"Babe your phone kepps going off."
"Check it, it might be Drew!" Charlie yelled from the shower.
Rudy grabbed his girlfriend's cell phone from the table and entered the only password he would remember, her birthday. Rudy looked confused at the phone. He knew roughly who Jacob was from what drew and what Noah had told him, some ex-boyfriend of hers. "What baby?" he whispered to himself.
"What did he want?" Charlie asked while drying her hair.
"What baby is he on about, Charlie." Rudy asked while looking her straight in the eyes.
The grin on Charlie's face disappeared and was replaced by a serious expression. "W-what?"
"don't bullshit me." Rudy snapped "you know what
I'm talking about."
"rudy." Charlie whispered.
"what fucking baby, charlie?" He screamed.
She sat down on the bed, her eyes starting to water "there was a baby. there isn't anymore"
Rudy was confused "what? w-what do you mean?"
"It was too late." Charlie sighed "I didn't know."
Rudy crouched in front of her and put his hand on her knee. "You can tell me, chichi."
She cried at this point, "I was pregnant. i-i didn't know."
"what happened?" He asked. He needed to know.
"It was when we weren't talking. i was getting
drunk and high all the time. i killed our baby I'm sorry." Charlie sobbed.
Rudy's heart broke when she saw her cry "why
didn't you tell me, charlie? you were going through
this alone."
"we weren't talking at the time." she mumbled "jacob obviously found out and i told drew and noah."
His hands fell from her knees "you gotta be kidding me."
"rudy, don't do this now." sighed Charlie, he was running his hand through his hair.
"No, Charlie. it's always them before me! It's always him. you told him about our fucking baby, before you even told me!" he strides "i need some space."
Charlie shook her head "no, rudy. please don't leave, rudy!" He left the room and slammed the door behind him.

"Look, Charlie, I just can't do this anymore."
Charlie start him up "do what? be with me?"
rudy quickly shook his head "I wanna be with you. But we are just fighting all the time."
"You're just saying that." Charlie murmured "is this
because of earlier? because of what i did?" Charlie had spent months blaming himself for what happened to her unborn child, she never thought he would too.
"The baby wasn't your fault, Charlie. you didn't know." Rudy said shaking his head.
"This is because I told Noah isn't it?" She said and her voice began to falter "how many times, rudy? there is nothing happening with me and Noah!"
"You're in more of a relationship with him then you
are me!" Rudy yells "don't even say you don't see it."
She was tired of arguing about the same thing, so she gave up. "just leave."
rudy nodded, "i thinks it's for the best.
Charlie didn't reply, just watched as he left Drew's hotel room. He closed the door behind him and Charlie fell to the ground crying.
