(Can't deny that... That guy was the only person to accept me as the way I am without taking an advantage of me.Deep in my heart I always wanted someone whom I can rely on.. Whom I can share my secrets with.. Who will accept the way I am.. And that someone was none other than him)

I whispered as quietly as I can

He looked at me

Yoshida's pov
I woke up at 6:00 am thanks to the loud snorts of my classmates
yesterday was one hell of a day. I was so tired that I fell asleep as soon as I fall in the tent.
(Let's make some progress today)
After a while everyone else also woke up
Chabashira sensei arrived for our roll call.
Suddenly Hirata called out to sensei
"sensei have you seen koenji kun I haven't seen him since last night."
"Oh he dropped out"
"Huuuuuuuhhhhhhhh"
Everyone was surprised at this
"Damn that koenji. We lost our 30 points because of him"
Sudo shouted
Everyone else was also upset about it
"Now now let's calm down everyone"
Hirata being a pacifier calmed everyone down.
After the situation got calmed I took the keycard from horikita to refresh our spot.
Hirata then called out for us
"Everyone! I would like your assistance again. Let's search for other occupiable spots and gain points for ourselves"
"we would make 2 groups for the search of new spots. A group for gathering foods and material for cooking and the rest will stay and maintain the camp"
Everyone agreed at Hirata's decision
"I would like to go alone for the search of spots"
I raised my hand
"Are you sure? It would be better to be in a group."
"Nah I m fine. Don't worry I will bring results"
"I see"
I went to the north searching for the spots.
I saw 2 spots here from the ship. Let's hope anyone hadn't taken them.
I arrived at the destination.Fortunately nobody had taken those spots.I swiped my keycard and class D gained 2 more points.
I then went towards west hoping to see other spots.
Eventually I found one but it was occupied by class B
I ran for quite a while but this body didn't feel tired at all.
After searching for a while I found 3 other spots 1 further in the west and 2 in the west.
I gained a total of 5 island points for the class today.
(Probably enough for today)
As I was about go back to the camp I was met with a loud voice
"Yoshida kun"
The owner of the voice was ichinose and beside her was a purple haired guy.
(I guess his name was kanzaki)
"Hello ichinose"
"What are you doing here yoshida kun?"
"Just searching for some food"
"Who is this ichinose?"
The guy beside her asked
"Oh this is kai yoshida from class D. yoshida kun this is ryuji kanzaki from our class."
"Nice to meet you"
"Likewise"
We exchanged our greetings
"So where is your camp yoshida kun?"
"Oh its near a river in the south"
"SOUTH?!"
They shouted in unison
"U traveled all the way here from south?"
"Yeah it was quite a distance but not that long"
"not that long? But I think it would be very far if you ask me."
"Is that so?"
(I don't even feel a bit tired even when I traveled this far. Just whose body is this?
For now playing dumb is all I can do.)
"Well now that you come all the way here how about you visit our camp and take a rest for a while."
"Are you sure letting an outsider in?"
"Yeah its not like any secret anyways.you also agree right kanzaki kun?"

"I see thank you for your hospitality I will go back after resting for a while"
We arrived at the class B camp.
"Welcome back Ichinose. Huh? Yoshida kun is also with you?"
"Yeah he traveled quite far from his camp so we decided to let him stay and rest in our camp for a while."
"I will leave after a short while"

"Well as yoshida kun is new here let's us introduced him to everyone"
After a long introduction session I sat on a hammock in the corner
"Are you feeling refreshed now?"
Ichinose asked as she sat beside me

I stood stretching my hands
"Yeah I m good to go back. Thank you for your hospitality"
"Already? Let me walk you back for some distance."
(Denying her was not an option because she will keep persisting after that)
"Ok"
We started walking side by side
"By the yoshida kun thank you for the advice back then"
"Oh I did nothing"
Flashback
Before the announcement of vacation
I was walking towards the dorm when someone called out to me
"Wait yoshida kun"
It was ichinose
"Hello ichinose. Do you need something from me?"
"Oh um this is not the right place let's talk at the cafe nearby"
"Ok"
I agreed and we arrived at the cafe
"so? What did you wanted to talk about?"
"Um.. Yoshida kun have you ever been confessed?"
"No"

Apparently she was surprised at my quick response

"So? Is that what you wanted to ask?"

