Meanwhile, on Jagged's tour bus, Luka and Juleka were having a jam session with their Dad, when they too got hit with Simpleman's simplification wave.
'Woah, six strings?' Luka says. 'How can anyone play something this complicated?'
'You're telling me son; I wouldn't know how to play a guitar if you paid me!' Jagged replied.
'Even four strings, just too complicated!' Juleka says, throwing her bass on the couch.
On the Parisian streets, Simpleman and the kids take a walk.
'Everything into the trash, much simpler!' the recycling man says.
The kids see Andre the ice-cream man.
'Simpleman! I want a Chocolate Pistachio cone!' Ella says.
Simpleman looks at Ella as Ella points to André the ice cream maker.
'And I want caramel hazelnut and cherry!' Etta says.
'Oh, sorry, children, it's just vanilla now. Having only one flavour is much simpler!' Andre replies.
'Now that's much better!' Simpleman says.
Ella sighs. 'I liked it better when everything was less simple.'
A pizza box falls right in front of them they all gasp and look up to find more pizza boxes falling on them. Simpleman protects the children by staking the pizza boxes while they scream.
Simpleman throws the pizza boxes back at the delivery man.
'Hey! What's going on?' Simpleman cries.
A pizza box falls on Simpleman's head.
'Cheese pizza for everyone! Only one choice of topping, it's much simpler!' the pizza delivery guy replies.
'Meh, that's true!' Simpleman replies.
'Seems kinda dangerous when things are simple. Don't you think?' Manon says.
'Ladybug and Cat Noir will be here soon. Don't worry!' Chris reassures her.
'HEY!! SHADOWMOTH, WE'RE HERE!' Ladybug cried.
'Come and fight us!' Cat Noir yells.
'You see that, kids? Simplified heroes mean easily found Miraculous. Come on! Let's simply pick them up!' Simpleman says.
Shadowmoth laughs from his lair. 'Ha-ha! And I will stay hidden! That way I will win easily!'
'Hey, Shadow Moth!!' Ladybug calls out.
'Yoo-hoo!!' Cat Noir calls out.
'Ladybug! Cat Noir!' Simpleman says getting their attention.
The both look at Simpleman and jump.
'Give me your Miraculous!' Simpleman says.
Ella looks at Etta. 'We're going to see the Lucky Charm for real! This is better than watching the movie!'
'No!' Ladybug and Cat Noir reply.
'Yes!' Simpleman replies back.
'No!' Ladybug and Cat Noir say again.
'YES!' Simpleman cries.
Ladybug attempts to fight with Simpleman but fails.
'Ha-ha-ha!' Simpleman laughs.
Cat Noir attempts to fight with Simpleman.
Manon sighs. 'There's usually more action.'
'What if the bad guy wins?' Chris says.
'It'll be okay, Chris. Superheroes always win!' Manon replies.
Ladybug aims her yo-yo. 'Fighting is much simpler!'
'When nothing's complicated anymore!' Cat Noir finishes.
Cat Noir tickles Simpleman.
'I haven't simplified you enough!' Simpleman says as he swings his weapon to get rid of Cat Noir, Cat Noir and Ladybug both fall down.
'Simplification!' he cries, banging his peel into the ground once again.
Simpleman uses his powers to simplify Paris even more.
Manon, Ella, Etta and Chris all cry out, 'NO!'
"I'm Na-Na! Cla-Cla no longer here! Paris is all broken! Bug-Bug, Meow-Meow, help!" Nadja reports on TV.
'Vroom-vroom is too complicated!' a citizen sighs as people start walking out from their cars.
'I walk home with my feet now!' another says.
Officer Roger blows his whistle and makes all civilians go inside his car to get arrested.
'Jail, jail, jail, jail!' Officer Roger says as he herds them in.
'What for?' one asks.
Officer Roger thinks. 'Hm... uh, me upset. Jail.'
Meanwhile on Jagged's tour bus, Jagged was holding his guitar in his hand.
'Look kids...when I use my finger to pluck this string thing, it makes a noise!' Jagged says, surprised.
