Inside the cortex at Star Labs, the team was dealing with Speed Demon, more specifically dealing with his escape
Barry: Cisco, are you getting anything over the computers?
Cisco types away on the computers, but looks up at Barry and shakes his head "no."
Barry: Alright, we have to do something he has to be out there somewhere.
Barry looks at the monitor as he puts his hand under his jaw and begins to think about where Speed Demon is
He looks over at Caitlin as he can see something is on his mind, Cisco had told him about what happened with Speed Demon, and how he just stood in front of her, he was worried about her
Barry: Alright, guys. Let's figure out what we can, alright.
Everyone nods as Barry walks over to Caitlin
Barry: Cait, you alright?
Caitlin was in her thoughts and didn't even hear Barry say anything to her, she was too caught up in what happened with Speed Demon, he just stared at her, grabbed her arm but didn't kill her, why didn't he kill her? She also was thinking about what he whispered to her, she was trying to make sense of it
She is suddenly snapped out of her thoughts when she feels a hand on her arm as she looks over and sees Barry next to her
Barry: Cait, you alright?
Caitlin: Oh uh yeah, I'm fine.
Barry: Don't worry. We're gonna find him.
Caitlin nods and smiles as Barry smiles at her, she could always count on Barry when he needed her, he was one of her best friends, along with Cisco of course, she wouldn't be where she was today if not for the two of them
Cisco: There's nothing on satellites, I tried looking for signatures around the city, but there's nothing.
Bart: We have to find him. We absolutely have to find him.
Iris: We will.
Iris says as she puts her arm around her son and gives him a smile
Cisco: Well we cou-
Before Cisco can even finish Kara in her Supergirl suit comes into the cortex as everyone turns and looks at her, their faces light up with hope that she found something
Kara: I searched around the city but couldn't find him. He's nowhere in Central City.
Everyone's faces dim as they all let out their own sighs of relief, if Supergirl couldn't even find out then what we're they supposed to do now? Kara walks and stands in the middle of the room as she crosses her arms
Kara: I don't know what to do now.
Cisco: It's like he disappeared off the face of the earth.
Kara looks at Cisco and nods in agreement
Ralph: Can I just say what we're all thinking?
Ralph finally speaks up as everyone looks at him
Ralph: Maybe this Speed Demon went back to the future. I mean, that should ease all our worries right? He knew he couldn't beat us by himself so he tucked his tail between his legs and went back.
Cisco points at Ralph and nods, he was certainly wanting to believe that Speed Demon went back to the future so team flash didn't have to deal with him anymore
Nora: No.
Nora says as everyone turns their attention to the purple suited speedster as Barry raises an eyebrow
Barry: No?
Nora steps forward as she says
Nora: I know Speed Demon. He wouldn't go back to the future. *Looks at Bart* Not without Bart and I. That's something he definitely wouldn't do.
Kara: And you know this how?
Kara clearly says with a hint of suspicion, she was familiar with time travel considering she teamed up with the legion of superheroes to take down Reign, and she also time traveled once before but hadn't done it again since then
But even now, seeing Bart and Nora here, she was quite suspicious of the two of them, but that could just be her own untrusting worries, she didn't trust easily, it was her way of surviving
Nora: Because I know him.
Kara nods as she turns back to Barry
Kara: So what do we do now, Barry?
Barry rubs the back of his neck as he walks over and stands next to Kara as he looks at the monitor of the footage of Speed Demon staring at Caitlin; he wasn't exactly sure what to do next, in the short time that Nora and Bart were here, he knew that Speed Demon wasn't like all the other big bads he's faced, he just couldn't put his finger on why
Barry: Nora.
Barry turns and faces Nora
Barry: You said you know Speed Demon.
Nora: Yeah?
Barry: Do you know his name? Who is under the mask?
Nora was caught off guard by Barry's question as she looks at Bart and then back at Barry
Nora: N-No. no, I don't.
Bart: Nora we have to tell them.
Nora immediately turns to Bart
Nora: Bart, stop.
Bart: No, Nora. They have to know.
Caitlin: Know what?
Team Flash and Supergirl all look at the future children of the flash as they each cross their arms as if they were scolding the two of them, they needed to know who they were dealing with
Barry: Nora, we have to know.
Nora goes to speak but stops herself, she knew what would happen if she told the truth, not only would it be shocking to the team but it would possibly destroy relationship between Iris and Barry and she couldn't have that
Nora: Dad, I'm sorry but we can't tell you. You just have to trust me.
Kara: Trust you?
Kara questions as she steps forward to the young speedster
Kara: You come here, ask for their help and your family almost get killed by this guy and you know who he is but won't tell them?
