"So what do you want to talk about, Veneto?" I asked after Ironwood and his men departed
"Before you and your family came back, one of ironwood's men assaulted me because I wouldn't let them in." Veneto replied
"What?" I asked in disbelief
"It's true, Thea was there to witness it." Veneto added in. Upon hearing that, my fist clenched in anger
"I have made my decision. As his men assaulted you and almost raped Shimakaze, I won't join Ironwood's army or let him take our ships." I declared
"Understood, signore Evan." Veneto acknowledged
"Also, one of Ironwood's men called Shimakaze a faunus. What is that?" I asked and Vento shrugged
"I don't know." Veneto replied
"Perhaps that old man Ozpin may know something. I'll contact him later but right now, do you need to rest since one of Ironwood's men assaulted you?" I said before asking Veneto
"I've seen worse so I can handle a little punch." Veneto replied and I nodded
"Okay then. I'm contacting Ozpin now. you can stay if you want." I said as I pulled out my scroll and started calling Ozpin. a few minutes later he answered
"Ah Evan. How can I help you." Ozpin asked as he took a sip of his mug
"Ozpin, do you know what a faunus is?" I asked the old man
"Glad you finally asked. Faunuses are one of the two races that inhabit Remnant, the other being humans. Faunuses resemble humans but they have animal traits like animal ears and horns." Ozpin replied. "I'll explain a bit more tomorrow. Can you come to Beacon Academy to meet me tomorrow?" Ozpin asked me as he took a big sip of his mug
"Alright. I'll be there." I replied
"You are allowed to bring a maximum of three of your shipgirls with you." Ozpin stated before sipping his mug
"Alright." I replied
"I'll see you tomorrow Fleet Admiral Evan." Ozpin said before hanging up
"So these faunuses are like our Sakura Empire girls, having animal traits." Veneto summarized after I hung up with Ozpin
"Yeah. Ozpin will explain more tomorrow at Beacon Academy." I added in
"You're going to Beacon Academy tomorrow?" Veneto asked and I nodded
"Yes and if it's not too much to ask, can you come with me?" I replied before asking
"Sure." Veneto replied
"I'll send a telegram to the others about this. Glorious will take care of the fleet while I'm gone." i said before preparing to leave
"Who else is coming with us?" Veneto asked me

Before going to bed that night, I told Glorious about me going to Beacon Academy tomorrow and that she's in charge of the fleet while I'm gone
"Who is coming with you?" glorious asked me
"Veneto and Dunkerque." I replied
"I see. Plan to show Ozpin that you specialize in Sardegna, Iris and Vichya ships?" glorious asked me
"Yes." I replied
"Just like that naval exercise last time." glorious reminded me
"Yep. Unfortunately some members of the exercise fleet back then are not around and ozpin limited the number of shipgirls that can come with me so I had to make some adjustments." I remarked
"I see." Glorious replied
"Here's hoping, I don't encounter that ironwood or any of his clowns there." i remarked
"Yes. After hearing what he did from you, I'm glad that you chose not to join his army or surrender any of our ships to him. Besides, he looks like the type that will cause trouble." glorious supported my decision
"Yeah. We should get some sleep to get ready for tomorrow. Goodnight Glorious." I said goodnight to glorious
"Goodnight Evan." Glorious replied and we kissed each other before we slept together in my quarters aboard Glorious' production ship
*the next day
Glorious and I woke up and got ready to start off the day. After that, we went to the mess hall for breakfast
"Daddy. Are you really going to this beacon academy to meet this Ozpin?" Victoria asked me in the mess hall
"Yes. I have some questions to ask him but don't worry. Mommy will still be around to take care of you." I replied. Victoria frowned upon realizing that she's not coming with me but her frown eventually disappeared
"Okay daddy." Victoria acknowledged before continuing eating her breakfast
After breakfast I sent a telegram to all ships, saying that I'll be gone for a few hours and that Glorious is in charge of my Azur Lane Fleet until I come back from Beacon Academy. For the crew of the HSF Graf Spee, I have something planned for them this weekend

I'll be gone for a few hours as I need to meet up with Ozpin to discuss about something. Before I leave, I plan to have a joint exercise with you and the crew of the Graf Spee this weekend. You have until then to get prepared. Your Graf Spee will be facing me aboard the production ship of one of my shipgirls and there will be no carriers involved

After sending the additional telegram to the HSF Graf Spee, I went to my quarters to make myself presentable to Ozpin. I took a shower, put on a fresh set of my Service Dress Blue Uniform and combed my hair.
I then posed in front of a mirror and gave myself a thumbs up. as I was looking at myself in the mirror. I began to imagine some of my info appearing in the mirror.

"Glorious, I'm leaving now. take care of the fleet and my daughters while I'm gone." I announced my departure to Glorious.
"Be careful out there Evan!" Glorious advised before my phone received a notification. "Is it Noire?" glorious asked me as I opened my phone to check.

We both laughed at the response before I put my phone back in my pocket
"Alright I'll be back in a few hours bye." I said my goodbyes to Glorious
"take care Evan!" glorious replied and we kissed each other before I left to find Veneto and Dunkerque
Maybe a small chibi version of Noire will appear as my second partner alongside Mir in the future but who knows? Only time can tell

In a circular room with dark blue metallic walls and a floor depicting constellations in the form of golden stars, ironwood watched a hologram of Vale Port with Evan's Ships docked there
"I am curious as to what your answer is, Admiral. Are you going to either join my army or surrender your ships to us or do you want to be labeled as a collaborator of the White Fang and face Atlas' military might? The Ace Ops are ready to carry out my kidnapping mission. If your answer is no, your daughters and your officers are in danger, including your girls with ship parts on their bodies." ironwood asked as he continued watching the hologram of Vale Port with Evan's shipgirls doing their daily activities

Back at Evan's Azur Lane base, a small fleet has been formed to find Evan. This fleet consists of Enterprise, Illustrious, An Shan, Gascogne and Elbe. Meanwhile, a Little girl is getting ready to join the fleet. She has long black hair and wearing a witch outfit that is similar to Victoria's but the cape is black instead of purple and she's not wearing any witch hat

I finished getting ready and left my room to go search for my mom and join her in finding dad and my sisters. Once I reached the docks, I saw the fleet is getting ready to depart.
"Calista's here everyone!" my mom alerted the rest of the fleet.
"Excellent! Now that your daughter is finally here, Elbe. We can now search for Evan!" Enterprise, I believe that's her name commanded
"Stay close to me Calista! We're finding daddy together." my mom instructed me
