A few days have passed since the incident with that Cardin guy. it was now the weekend and I was getting ready for the joint exercise with the students of the HSF Graf Spee

In the bridge of the HSF Graf Spee, Miss Kreutzer, Wilhelmina and I are having a meeting regarding the exercise today. A map of Vale Port and some of the surrounding waters is on the map table
Evan: once your Graf Spee sorties out into the open waters, you have exactly one hour to choose your position. it must be within this border
I pointed at the boundary separating Vale Port and the open sea on the map

Wilhelmina: Are we being graded for this?
Evan: No. Treat this as one of your practical lessons that you two had with me back on Earth
Wilhelmina nodded her head as I continued on
Evan: of course if you found your spot before one hour, contact me to start earlier. Don't worry, the production ship I'll be using won't be a carrier so no need to be paranoid about aircraft
Miss Kreutzer and Wilhelmina nodded in response
Evan: This exercise isn't graded. However, if your performance is good, I might teach you two some tactics used by Azur Lane Commanders like myself. Any questions?

I finished dressing up in my Iris and Vichya Service Dress Uniform aboard Glorious' production ship and left my quarters
Evan (thought): On the Azur Lane side, we could see a human commander leading Azur Lane. This man was the Fleet Admiral Evan Siegfried

My thoughts were interrupted by someone hugging me and I looked down to see Victoria hugging my stomach area

Evan: yep. I'm going to meet the shipgirl joining me in this exercise

I said goodbye to my family before leaving Glorious' Production ship to meet the shipgirl joining me in this exercise

Dunkerque: Bonjour Monsieur Evan
Yes, the shipgirl joining me is Dunkerque. Why Dunkerque? Because I want to reenact the pursuit of Graf Spee, hence the reason why I'm wearing my Iris and Vichya Service Dress uniform
Dunkerque: Should we depart now Monsieur Evan
Evan: Not yet. Either wait for them to send the signal or one hour, then we depart

Evan (Thought): Marine Nationale Service Dress Uniform. Now that Vauquelin is here, maybe should take her out for another Sea Rage after this exercise is over
Sea Rage is an event I attended in the past where commanders bring out one of their vanguard ships and race against each other on the seas. I attended this event last time with Vauquelin while wearing my Iris and Vichya Service dress Uniform

After a Sea Rage race, Vauquelin and I were roaming the streets of Hawaii, looking for something to eat until we stumbled across a donut shop
Evan: Hey Vauquelin. I'm a little hungry should we buy donuts to eat together
Vauquelin: Yes mon amour. It has been awhile since we last ate donuts together
Evan: Then it's settled. I still got a few more hours till I have to report back to Admiral Kenneth so after we ate our donuts, how about we go shopping
Vauquelin: Fine by me. As long as I spend some time with you, I'm fine with it

We purchased our donuts and walked around the streets eating them while patronizing the shops

I was busy remembering that event where I ate donuts with Vauquelin when suddenly, my scroll beeps, indicating that I have received a message. I look at my scroll and immediately alerted Dunkerque
Evan: Dunkerque it's time to depart. The Passed Down Reminiscence of the Sea, MNF Dunkerque! Launch!!

*Ruby POV
Finally it's the weekend! After getting permission from Professor Ozpin to leave beacon for awhile, my team and Team JNPR left Beacon to head for the Port to see Evan and his ships
Ruby: Captain Ruby is departing! Banzai!
Blake and Yang: Banzai!
Weiss: Could you three stop saying that? That word is getting old
Ruby: Never
Meanwhile Team JNPR is laughing at our antics
Nora: What is that word? That word sounds cool
Ruby: My team's signature word! Let's not waste anymore time and get to the port!
Nora: Yes Captain!
As we neared the port, we could hear sounds of cannons being fired in the distance
Pyrrha: What was that?
Ren: Are cannons being fired somewhere in the distance?
Weiss: Looks like it. We must be careful
We continued making our way to the port while being alert until we arrived
???: Ah it's you eight
We turned and saw Vittorio approaching us
Vittorio: if you are looking for Signore Evan, he's busy conducting an exercise with the students of the HSF Graf Spee
Ren: a naval exercise? That's what the cannon fire is all about
Vittorio: Yes
In the distance we could see flashes of light as we heard the sound of cannon fire
Ruby: oh wow
My eyes sparkled in excitement as I watched the naval exercise from the distance, well the flashes from the cannon fire to be exact
Jaune: I'm curious to see these ships

After concluding the exercise, we docked our ships back at port before meeting up with each other
Thea: New uniform Mr Siegfried?
Evan: Not exactly. This is my Iris and Vichya Service Dress Uniform since I specialize in Iris, Vichya and Sardegna Ships. As Iris Libre and Vichya Dominion is based on France, the Iris and Vichya Service Dress Uniforms of Azur Lane greatly resembles the Service Dresses of France's Marine Nationale
Thea: I see. anyways how was my performance Mr Siegfried
Evan: Your performance is excellent but there's still room for improvement
Before Thea could reply, we heard a familiar voice and turned to see a certain red riding hood running towards us
Evan: Is that Ruby?
Thea: Ja. it's the scythe wielding red riding hood
Ruby stopped in front of us. She took a look at my Iris And Vichya Service Dress Uniform and her eyes sparkled a bit
Ruby: Wow! Is that a new uniform
Evan: Not exactly. This is my Iris and Vichya Service Dress Uniform
Ruby: I wish I had uniforms like that too. Anyways, Thea there are four people who want to meet you

Evan: I think I know who they are
we followed Ruby to the main docks where we met Jaune and his friends
