THE 15TH OF DECEMBER 2021

9:49am

y/n's pov

flashbacks for reminders:

days before harryween 2: "I couldn't stop smiling at the thought of Harry building the baby's crib or him walking aimlessly in the baby clothes aisle."

san diego: Harry just pulled me in for a hug, "We'll find you a new doctor and we'll also find a new house to live in."

"Harry we don't have space for all of this in the car!" I shake my head at Harry as he swings a tiny onesie in front of my face. I snatch it out of his grasp, place it back on the rack and attempt to pull him in the direction we needed to go.

"I'll just have them deliver it to our house." He put his whole weight down, making me wobble backwards a little bit. My initial reaction would be to let it go, but my hormones wanted to yell at him. I turned around and opened my mouth to scold him, but I couldn't. He had the biggest puppy dog face while holding the onesie in his right hand and pointing to the elephants with his left index finger. "Cute, isn't it?"

I wanted to give in, but I had my reasons not to.

First of all, clothes was not on our list of things to buy.

Second of all, our families already told us to lay off the baby clothes shopping because babies apparently grow fast when their small and they said we'll have so many clothes she won't even wear.

Lastly, if I let him get this onesie then 1 is going to turn into a hundred and we don't have the space for it.

"Cute? Yes, it is, but we aren't here for baby clothes. We haven't organized her closet in the new house yet." I smack his hand and grab the onesie out of his hands, again. "Let's stick to our list; a crib, a changing table, a dresser, bassinets, a playpen, a stroller and a carseat." I look up from my list to see Harry walking deeper into the clothing section.

"I'm going to kill this guy, I swear." I push the shopping cart and walk the opposite direction.

I walk through endless amounts of baby clothes before finally reaching the crib aisle. I unlock my phone before clicking onto the group chat with Gemma, Anne, my mom and I. I scroll through our messages before finding the picture of the crib Anne had sent. The girls and I talked for hours, reading through safety hazards, measurements, and reviews before finding the right furniture for our baby.

My mom and Anne made it clear that we didn't need to buy baby food, diapers, bottles, etc. because they'd be shipping it off to our new house in LA when my due date gets closer and that's why you have a baby shower.

Anne had already sent a package to our house right when found out about our new address. The package arrived two days ago, but I haven't gotten the time to look at it yet so today might be that day.

"Honey?" I hear Harry shout from a distance. I shake my head at his voice and continue reading all of the labels on the box. "Excuse me, ma'am, have you seen my fiancé? She uh she was just here a second ago and now she's gone."

"Um, what does she look like?"

I walk out of the aisle and see Harry talking to an elderly woman, his hands in hair with a panicked look on his face.

"H!" I call out. His eyes meet mine in seconds and soon he's running towards me, well more like striding towards me.

"I thought I lost you, you scared me to death." He pulls me in a hug and rubs my back while I mouth an apology to the woman looking confused as ever.

"I told you what we came here for and you weren't listening."

"I'm sorry. I'll listen from now on." He quickly gives me a peck and then rubs his thumb over my lips. "I love you."

"I love you back. Now let's finish shopping because you're going to be busy building this all." I giggle, dragging him back to where I found the crib we wanted.

A couple hours later and a few FaceTime calls to our parents, we're all set to leave the store. Harry and the employees are working on fitting everything in the range while I paid for all of the stuff.

"Actually, I have to get something really quick, is it okay if I leave everything here?"

The cashier nods her head and I'm booking it to the clothing aisle. I grab the onesie that Harry was obsessed with and walk back to the cash register, but on the way back something catches my eye and I knew I had to get it.

The drive back to the house was quick, by the time we made it to the house Mitch and Sarah were already waiting in the driveway.

"I hope you guys weren't waiting that long." I smile at the two before hugging them both.

"Not long at all, let's go inside and leave the boys to the hard part." Sarah says.

I shoved the last minute items I got in my purse and headed inside the house. The new house was everything we've ever dreamed of. 5 bedrooms with 6 1/2 bath, a spacious living room, a modern kitchen, a gorgeous pool, and more.

Lots of boxes were still laid around the house as well as Christmas decor that haven't gotten up yet. This year we decided to keep the decor a bit minimal since my growing stomach is getting in the way of everything.

Sarah and I sat down on the white cloud couch while the boys did all the heavy lifting. I turned my head to see Harry shirtless and carrying the box with the crib all by himself. Sweat was dripping down his forehead and I swear if my bump wasn't in the way, I'd pounce on him.

