Hi my names lexa!
I'm currently living with my grandparents. They're never home they're always busy traveling and working. We have a good relationship though because we have a blast when we are together. I'm only here for the time being. Everything has been going great!
Until last night...
{Last night}
I was sleeping in my bed when all of the sudden I heard my dogs barking like crazy and I swear I heard someone running.
I grabbed the bat under my bed and sneakily walk out of my room. I heard someone walk into the kitchen and open the fridge then heard them rummaging through it.
Now if they were to steal something my food was the one thing I was not going to allow them to steal.
So I ran to them and smacked their head with a bat
"UGH!"
They smashed into the wall and stopped moving
I turned on the light
And I almost dropped the bat when I saw who was knocked out on the floor.
First off I started laughing
"Did a cosplayer break into my house?!"
But then I realized that he might be dead so I checked his pulse he was fine.
I got a chair and tied him to the chair.
So he woke up
"Uughh...what happen...wait...what the-"
"So your finally awake?"
I said to him with a bat in my hand
"Now your going to tell me who you are and why your broke into my house! Or else I'm going to smack you with this bat and call the cops!"
The man glared at me
"The names dabi and I was just looking for something to eat."
I rolled my eyes
"Yeah yeah and I'm goku. Tell me who you actually are before I call the cops!"
"I told my names dabi!"
'Man this fool was really committed to the role. But the makeup and hair seemed very...real'
"Fine. Then this should hurt if I pull it."
I said walking over to him and touching the scars and pulling on the staple
"OW! Hey! that hurts!"
He yelled and I freaked out when I saw blood coming out. I backed up and started shaking.
'Oh my god. This guys is actually dabi! From my hero academia. But there's no way...Is the multiverse theory actually true. I mean I always hoped but I didn't actually think it was true!'
"Why did you do that?!"
He yelled angrily
"I...didn't think it was real..."
He started trying to get out of the ropes
"Get these off me!"
"Nuh-uh! No way! I love life."
He stopped and I was worried he was going to try something so I had my bat ready
"Alright let's make a deal."
I raised an eyebrow
"What kind of deal?"
"You untie me and I don't kill you."
I scoffed
"How dumb do you think I am? I think I'm just going to call the cops."
"Wait! no no no no! Don't call the cops!"
"Why shouldn't I?"
"Listen! I really won't kill you!"
I decided to ask a question before I really did call the police
"What were you doing before you broke into my house?"
"What?"
"Did I stutter? What were you doing before you broke into my house."
"It a little fuzzy but I mostly just remember walking around in an alleyway and then I think I passed out. Next thing I know I wake up around this area. Your house is the first thing I saw and I was-"
His stomach grumbled and he groaned
"Hungry. I haven't eaten in awhile."
I felt bad. So I decided to untie him.
When he stood up and I held my bat close
"Geez those ropes were digging into my skin."
He looked at me and tensed
"Chill out. I'm not going to kill you. It wouldn't benefit me in anyway. But you know I think I want to add a little bit more to the deal."
He started walking towards
I got prepared to swing
He stopped a good distance away
"I untied you. Just get out of my house."
"Come on just hear me out."
I kept my bat up and ready but I was willing to listen to him
"I have no where else to go, I also need to eat. You live by yourself and we're in the middle of nowhere. So I don't kill you and you let me live here for the time being. It's rather that or I kill you. Your choice."
I sighed in defeat
"Fine. Since your going to be here I might as well tell you my name. My names lexa."
{in the morning}
I walked to the kitchen and started making breakfast. Dabi wasn't anywhere to be seen. Maybe it was all a dream
"Man it felt so real though."
"What's on the menu?"
Or maybe it wasn't
"Pancakes."
He then sat at the table and waited for me to finish.
I got out two plates
And placed pancakes on them. I set his down in front of him and I place mine down in an empty chair. Then I went to the cabinet to grab syrup and powered sugar. Then I went into the fridge grabbed whipped cream and fruit.
I put syrup on my pancakes then whipped cream. Then I put some fruit on my plate. Dabi only added syrup to his pancakes.
Then we both ate in silence. After I finished I went over to the sink and started washing my dishes Dabi came over and placed his on the counter. After I finished mine I washed his.
After I put them away I went to the living room to see him sitting on the couch, I was going to go to my room when I heard him say
"Hey why don't you come over here? I think we should talk."
I walked over
"What is it?"
"I think we need to discuss how we are going to make this work."
I sat down on the couch opposite of him
"Agreed. I suppose setting some rules would be ideal. I think it's clear that you shouldn't leave the property."
"What can't come with you when you go somewhere?"
"No you can't. Unless you feel like ending up as a test subject for scientists."
"Mind telling me where I am?"
"Your in my house."
"You know what I mean."
"We'll your in America."
He sat up and looked at me
"What?!"
"Yup your in America and from what is sounds like you fell through another dimension."
"Wait the multiverse theory is real?"
"I guess it is. Because...now don't take this the wrong way. If anybody else saw you they'd probably think your a corpse."
"Wow. Thanks."
"Hey I'm just saying."
"So. How long am I stuck here?"
I shrugged my shoulders
"You don't know!"
"Hey listen, I'm just as confused as you are."
Dabi sighed
"Well guess we're stuck together."
"I suppose so. There's a guest bedroom you can stay in. It's down the hall on the left. Stay out of my room."
I then got up and went to my room. I decided to take a nap.
{Narrator POV}
Dabi got bored and decided to look around. He couldn't read certain things cause they were in English and he didn't know how to read English. Yet he spoke it.
He went outside.
Lexa's grandparents Owned a huge property and the next neighbor was far away. He saw the dogs in the e fence and they barked at him when they saw him. He ignored them and explored for like 10 minutes until
He got bored and went back into the house.
He searched around the kitchen for something to drink but all the drinks were non-alcoholic.
"Your kidding me. Not even a bottle of wine!"
He searched through the fridge and found stuff to make a sandwich.
After eating he was bored again. He checked out the guest room wasn't anything special. pretty plain and boring. Perfect for a guest.
Dabi tried out the bed and he must admit. It was the nicest bed he had felt in a long time.
But he wasn't tired enough to sleep.
He decided to bother you.
{Lexa POV}
I heard knocking on my door.
"What do you want?"
"I'm bored."
"That sounds like a you problem."
"Come on."
"What are you expecting me to do?"
"I don't know."
He kept knocking, I got annoyed and got out of my bed and opened my door. I walked past him and turned on Netflix.
I put on death note.
Then I threw the remote towards him. He caught it
"There. Just watch some shows."
He then laid on the couch and then I went back to my room. I grabbed my tablet and started drawing I mostly practiced anatomy because I suck at it.
I also thought of what this means. An anime character from an alternate dimension is living in my house.
