Rohit was getting bored as Ritika and Sammy were playing with Devisha. He thought to call Virat and talk to him.
He called two times but he didn't pick up.
He called Anushka to know where was he.
'Hey Nush its Ro' greeted Rohit as soon as she picked up the call.
'Hi Ro' greeted Anushka trying to sound cheerful as possible.
'How are you ? All good.' Asked Rohit
'Ya ummm everything is fine.' Said Anushka fumbling with words.
'What's wrong Nush ?' Asked Rohit hearing the tone.
'Nothing Ro. Tell me how come u called today' asked Anushka hiding the worry in her voice.
'Actually I was calling Vi but he is not picking the call. Is he in meeting ? Because its rare that he misses my call' Asked Rohit.
'Umm ya actually he is in meeting' said Anushka.
'Is everything okay ? Nush ?' Asked Rohit again.
'Ya .. I will talk to u later .. getting a work call' said Anushka hurriedly hanging up.
She sighed after hanging up the call. She was feeling so low today seeing the trolls on her name. She hid it from Virat as he was already stressed.
Anushka went in the room where her husband was sleeping with frown on his forehead. She so wished that he would share it with her what he is feeling rather than keeping it to himself.
She still didn't know the reason why he was sleeping in the day time which was really strange to her. But she didn't woke him up as he looked stressed.
Rohit frowned on the hanging up of the call. He totally felt that Anushka was lying to him. He went to ask Ritz.
He knocked the Sky's room.
'Arey Rohit bhai aao na' said Sky welcoming him.
'Sky I will sit afterwards, Ritz I have an important work with you. Could you come for 5 mins' said Rohit
'Ha ek min' said Ritika taking Sammy with her.
'Sorry guys .. I will meet u after sometime' said Rohit to Devisha and Sky. But he knew now something was going on with his best friend which was more important now than anything else.
'Kya hua Ro? Why are u looking so tensed?' Asked Ritika.
'Did u speak to Nush recently ?' Asked Rohit
'No .. Why ?' said Ritika confused.
'I called Vi but he didn't pick my call. Then I called Nush she picked it up but she sounded really low and seemed very disturbed.' Said Rohit.
Ritika was going to say something when Jassi along with Sanjana knocked their door.
'Hey guys come in' said Ritika but Rohit frowned at the interruption. He didn't mean to frown but couldn't help it.
'I know we interrupted something but this is really imp' said Sanjana seeing the frown on Rohit's face.
'What's wrong?' Asked Rohit.
'Bhai did u see this?' Asked Jassi showing him the phone.
Rohit took a look at it .. There were numerous trolls blaming Anushka for Virat's performance. And double trolls criticising Virat as a finished player.
'What the hell!' Muttered Rohit and Ritika took the phone to see.
'So this is the reason Anushka was sounding so low' said Rohit remembering her fumbling and low voice.
'Bhai we should go to Bhai and Bhabhi. They would need us' said Jassi worried for Virat.
'Nush told me Virat was in a meeting' said Rohit.
'No bhaiya she lied to you .. I called Siraj he told that Virat bhaiya hasn't arrived for breakfast. In fact there was no meeting as such because Faf and everyone was in the hall' said Jassi.
'Ro we should go to them' said Ritika tensed for Anushka
'Yes bhai' said Sanjana
'Ya lets go .. just we have to think something to cover us up .. because Jassi Hume Abhi meeting mai Jana tha' said Rohit.
'Meeting kal ke liye postpone Kar sake hai Bhai and Surya ko bol dete hai he will cover for us' said Jassi calling Surya in the room.
'Hi Jassi kya hua' said Surya entering the room after 5 mins.
'Everything ok .. u all look tensed' said Surya looking at their faces.
'Surya we need to go outside for sometime .. we will be back by night. Just cover that PC for us okay. I know we have shoot scheduled for ad and all but this is really important.' Said Rohit.
'If anyone asks tell that is the family matter' said Jassi this time. And Rohit smiled at that.