"Geez, you're about to drool." Sarah laughs.

I playfully rolled my eyes at her before responding, "Whatever, let's look through these boxes Anne had sent."

The 3 boxes looked like they were ready to burst through the tape. We opened the box closest to us and It was filled with hammy downs and brand new baby clothing. A card was attached to the lid of the box and it was a sweet note written in Anne's handwriting.

As I read the last two words, a tear fell down my cheek. These hormones are getting annoying. Every little thing makes me want to cry. Anne was so sweet for this, she took her time sorting through these clothes and even included some stuff for me, I wouldn't know what to do with myself if she wasn't in my life.

The box was filled with color and tiny little dresses. Sarah and I made two piles a keep and give back pile but if I had the option to keep it all then I would have but we don't have all the space in the world and we have to leave some for Gemma whenever she has her baby.

"Let's try not to say yes to everything, maybe keep a couple from each size because I don't want to end up keeping the whole three boxes."

"Sounds good."

Sarah and I kept sorting through clothing while the banging and screwing of hammers and drills went on upstairs. After a while Sarah and I decided to make dinner before they headed home to their little boy. Roasted chicken and grilled veggies was on the menu along with some mocktails to keep me afloat. The four of us sat on the cloud couch eating our food, which gave me severe anxiety about stains, but the dining table hasn't come yet and this was the only option.

After dinner we went upstairs to the nursery to see the progress and a lot was finished. The changing table, closet organizers, the dresser, and the bassinet for our room was all done. The only thing we had left to do was the crib and Harry swore he could do it by himself.

"I appreciate you both for all your help and taking time away from your little boy."

"You guys were there for us so it's our turn to return the favor. We'll see you guys soon, yeah?"

"Of course, we're basically neighbors now." I joke. It was partially true a 15 minute drive and a couple of
lefts and rights were all that separated us from each other.

Harry closed the door after them and the house was finally quiet.

"I'm going to start on the crib, come keep me company?" Harry asks, hugging me from behind and rubbing my bump.

"Of course, but can you bring this box upstairs I'm going to place them in the dresser and the closet."

"Course, anything for you." Harry kisses my temple and grabs the box filled with most of the 'keep' clothes. I had one more box to sort through, but I'm pretty sure they're just the maternity clothes Anne had sent and I was too excited to put everything away.

I began placing dresses onto tiny little hangers while Harry worked on the crib. This went on for about 45 more minutes until my swollen ankles couldn't take all of the standing anymore so I sat down on the rocking chair and watched Harry.

His shirt was off again and his back was facing towards me. His back muscles flexed every time he moved his arms, sweat dripped down his body, and his breathing was louder than normal. This was a new sight, I've never seen Harry build anything, usually we'd have it pre-built for us, but this was something Harry wanted to do on his own...well with the help of Mitch of course.

My ankles felt better by the time Harry finished building the crib. I got up from my seat and admired the view around me, in just a couple of months our little girl will be here.

"You did so good, my love." I stood on my tippy toes and gave him a sweet kiss.

"Anything for my baby girls." He twirled me around so my back was facing his chest and we stayed in that position for a while. Swaying back and forth as we imagined what it would be like when our baby was here. "Let's go take a bath."

I grab Harry's hand and walk towards the door, but I realized that one of the items I secretly got would fit perfectly in the room.

"Wait, let me grab something before we take a bath."

I waddle to my purse and grab the brown paper bag that the item was in. I walk back into the nursery and stand next to the crib. Harry looks at me confused and I just smile at him.

I rip the bag open and pull out a crib mobile that had 3 blue birds on it. One for me, Harry and our baby.

Harry's jaw drops and he's instantly cupping one of the blue birds in his palm.

"This is exactly what we needed." He smiles.

"I agree."

If I was a bluebird, I would fly to you

You'd be the spoon

Dip you in honey so I could be sticking to you

Long time no see! I kept you hanging for too long. This was inspired by the chapters that were mentioned and Daylight off of Harry's House.

I'm so excited for Love On Tour Europe!!! Speaking of, I've had some dilemma about what to do with this book. I can end this book and use LOT Europe for something else or I can continue this with a sequel using LOT Europe.

I'm leaning more towards ending this book because the last epilogue seems like a great way to end it. Let me know your thoughts! I love you all!

You'll find out baby's name in the next epilogue!