'Woah!' Luka replies, looking shocked.
'Mind. Blown.' Juleka adds, wide eyed.
Meanwhile back on the Parisian streets, Ladybug and Cat Noir were still dealing with Simpleman.
'Quick Ladybug! Use your Lucky Charm to fight the villain!' Manon calls out.
'Lucky Charm?' Ladybug says as a ball falls into her hand.
'Wow! Cool! Hey Simpleman, take this!' Ladybug says as she throws the ball but it bounces and hits Ladybug instead. The ball rolls under a car and Simpleman laughs.
Ladybug pouts. 'Oww! Boo-boo, Lucky Charm!'
Cat Noir makes his stick taller but ends up falling down. The kids slap their faces with disappointment.
Shadowmoth has an idea and speaks to Simpleman from his lair: 'Candy! Simpleman! Candy for Miraculous! Everyone loves candy!'
'Now that's a plan; simple, efficient and easy to understand!' Simpleman replies.
Simpleman looks around for candy and finds some while Ladybug gets the ball.
'Ladybug, Cat Noir? Let's stop fighting and make peace. Give me your miraculous and in exchange I'll give you some candy' Simpleman smiles.
'Candy, I love candy!' Ladybug says happily.
'Everyone loves candy!' Cat Noir smiles.
They begin to run to Simpleman but the kids stop them.
'No! Never take candy from a stranger!' Manon says.
'He's doing that to steal your miraculous!' Chris says.
Ladybug sighs. 'I'm tired of Miraculous! I don't want them anymore!' She starts taking off her earrings.
'Me neither! Superheroes are lame!' Cat Noir says, as he starts taking his ring off.
Shadowmoth grins from his lair: 'Oh, yes! Yes!'
Ella, Etta, Manon and Chris all cry out, 'NOOO!'
Chris holds up the lucky charm. 'You have to win against the bad guy!'
'We don't want to see everyone weird like this!' Ella says.
'But the bad guy is too bad!' Ladybug pouts.
'Look how strong he is!' Cat Noir says, looking worried.
'Ha! That's true!' Simpleman says, just as he gets a back ache.
'Our sister is always telling us that you're the strongest!' Etta says.
'And that you're smarter than the bad guys!' Ella replies.
Ladybug sighs. 'Lucky Charm is too complicated.'
'No, it's very simple!' Manon says. 'It's like a riddle. For example, you can take the air out of the ball and then use a pipe to attach it to the bicycle pump! And, and then you throw it under the bad guy's stick!'
'Without air in it?' Ladybug asks.
'A-and when the ball is under the stick you just have to blow it up again!' Etta says.
'And when the ball grows bigger it'll make the stick bounce!' Ella smiles.
'Then Cat Noir can catch it and cataclysm it!' Chris says.
'But I don't have a bicycle pump' Ladybug shrugs.
'Can I just cataclysm the bad guy?' Cat Noir asks.
Manon, Ella, Etta and Chris all groan.
Simpleman starts thinking.
Shadowmoth speaks to him from his lair: 'Hey! Explaining complicated stuff is cheating!'
'You're right. Sorry, but I'm gonna have to simplify you too kids! SIMPLIFICATION!' Simpleman cries out.
Chris throws the ball. 'Ladybug!'
Ladybug catches the ball and thinks. 'Make it bounce!' She throws it at Simpleman's feet, just as his peel is about to hit the ground and it bounces up.
Simpleman scowls. 'HEY!'
'Cat Noir!' Manon cries, pointing at the peel.
'Cataclysm?!' Cat Noir says as he destroys the peel. 'It's true, my power is super simple!'
'And repairing everything is even more simple!' Ladybug says as she captures the akuma. 'Gotcha!' She releases the purified akuma. 'Bye-bye, little butterfly. The only thing I have to say is...'
'Miraculous Ladybug!' Ladybug and the kids cry out.
Ladybug throws the ball up in the sky as the Miraculous Ladybug fixes everything.
'What are you doing in my car?' Officer Roger says as he looks at the huge amount of people in his car he put in to take to jail.