Barry: Kara.
Kara: No, Barry.
Kara says as she looks back at Barry and gives him a look before looking back at Nora
Kara: As far as I'm concerned, you two shouldn't be trusted just as much as this Speed Demon should be.
Iris: Kara, that's enough.
Iris says as she stands next to Nora and puts her arm around her shoulder
Iris: We trust her. And if she says we can't know who he is, then we'll find him without his identity.
Kara looks back at Barry and gestures for him to say something
Barry did trust his son and daughter but a part of him felt like he shouldn't, like whatever they were hiding needed to be said, but then there was what Iris said to him earlier, she told him how he should give them the benefit of the doubt, and that's what he felt he had to do....FOR NOW
Barry: We figure out another way to find Speed Demon.
Nora let's out a sigh of relief as Kara gestures her arms up and down in defeat
Barry turns and faces his team
Barry: Finding Speed Demon is our top priority so let's find him.
Everyone including Kara gets to work to find Speed Demon except for Caitlin who leans against the wall and thinks about Speed Demon that is until she looks at Ralph
Caitlin: Ralph.
She walks over to him and grabs her arm as she pulls him into the other room
Ralph: Why do I feel like I'm about to be interrogated?
Caitlin looks out of the room to see if anyone was watching and as as soon as she sees they arent, she closes the door and turns to Ralph
Caitlin: Something doesn't make sense about this.
Ralph: What do you mean?
Caitlin: Speed Demon, Bart, Nora. It doesn't make sense and I want you to find out.
Ralph raises an eyebrow as he asks
Ralph: You want me to what?
Caitlin: Ralph, please. You're a detective. So under the radar, I want you to find out everything you can.
Ralph: They're from the future. What exactly am I gonna find out?
Ralph was conflicted at the moment, he wasn't exactly sure what he could find out, sure he had great detective skills but it's not exactly like their were any clues to be found
Caitlin: Just find out please. I wouldn't ask if it wasn't important.
Ralph groans as he says
Ralph: Alright, I'll do what I can.
Caitlin: Thank you.
And with that, Ralph left the room with Caitlin hoping he could find our anything he could

Henry appears in the woods on a mountain top, it was dark and the ground was dirty and damp, the dirt was spread with various footprints, likely due to some people strolling through; He walked forward as he stepped over a large tree trunk and made his way over to a large mountain filled with rocks
He puts his hands on it as he feels around it; it was familiar to him like he'd been here be for
Henry: The cave hasn't formed yet.
That's why it was so familiar to him, it was the cave from the future, the same cave he had kept Jay Gerrick inside for so long biting at the light he was once fond of, trying hard to survive without actually surviving
Henry takes his hand off the rock as he hears a tree branch break behind him as he turns around and looks
He could feel it, sense it, someone was watching him, lurking about in the shadows
He walks as he steps over the tree branch
Henry: You know where I come from, there is no hope. I took it away from them. Made it my own.
Henry bends down and picks up a tree branch as he chuckles hearing the footsteps get louder
He stands up as he whips the tree branch but it is suddenly caught by someone; Henry's curiosity gets the better of him as he walks and turns around the corner
And what he sees was a young teenager with blonde hair, she was nervous, her hands were trembling obviously due to his presence, she drops the tree branch as she takes a step back
Henry: Well, well. Who do we have here?
The young teenager slowly bends down as she takes her backpack off her shoulders as she opens it up and pulls something out of it, she stands up as she holds it out
Henry sees it was a picture as he takes it from her and turns it over and sees a picture of his mother, he just scoffs as he throws the picture down
Henry: Am I supposed to know who that is?
The young girl picks the picture up as she puts it back in her backpack and takes out another one and hands it to Henry
Henry looks at the picture and sees this time it was of his mother and the young girl
???: My name is Emily Thawne and that is my mother Annabelle Thawne, I'm......I'm your sister.
Henry's eyes widen hearing what this young girl just said; he was trying to wrap his head around it; did he just hear her correctly?
He looks up at Emily and can see she was being truthful, he'd know if she was lying and she certainly wasn't
Henry turns around as he rubs his forehead trying to come to terms with this new information, he knew a lot but this one thing he didn't know, his mother had a daughter
And that......that made him angry, yes, angry, how could she do that? Just have another child. Henry immediately runs at Emily as he holds her by the throat and lifts her off the ground
She coughs as she hold Henry's hands, she tries to get free but she couldn't, she looks at Henry with utter fear in her eyes
Henry's eyes turn black as all he can say is
Speed Demon: Give me one good reason why I shouldn't kill you right now.
