While we were on the way to the coordinates that Ozpin gave us, i thought of Ozpin's offer to join Beacon and decided to ask JNPR a question
Evan: Jaune, Pyrrha, Nora, Ren. How's life in Beacon
Nora: Give me some pancakes then I'll talk
All of us deadpanned at Nora and Ren facepalmed
Jaune: well, Professor Port's class is a bit boring I admit but overall, it's okay to me, sir
Ren: I think it's best if you experience it yourself
Pyrrha: but you need three more people to form a team before you can join
I became silent. Who are the three that will accompany me to Beacon? Glorious, Valiant and Lexington are suitable candidates but who will take care of my daughters while we are away? Veneto and Dunkerque are also suitable but who will be the fourth member of my team?
Jaune: sir. Did Professor Ozpin offer you to join Beacon
Evan: Yes but I'm not sure if I should join. After all, I did graduate from the Azur Lane Naval Academy in Indianapolis so I'm not sure if I need any extra education
Nora: Well you need the extra education on how to be a huntsman, sailor boy

We chuckled before Dunkerque interrupted us
Dunkerque: Monsieur Evan! We're nearing the coordinates

I took out my binoculars and began to scan the horizon for any sort of unusual things after awhile I saw something that surprised me
Evan: Masaka. Yorktown class and Illustrious Class
I spotted a fleet of ships in the distance and instantly recognized them
Evan: Dunkerque. Establish communications with the ships ahead. Two of them might be who I think they are
Dunkerque: Roger!
*Enterprise POV
I tried to communicate with Saratoga back at base but for whatever reason, there was static every time I tried to do so
Elbe: What now Miss Secretary Ship?
Pompeo Magno: Should I scout ahead for any sirens?
An Shan: Your orders secretary ship?
I can feel the others looking at me, expecting orders. Before that storm, we were able to communicate with Saratoga and the base but now, we can't communicate with them for some reason. Evan if you're still here, what would you do?
As I was deep in thought, the communicator buzzed to life
??? (transmission): Enterprise? Illustrious?
a familiar voice came out of the communicator
Enterprise: Evan?
Evan (Transmission): Enterprise is that you?
Enterprise: Yes it is me. where are you
Evan (transmission): I'm nearby. Do you see anything on your radar
I checked my radar and saw a few contacts
Enterprise: I see a few contacts on my radar. is that you
Evan (transmission): yes. I'm coming over to rendezvous with you and brief you on what is going on lately. stay there.
Enterprise: Roger
I checked my radar again and saw that the contacts were slowly moving towards my fleet. I was preparing to radio the others, saying that we found Evan when I received another incoming transmission.
??? (transmission): This is General Ironwood of Atlas. Permission to board your vessel
*Evan POV
Dunkerque: Monsieur Evan! Look!
Dunkerque pointed in front and I looked through my binoculars and saw a fleet of airships resembling those used by Ironwood and his clowns landing on Enterprise production ship
Evan: Aitsura...
I grabbed the communicator and contacted Enterprise again
Evan: Enterprise. If someone asks you to join them or surrender your ships to them, decline. I'll be there shortly.
Enterprise: Roger
After contacting Enterprise, I went outside
Evan: Jet caliber! Mir, get ready because we're about to fly using my jet caliber
Once my jet caliber arrives, I spun it around until the hilt and pommel is near my mouth
Evan: Jet burner!
I then spun my jet caliber until the blade was pointing back upwards and tapped the pommel with my palm. Then i got into a comfortable position while Mir went into a pocket on my blazer before my Jet caliber emitted a jet engine sound, followed by a blue flame emerging from the pommel, propelling me into the air
Evan: Ikuzo!
*Dunkerque POV
After Monsieur Evan flew into the air using his jet caliber, Jaune, Pyrrha, Nora and Ren were shocked and amazed
Pyrrha: It's that flying sword again!
Nora: This guy can fly?!
Jaune: amazing
Ren: I wonder how Ruby will react if she sees this. A sword that enables people to fly
Dunkerque (thought): The standard weapon and rescue tool for Azur Lane commanders like Monsieur Evan, the flying sword jet caliber
I thought as we continued sailing towards Enterprise and her fleet
*Evan POV
I flew towards Enterprise's production ship where I landed on the flight deck to see Ironwood and his clowns looking at me with Enterprise behind them
Ironwood: a sword that allows people to fly. Impressive
Ironwood clapped and remarked, no doubt wanting my jet caliber as well
Evan: Hello General
I begrudgingly greeted Ironwood
Enterprise: My commander is here. Ask him
Ironwood: So have you finally reconsidered?
Evan: Sorry General but my answer is still a no
Ironwood frowned upon hearing that
Ironwood: Are you sure
Evan: Yes, I have made my decision. I'm not joining your army nor surrendering my ships to you, including my Enterprise and my ships here. Sorry General but you might have to return empty handed
Ironwood gave a blank face before turning to his clowns
Ironwood: Everyone retreat
Ironwood's clowns looked at each other before going back to their airships. Before boarding, Ironwood gave me a cold hard stare before entering his airship and flying off
Enterprise: Evan. Who are those people
Evan: Trouble. I'll explain what they did to our fleet later but right now, we need to regroup
Enterprise: Regroup? Where
I spun my jet caliber around until the hilt and pommel is near my mouth
Evan: Dunkerque, tell everyone that Enterprise is here and that our mission is done. All ships are to head back to Vale Port
Enterprise: Dunkerque is here?
Evan: yes. Now follow us and tell everyone that I'm here now and that all ships are to follow us back to Vale Port, our temporary base here in this world
Enterprise: This world?
Evan: I'll explain later but for now, follow us back to regroup
Enterprise: Roger!
I nodded in acknowledgement before flying back to Dunkerque using my Jet Caliber
Evan: I decided to add some of the new Sardegna Empire shipgirls so I hope you don't mind. Fleet Admiral Evan Siegfried signin-
Noire: Hey! When am I going to appear?
Evan: I know you've been itching to punch Ironwood in the face for awhile now so I'll try to make you appear as soon as possible
Noire: you better

Noire and Nepgear looked at me in confusion as I laughed
Evan: I was just joking!
Hearing that Noire smacked me in the back
