"Her condition isn't painful but I fear she entered into coma due of a emotional breakdown. I'm terribly sorry, Your Lordship" the doctor soon said which the Marquess Cisneros soon nodded as his hand turned into a fist.
He soon turned around to the Archduchess Mariposa and her son, Leonel who both were worried and concerned towards Diana's well-being and her health.
"Forgive me, Marquess Cisneros...I should've never let Derrick came near her by knowing this would happened" The Archduchess soon said which Marquess Gabriel told her that it's not her fault since the arrival of the Crown Prince was sudden and unexpected.
"So, where's His Highness?"-Marquess Gabriel
"I kicked him out after I heard of her collapse. I will go to the Imperial Palace and talked with my brother of this inappropriate behavior. I will try to get permission of him not being near to your daughter or my household" The Archduchess Mariposa soon said which the Marquess Gabriel soon nodded before she left as leaving him with Leonel.
Marquess Cisneros looked at the red haired young boy before he placed his hand on his shoulder that made Leonel looks up to him.
"Thank you for getting my daughter to the infirmary, Prince Leonel. You have my gratitude. Now, I have to get a special carriage for her due of this state...Damn little bastard" he mumbled as walking away from Leonel and going outside.
Leonel soon went near to Diana and looks at her in pure concerned and feeling that it was his fault of not convincing her to meet up with Derrick.
He should've fight for her but instead, he let her suffered.

"I'm sorry.... I'm such a idiot for letting you get hurt again.... I'm such a bad friend" he said with anger in his tone which wasn't on Diana, but on himself.

"It's a long story. Anyways, I'm Sana...Tsukiyama Sana, Leo" Sana finally introduced herself to Leonel which he was confused by the thing that 'Diana' who was Sana in the body of the OG Diana but he follow it since he knows that he needs to know the full story.

"What?! What the hell?! Derrick did that to you?! The hell is wrong with him?! That son of a bitch!!!!" Leonel angrily shouted which Sana replied 'That was my thought as well' while OG Diana nodded as drinking more of her green tea.
Sana and OG Diana decided to tell Leonel the true and the whole weird ass story of 'Emperor and I' which Leonel was genuinely shocked and horrified what Derrick did to OG Diana as he was the cause of her losing her unborn daughter and family.
And explaining why Sana is now processing Diana's body and as well, her death from her world.
"No wonder why he looked so pale. Damn, you really give that bastard of my cousin a good threat"-Leonel
"Well, he deserves it for being a asshole. Unfortunately, it doesn't change the fact that Diana had a total panic attack due of that shithead...I felt your pain, I'm sorry" Sana soon said to Diana who she shook her head and looks at her softly.
"It's alright, Sana. Just....I don't wanna lose everything again. I don't know if we will be alright after you gave him that threat"-Diana
"Don't worry, Mother went to the Imperial Palace to talk with my uncle, they will get a restraining order on him that he won't go near you guys, Cisneros March or my home ever again" Leonel soon said which Sana laughs in joy as pulls her drink upwards.

Selena soon stepped into foreign land which was the East territory, Kan Empire, and in mansion.
She soon walks through the halls and goes to the gardens where a man was relaxing himself through the nature of his motherland.
"Selena...." He spoke which Selena soon smiles and looks at him.
"Hey, Tatsuo" she spoke soon which the man soon turns around and looks at her with playful smirk on his face.