'Okay I will cover .. if I may ask anything serious ?' Asked Surya seeing their worried faces.
'We will tell u later' said Jassi seeing Rohit in a dilemma.
All four of them along with Sammy went to the hotel.
'Bhai Virat bhaiya ka room number kya hai' asked Jassi to Rohit.
'Mujhe kya pata' said Rohit
'Seriously Ro u talk to him for so long and u don't know his room number' said Ritika
'Ha toh why will I ask his room number we have so many other things to talk about' said Rohit
'Siraj phone is not reachable' said Jassi trying him
'Don't worry waha jaake pata lag jayega' said Sanjana seeing Ritika was gonna say something to Rohit again.
They entered and saw Faf there.
'Yahi milna tha pehle' muttered Rohit in jealousy
'Bhaiya control urself' said Jassi
'Hey Rohit, Jas' said Faf
'Hey Faf .. could you help us with Virat's room number' asked Rohit politely
'Ya sure' said Faf and gave the number
'See u later' said Jassi
They went and knocked the door. Anushka opened it and was surprised to see them.
'Hey guys.. what a surprise' said Anushka genuinely happy to see them.
Rohit went and took her into a brotherly hug. Anushka hugged him back.
'Sharmaji bata nahi sakti thi ki Kyu pareshaan hai' said Rohit breaking the hug.
'Kya batau Ro .. it's just really upsetting' said Anushka
'Bhabhi u don't worry about all this .. this is all stupid people who don't know anything' said Jassi
'I know Jas .. but problem is Vi didn't share anything about this with me and suffering alone' said Anushka
'U don't worry Nush Ro will talk to him' said Ritika assuring her and signalling Ro
'Ha Nush don't worry plz' said Sanjana
'Hai Kaha wo idiot' said Rohit making her smile
'He is sleeping Ro .. I don't know if he slept in the night or not so I didn't wake him up' said Anushka
'Nush chi .. u are not talking to me .. u talked with everyone' pouted Sammy
'Awe my Baby come here' said Anushka picking her up and kissing her whole face making her giggle
'Nush where is Vami' aksed Sanjana
'In the cot' said Nush pointing to it. Ritika and Sanjana started pampering Vamika while Rohit and Jassi went into Virat's room.
Rohit saw him sleeping uncomfortably. He went near him and saw him mumbling something. He looked at Jassi worriedly.
'Don't leave me Nush , Ro .. Mahi bhai' mumbled Virat.
'Vi wake up .. it's a dream' said Rohit.
Hearing Rohit's voice Virat woke up and saw Rohit and Jassi near him.
'U are here really ?' Asked Virat unsure yet.
'I am here' said Rohit and Virat just rested his head on his shoulder.
'Bhaiya are u feeling okay' asked Jassi sitting in front of them.
'I just don't understand why they drag our families. I am solely responsible for what I am doing or performing right' said Virat. After seeing Rohit he couldn't keep it inside.
'What should I do Ro?' Asked Virat not knowing what he should really do.
'Honestly Vi .. I am also feeling the same. Not performing .. loosing continuously..' said Rohit sharing the same feelings.
'Bhaiya aap dono aise Kyu soch rahe ho .. this is ipl .. it does not matter what people say .. Abhi bhi records agar check kiye toh u both will be at the top for international cricket .. kya hua agar aap log out ho Gaye toh .. u are also human na .. Mahi bhai hi bolte hai na that u guys are the best .. so why u both are doubting ur self.. we believe u .. and we know u both will bounce back and be the nightmare for bowlers .. except me' said Jassi explaining his brothers.
Virat and Rohit had rather proud look on their face hearing their kiddo.
'U are right Jassi' said Mahi from the door.
'Bhai' said Virat and ran to hug him.
'Aaram se Vi' said Rohit as he got up so hastily.
'Cheeku mai yahi hu.. don't worry' said Mahi rubbing his back.
'Bhai please sab pehle jaise kar do' said Virat burying his face in crook of his neck.