She handed me a letter
(If I wasn't a reader I would definitely have thought this letter was for me. But why me this was supposed to be happening with ayanokoji. Did I mess the story?)

I was brought back from my thoughts
"Yeah so what's this letter about?"
"A love letter"
(Is this girl really this dumb or is she faking it?)
"You know ichinose you shouldn't just hand over a love letter like that to a boy you can create misunderstandings"
Upon realizing ichinose face become bright red
"Uh u-um that's not what I meant this way given to me so I was wondering if you can tell me what should I do"
Her face was still red
"Yeah I know I won't receive a love letter unless its a dare.What makes you think I can help you?"
"Oh haven't you heard the rumors? It says that you give great relationship advices which work all the time"
(WHO TF SPREAD THIS KIND OF RUMOR?)
"unfortunately the rumor is false and as I have said I have no experience in love"
"B-but atleast try anything would be fine"
"I see tell me the situation"
"So there was a girl in my class who I think had sent me this letter. I firstly thought she only wanted to become my friend but I guess it was more than that. I don't want to hurt her. So can you please help me"
"Look ichinose you should just say that you don't feel the same way even though you don't want to make her feel bad its the only way if you don't face it directly it will only create make the situation worse. If you just face it and say your honest opinion to her it would come to an end although it will break her heart or make her feel bad for some days but she would be able to grow out of this"
"I-I see. Yoshida kun are you sure you haven't been in a relationship before?"
"Yep. I have never been in a relationship"
"I see thank you yosida kun I will do as you say"
"By the way ichinose What would you have done if I didn't helped you"
"Oh I was thinking of making someone my fake boyfriend but now I don't need that. Thank you again yoshida kun"
"Your welcome"
End of flashback
"No your advice helped a lot. My relationship with her is now much better than before"
" I see I m glad I could help"
"So? Have you thought about guessing the leader in the last day?"
" I don't know that decision is for the whole class to take"
"Oo I see. So let's try to guess each others leader."
"I am not a good guesser tho"
"Its a game its not like its the end of the world. Let's try. So who do you think our class leader is?
"Chihiro shiranami san"
"Huh?"she flinched at my answer

"That's what I think anyways"
"What made you think its her?"
"Oh when I was being introduced to everyone in the camp I saw most of the them were doing their own stuff and helping the camp while shiranami San in particular wasn't doing that much plus many students were surrounding her that's what I thought anyways its not like its true or something."
"H-huh oh yeah"
(The way she flinched upon hearing my answer its 100% her. I wasn't sure if the leaders would be as they were shown in the novel because many things has changed in here but now I m pretty sure rest of the leaders are also the same as the novel but I won't do anything unless I confirm it)
"Now its your turn"
"Oh um.... Its probably Hirata kun."
"I see"
"Now that our guessing the leader is over I should probably head back its already pretty late"
"I see. Bye yoshida kun"
We parted ways and I came back at the base
I went to meet Hirata to tell him about the points I gathered
"Hey hirata"
"Oh yoshida kun you are back. How was your trip. Did you found any spots"
"Oh about that can you lend me your ear"
Hirata became surprised and happy as I whispered the yields of today.
"That's amazing yoshida kun"
"I was just lucky that the spots were pretty close"

"I see thank you but don't tell everyone now. Just say I was able to take 2 spots. If they knew I was able to secure 5 spots they will become over relaxed"

