Ladybug creates a Magical Charm to give to Nino.
Ladybug takes his hand. 'Nino, take this magical charm. Always carry it with you. That way, Shadowmoth can't get to you anymore.'
Nino takes it but says, 'I won't need to use it, Ladybug!' He holds Alya's hand and looks lovingly into her eyes. 'I'll never let Shadow Moth use my love to manipulate me again.' Then he turns to Cat Noir. 'I guess I was wrong about you, my dude. I'm sorry I overreacted.' He tips his cap to him.
'Everyone has doubts now and then,' Cat Noir replies as he looks down. 'Even me...'
Ladybug looked at him with a raised eyebrow. 'Is everything okay, Cat Noir?'
'Yeah, yeah...' Cat Noir replies as he prepares his fist. 'Pound it?'
Ladybug fist bumps. 'Pound it!'
Alya takes Ladybug's hands and in doing so, secretly gives her back the fox miraculous.
'Thanks for saving Nino Ladybug!' she smiles.
'You're welcome Alya' she replies with a smile. 'Bug out!'
Cat Noir and Ladybug leap away, whereas Cat Noir is still upset, thinking about the secrets Nino had blurted out to him earlier at the boiler room.
Back in Adrien's room, Adrien is looking at a post of him with Ladybug, Rena Rouge and Carapace on the LadyBlog on his computer.
'I still can't believe Ladybug entrusted Alya and Nino with those Miraculous' Adrien said to Plagg.
Plagg eats a piece of Camembert. 'Of course, she did. She's the Guardian.'
'But they're a couple and they know each other's secret identities' Adrien replied.
'So...?' Plagg exclaims, eating another piece of Camembert.
'So, why does she make it a rule that we can't know each other's identities but it's okay for them?' Adrien replied, with annoyance in his voice.
'She's the Guardian, the Grandmaster Cheese Ripener, and you and I are just cheese on the platter. She decides what's on the menu' Plagg replies.
Meanwhile Ladybug went to detransform in secret. She gave Tikki a macaron.
'I think it's time to see how Max and Markov are doing with their little surprise for Alya' Marinette smiled.
Tikki finished her macaron. 'I'm sure Alya will love it!' Tikki replies, as Marinette transforms into Ladybug again and heads over to Max and Markov's house.
'Hey guys, how's the project coming along?' Ladybug asks Max and Markov when she swings over to Max's house.
'Great, we've finished it!' Max says.
'That was fast!' Ladybug replied, impressed. 'I'll text Alya to meet me here, she'll be so excited!'
Nino was walking Alya home, holding her hand.
'What did you want to do this evening, pretty lady?' Nino asked her.
'A movie night would be fun!' Alya replies. 'I need to unwind after today!'
'Sounds like fun, I'm so down for that!' Nino replies, as Alya's phone beeps with a message from Ladybug.
"Alya, meet me at Max's house, pronto! We have something for you!"
Alya sighs.
'What is it?' Nino asks her.
'It's Ladybug. Probably wanting me for another mission, no doubt...' Alya replies.
Nino looked sad for her. 'You should tell her not to take up so much of your free time.'
'You're right Nino! I'll go speak with her. You pick out a movie at my place and I'll be right there!' Alya replies.
'You got it Alya!' Nino says, as he kisses her cheek and they part ways.
Alya arrives at Max's house and Ladybug waits outside for her.
Alya sighs. 'What mission is it this time Ladybug?'
'No mission today. Just a present for you!' Ladybug smiles, as she leads her inside.
Max and Markov are there to show her their surprise.
Max introduces it. 'Presenting... the LadyCam! This little beauty sits on Ladybug's head and records all the action when you can't be there in person!'
Markov continues. 'It has state of the art circuitry and virus protection and even the most professional of hackers won't be able to hack into this little beauty!'
'Best of all,' Max continues, 'It will upload everything instantaneously to your IP address only, for editing!'
Alya is speechless.
Ladybug smiles. 'From now on, I won't call on your help as much. I didn't mean to cause any trouble between you and Nino. And I know you have other important priorities too! And from this point on, I want all footage of our missions to be the sole property of the LadyBlog, as our number one information go to for all things Ladybug!'
Alya hugs her. 'Thank you, Ladybug! You're the best! Thanks Max and Markov!' Alya says, giving them high fives. Ladybug puts the LadyCam in her yo-yo.
'I promise to wear it whenever you're not there!' she says. 'Now get outta here and go spend time with your man!' Ladybug winks.
'Thanks Ladybug!' Alya replies as she runs off home to meet Nino.
While she was on her way back, Mari texted her:
Marinette: "How did everything go with Nino? Is everything all sorted out?"
Alya: "Yep, all good now girl! I'm meeting him at my house for a movie night! And Ladybug gave me a gift! A LadyCam she's going to wear while on missions! Yours truly will have the only Ladybug's eye view of all the action!"
Marinette: "That's awesome Alya! Ooh, a movie night sounds fun! I think I'll see if Luka would like to join me for one too! Enjoy!"
Mari texted Luka.
Marinette: "Hey my prince, wanna come over to my place for a movie night?"
Luka: "Sounds fun my melody! I'm always up for a good movie night! What are we watching?"
Marinette: "How about Mulan?"
Luka: "How'd you know that was one of my favourite Disney movies? Be over in 15! I'll bring popcorn ❤"
Marinette: "See you soon! ❤"
Luka arrives 15 minutes later. He brought a packet of microwave popcorn that they heated up and Mari found a popcorn container to put it in when it was done.
They got to her room and looked into each others eyes and soon found their lips against the others.
'I missed your sweet kiss my melody...' Luka whispers as he hugs her, his amazing voice sending shivers up Mari's spine in a good way as she whispers, 'Me too Luka' back to him.
Tikki went to hang out with the rest of the Kwamis in the miracle box for the night, to give Mari and Luka some alone time, but still within earshot should anything happen.
They went and cuddled on Mari's bed, Luka leaning against her pillows on the wall, and Marinette leaning against Luka with her head on his chest. She had put the movie onto her laptop computer and pressed play.
'I'm so glad everything worked out between Alya and Nino' Mari said softly. 'Alya is my best friend and I want her to be happy.'
'I love how you always want to help your friends' Luka chuckled. 'No wonder Master Fu chose you to be Ladybug.'
He kissed her hair as Mari blushed.
They fed each other popcorn as they watched the movie, and after the popcorn was gone, Luka used a wet wipe to wipe the salt and butter off his hands and started stroking Mari's hair.
Mari gasped. 'What are you doing Luka?' she whispered.
'Playing with your hair my melody' Luka whispered back.
'Wow, it feels so relaxing... Must be your musician's fingers' Mari giggled as Luka giggled in reply.
'Shh, just enjoy it my melody...' Luka whispered.
When it got to the end of the movie when Shang Li follows Mulan home and she asks him if he'd like to stay for dinner and the grandmother adds 'Would you like to stay forever?' Luka chuckles.
'I wish I could stay forever... just like this' he whispered, kissing Mari's hair softly. He realised she was so relaxed that she'd fallen asleep. He giggled.
He gets out from behind her and lays her down gently on the bed. She smiles in her dream like state.
'I love you Luka' Mari says softly in her sleep.
He chuckles softly and kisses her forehead as she sighs and smiles.
'Sweet dreams my melody' he whispers, as he leaves a heart shaped necklace gift for her, and a love note before leaving for home.
