hour nap on the plane" Hyunjin laughed
"Don't think i won't slap you" She sighed, closing her eyes
"I mean he is right" Changbin chuckled
"You might be cute Binnie but i'll slap you too" She said
"What are you guys going to do when we get to LA?" Han asked them
"I wanna go shopping" Hae said, sitting up
"I wanna go shopping with you" Hyunjin exclaimed "Hae's a very good shopping partner"
"We should go to an art museum" Lee know said "Apparently there's really good ones"
"Honestly the first thing i do when we get to LA is sleep" Hae chuckled "I bet the hotel beds are so comfy"
And that's what she did. As soon as they got to their hotel she fell asleep and stayed asleep for the next 9 hours.