It was pretty late so we ate our dinner and went back to our tents.
I woke up 6:00 am in the morning again thanks to yamauchi grabbing my legs thinking me as sakura
After some time sensei took our rollcalls and I refreshed our spot
I went early to take spots I previously acquired to refresh them and ran back to the camp
It took me 4 hours to cover all the spots and another hour to return back to the camp.
When I arrived at the camp there was already a scene going on
???:- "hah sucks to be you if you followed ryuen san's decisions you wouldn't have to suffer"
"Shut up and go back"
Ibuki glared at them
???:- "we are not here for you anyways. We are here to rely ryuen san's message -
If you want to live your vacation at the fullest come to the beach."
???:- "we will be going back now"
They left the camp and went to the forest
After they left horikita met up with ayanokoji
(well I don't have any reason to go there. For now I will just stay at camp and help them)
Horikita and ayanokoji left to check their camp. I saw ibuki sitting in the corner so I went to her
"Are you okay now?"
"Who are you?"
She glared at me
"My name is kai yoshida I don't mean any harm"
"Ibuki mio"
"I heard that you were wounded are you better now?"
"Its none of your business"
"I see then I will be going now"
I left her and decided to pay class c a visit
not for ryuen but for hiyori
I arrived at the beach ayanokoji and horikita were still taking with ryuen
I approached them
"Yo ayanokoji"
They looked towards me and horikita spoke up
"What are you doing here?"
"Oh I just wanted to meet a friend here"
"You have friend in class c?"
"Yeah"
"Now isn't it interesting and who that might be?"
"Oh its shina hiyori"
"Her? Oh.. Is your name kai yoshida? That girl mentioned your name before"
"yeah that's correct so can I meet with her?"
"Sure. Looks like not everyone in your class is a fool suzune"
"Don't use my first name without my permission. Ayanokoji kun we will be leaving and yoshida kun you will be having a chat with me later on"
She glared at me and left
(welp looks like I earned a long ass lecture)
I went to hiyori's tent
She was very happy to see me
After taking to her for a while I left the place and went back to the camp
(Hiyori really is the most adorable girl I have ever seen)
"Yoshida kun come here for a moment"
I was called out by horikita
She then gave me a long ass lecture of why I should make any friends outside the class but unfortunately for her I didn't listen to her advice.
And the third day came to an end
I woke up at 6 am today but I wasn't the only one that's awake every other boy was also awake.
It was due to the girls shouting outside the boys tent.
I went outside the tent to see what's going on
It was shinohara and a bunch of girls
All the boys gathered outside the tent
"What's the matter?"
Hirata inquired the girls
"Hirata kun someone stole karuizawa san's panties."
Everyone was shocked to hear that
"Are you saying that we stole it?"
Ike asked
"Who else its gonna be? A girl won't steal a panty its gotta be a boy."
Dispute broke out between them but hirata calmed them down
"So what do u want the boys to do?"
Hirata asked them
"Let us check your bags"
Although reluctant they agreed to show I went to bring my bag
Fortunately the panty wasn't. Then suddenly Ike became pale
"Hey don't tell me you stole it?"
Yamauchi asked
"N-no why would I do that?"
"Seriously dude you are fucked now"
He left the camp leaving me ike and ayanokoji behind
"Ahh what am I going to do? I didn't stole it someone put it here"
"Calm down ike"
I calmed him down
"That's right yoshida keep it for me"

He hurriedly left then
(Wow now I m fucked instead of ayanokoji)
I put the panty in my pocket and left the tent
After the checking was done shinohara again approached hirata
"Hirata kun we want to check their pockets as well"
"What is your problem? We are innocent here."
Ike shouted
"Then shut up and show us your pockets"
we formed a line for checking
And my turn came eventually and the panty was still in my pocket.
(Time to be labelled as a pervert)
Hirata Checked my pockets
"Yoshida kun is also clear"
"See we are innocent"
The girls just glared and got back to their tents
Hirata then called out to me
"Why didn't you tell them?"
"So it was that after all. Did you steal it?"
"No"
"I see. I believe you.Can you hand over that to me now?"
"Here"
I handed the panty to hirata
"You are already contributing so much in his exam I can't stress you more but can you find the real culprit?"
"I will try"
(Hirata really is a good person but his trust is just him being naive but whatever atleast i am saved from being called as a pervert. I didn't thought he would save me in the novel it was ayanokoji but now its me.)
After that I just refreshed the spots like usual.Currently I gained a total of 15 points for the class.
And the day came to an end.
