Lexi's POV:
~ FIVE YEARS LATER ~
If someone has told me when I was 13 that I'll be where I am now, I wouldn't believe it. Me, Hunter, Emma, Ricky, and Aaron graduated from university. We decided to be together in the same university. The only inconvenience was that boys and girls have to be separated so I was with Emma and the boys together. It's not like Ricky hasn't been in our room and me in his. Even Aaron manage to find a girlfriend, no matter that he was saying that he won't do it.
Currently, all of us are in my and Emma's room. We are sitting and talking.
- Guys why don't we search for a house so that way we can live all together. It can be on three floors. One for each couple.
- Nice idea Lexi. And from where will you take money? - Ricky chuckled
- There are a lot of banks in the town.
- We won't steal money. That's wrong. Moreover, I don't want to go to jail for that. - Aaron said
- I mean to take credit, not to steal money. Relax, I'm not the trouble maker anymore. I have to think about my future.
- You mean OUR future. But I agree with you. - Hunter said
- Yeah, yeah. Same thing. But what do you think? We can ask our parents for help.
- It's not a bad idea, but three floors aren't a bit too much. Why don't we take two? - Emma asked
- I'll agree here. We don't need a floor for each couple. Just a room. For me, that's enough. Cassie are you ok with that? - Ricky asked
Cassie is Aaron's girlfriend. She is really nice and I have to admit that for her he changed a lot. Now he has someone else to take care of. Well, he is still the protective best friend, but not that often. I have Hunter for that. Now we live for rent in one apartment, but we need something for ourselves, which we can call home. When our parents understood that we're going to live together they didn't complain. I guess that they finally have accepted that they can't separate us.
- Yes, I am ok. I like the idea. So what are we going to do now? I don't want to stay inside all day. It's sunny and I want to go out. - Cassie said
- Why don't we go on a triple date? We are going to get ready together same as the boys. - Emma said
- Why not. I like this plan. Let's get ready then. I'll go for a quick shower. - I said
- Can I come in? I won't do anything, I promise. - Hunter chuckled
- I'm sorry. Next time you can. I need to get ready, not to get distracted. Girls, are you coming? Boys, we'll see you after an hour. Don't be late.
I took Cassie and Emma and we went to my room. I was getting ready to take a shower when both of them looked at me. Did I do something?
- Why are you two looking me like that? Did I do something?
- To be distracted. What exactly is happening under the shower? - Emma asked
- Seriously? Nothing is happening. Just when I walk out, if he is in the room, it takes me 30 minutes to get ready instead of the normal 15, which I don't like that much.
- Are you sure that it's only this and nothing else? - Cassie chuckled
- Ok, that's enough. I'll go to take this shower. See you after 20 minutes.
These two are unbelievable. The thing is that Hunter loves to play with me a lot and when I take a shower he can't resist. Not like I mind. We finally did it two years ago. One day it had to happen. I have never done it before, but it was really good. If I have to be honest we don't do it very often. Most of the time we still act like teenagers who make out.
After my shower, I went to change. I still prefer to be more comfortable, so I put on a tank top, some ripped jeans, and sneakers. If it gets cold, I'll steal Hunter's hoodie. Basically, I have worn all of his clothes. When I feel lazy I just grab something from him. Not like he minds. Somehow he finds it attractive. I was about to brush my hair when there was a knock on the door. It was Hunter
- Can we talk real quick? I won't take much of your time.
- Yeah, sure. Is there a problem? Girls, can you leave us for a second?
Cassie and Emma nodded and walk out. I wonder what he wants this time. I hope that he didn't do something. I'm not in the mood for problems.
- So for what do you want to talk with me?
Hunter didn't say anything and just kissed me. Seriously he came only for that. I thought that this time he will miss it, but no. I think that it became like a routine or something. Every time when I walk out of the shower we make out. It's not like I mind, but does it have to be always?
- You couldn't resist, could you? You need to control yourself more.
- I smell vanilla. You know how much I love it.
- That's why I used this shower gel. I know what you like and try to make you happy.
- I am and will be more if you help me with something.
- It depends on what is that something. Will you tell me?
- I want you all, but I need a permission for that. Will you give it to me?
- I will if you can satisfy me. - I smirked
Hunter took this as a yes. After half an hour we went downstairs. All the looks were on us. I won't say anything this time.
- Does it always have to take you that much time to get ready after a shower? - Ricky said
Emma whispered to him something and he finally understood what was all of this about.
- Can we go now? I don't have all day. - Aaron said
- Like you have something more important to do. If it's not me, it's unacceptable. - Cassie said and we laughed
- Ok, ok, let's go or Cassie will explode. - I laughed
Our first stop was one diner for food. Later we walked around the town. Since all of us moved to Miami to study, we decide to watch the sunset on the beach. It was beautiful like always. As we sit on the sand I snuggle. This is still one of my favorite things. The others went for night swimming, but Hunter and I denied. We stayed and watched them.
- Have you ever imagined that we'll be where we are?
- To be honest no, I haven't. But I am happy about it. I have the best girlfriend and friends. I don't need anything else.
- I will say the same. I am happy that all of us are together. I can't wait to get our own place. I want it to be a house with a huge background.
- Why do you need it that big? Are you planning for our kids to grow together? I'm sure that the girls won't mind. Me either.
- I didn't mean that. I just want to have enough space for all of us. I don't want to share the same chair with five more people. - I chuckled
- Yeah, that's what you'll say. Let's say that I believe you. No matter that it's not true.
- Think whatever you want. It's up to you.
- Guys, won't you join us. The water doesn't bite, I promise. - Ricky chuckled
- Thanks, but I get a shower today, and no need to take a second one.
- But I will. Lexi, won't you come with me? Please, I don't want to be alone.
- This is the last time I am doing it, ok?
-Yes, mam. Let's go now. I want to swim with you.
I decide to join him because I know that he won't leave me. After one hour of swimming, we walk around the town to get dry and then straight home. I offered the girls to search for some houses. I don't say that we have to buy the first which we see, but we can't live for rent all the time. We found three which looked really nice. Luckily the boys liked them too.
The boys watched some TV while we were making dinner. When it was ready we sit down at the table.
- Guys, what do you think about the houses. Do you like them? - I asked
- I liked the second one. It looks really big and spacious. But we also need to check the prices. We don't have that much money. - Hunter said
- I think that our parents can help us. We won't ask them to pay for the whole house, but to give us some money. - Emma said
- Well almost all the parents. - Hunter nodded his head
Hunter still hasn't make-up with his parents. And to be honest I don't think that he ever will. They don't want to know anything about him. But now he has us and he is happy. I'm trying to make everything possible to keep his good mood. I won't lie that there are times in which he wishes to have normal parents, but this is probably the only thing with which I can't help him.
- I think that if we're going to buy a house, at least we need to see it. I don't trust pictures. The owner can put a picture of a mansion and in reality to be one floor with only two bedrooms and one bathroom. - Cassie said
- We definitely need to see them. But let's leave this for another day. I want to enjoy my food right now. Thank you, girls, it's amazing. - Ricky said
Like that we ate and talked about our future house. Who knows when we'll buy it. I like that we understand each other that well. We are one big family and I am so glad to be part of it. It feels like yesterday when I met Aaron. And now we already have graduated from university. Time flies really fast when you are with your loved ones. Many things happened to my friends and me but we never gave up and that helped us to be who we are today. I love all of them, especially Hunter. He was the change that I needed.
