Everyone was waiting for Dr. to complete surgery and come out. Atmosphere was thick and tensed. All were praying for Avneet's safety.
After sometime. Dr came out of operation theater. All were impatiently waiting for Dr.
Dr: Surgery was successful and she is out of danger.
All sighed in relief. Abhi nodded.
Dr: You can meet her once she will be concious. Medicines, rest, meals, stressfree and relaxed. All these are necessary to care about for her good health. She will be in ICU.
Abhi: I will do that doctor. Her health care is my responsibility.
Dr: Hmm..... Okay. Some medicines I am prescribing. She will need them.
Dr said Forwarding a prescription. Abhi took it. Dr went from there talking with ward boy.
Abhi: You guys go back to dorm. I am here.
Vaish: No... I am also here. Avu ko hosh aane do hum phir jate hain.
Sid: Vaish sahi bol rahi hain. Avu ko hosh aane do phir jaate hain.
Mallika: Abhi, Avu ke Parents ko call karke inform kar do. At least they have right to know about their daughter's health, surgery and life. She is your fiancee doesn't mean you can control her life and keep her away from her parents.
Mallika taunted him.
Abhi: Main medicines leke aaya.
Abhi left from there.
Vaish: Mallika stop it. Stop behaving aggressively with him. Can't you see he is so stressed?
Mallika: Yes I saw but still. He should inform them. Vaishu kal ko bhagwaan na kare ki tujhe ya mujhe kuch hua. Hum parents ko inform karege hi. Aese kaise parents ka topic hi ignore kar raha hain? Tu har baat me usko defend karna band kar.
Mallika stomped her feet. Sum shook his head in disbelief.
Sid: But Vaishu, Mallika galat nahin bol rahi hain. Avu ko heart attack aaya, uski surgery hui, she is in stress. Parents ko inform to karna chahie.
Vaish was quiet not knowing what to say.
After an hour or two, Avu got concious. Dr finally let them meet her. They all went in room.
Sum: How are you feeling now?
Avu: Better.
Mallika: Kya hua tha? You felt unconscious any issues? I mean kya hua tha Avu.
Vaish: We are best friends right? Tum hum se kuch bhi share kar sakti ho.
Avu (mumble): Best friends?
Everyone heard it. She looked at Abhi. Abhi bit his lip and went out of room.
Sid: Kya leke baithe ho sab log. Leave all this. Ye batao humse kitne din sewa lene ka plan hain madam?
He said changing the topic.
Sum: Haan Avu jaldi batao to hum us hisab se khud ko charge kare. Ye dono (pointing at Vaish and Mallika) to kuch karne se rahi. Puri sewa hum dono karenge fully.
Mallika: Kya bola? Main lazy hoon?
Sid: Haww!! Bhabhi aese beizzati. Main to bilkul na sahu.
Sum: Saale muh band kar. Maine aesa kuch nahin bola.
They both kept on arguing, making Avu laugh over their silly fight.
With Abhi. He went out and sat on chair. Avni's word best friend was echoing in his mind.
Abhi's P.O.V.
Whatever she did with me was wrong but she too lost everything. Since long I am also punishing her but she never said anything. Vo khud itna suffer kar rahi hain. Still main usse apne se door kar raha hu to kahin mein kahin Avu ko na kho doon. Punishment to mil gayi usse uske fault ki. Even more she got. I should forgive her now. Uski health ka bhi dhayan rakhna hain pura.
P.O.V. ends
He was thinking all this. Remembering his past. When tears roll down on his cheeks. He wiped them and went in room. He saw Sum and Sid were fighting over silly topic. Avu giggling.
Abhi (clearing his throat): Ahem Ahem!
Everyone's attention turned towards him.
