She will seemingly randomly yell I can't see. She knows she can't see, she was born blind. Others will call her stupid and scoff but its actually her way of saying I need help. She couldn't ask outright for help for so long that this code has been ingrained into her. Only GE knows what it really means.
She usually uses it when she doesn't feel safe. Such as when a nation is trying to get into a physical fight with her. She used to be able to fight quite well but since she 'died' her bones have become incredibly weak.
