~~Evelyn Dayne~~

"Dany, please. We have to return to Meereen."

Daenerys looks me in the eyes as she sits up slightly on my chest, her chin resting on her arms. She sighs heavily.

"Alright.."

She says, sounding sad and I smirk at her cute pouting face. I lean a little closer to her ear and begin whispering, drawing a gasp and a mischievous grin.

"I'll hold you to that, Evelyn."

"I'm betting on it."

Daenerys grins as she stands, helping me stand as well. We pick up our scattered clothes and put them on. I can feel Daenerys' eyes on my back as I put on my clothes and I smirk, shaking it a little without turning around.

I can already picture her flushed face.

I get all of my clothes on and I strap my black leather armor on, strapping both my back scabbard on my back and the other on my waist, sheathing both Dawn and my regular sword.

I turn around to Daenerys as she finishes putting on her fingerless leather riding glove.

"Are you ready, my dragon?"

I ask and she raises a brow.

"I like that."

She whispers, sealing he lips on mine.

"I am your dragon."

Suddenly, a roar screeches off in the distance and Drogon spew fire in the air, flying right towards us an landing with powerful force. But I don't flinch and neither does Daenerys.

"Hey, boy."

She says in Valyrian, scratching the giant creature's chin as Drogon lowers his wing for us.

"Come on."

Daenerys climbs on first as I climb on next, sitting behind her. It still doesn't get old riding a dragon.

"Remind me to ask you later to help me with my Dothraki and Valyrian. I sounded like an ass giving that speech to them after the fight."

I say as Daenerys just laughs.

"I thought your Valyrian was pretty good. It certainly sounded very good last night."

"Pillow talk, obviously."

Daenerys raises a brow and grins as I roll my eyes with a blush. The Dragon Queen says those magic words and Drogon takes off into the air.

~~~~~
My eyes widen as balls of fire are launched out through the air, landing in the city of Meereen. I can hear the fire raging and the people screaming.
The Masters are back.
At the thought of them, my back stings a little as those monsters certainly made sure to leave a mark or two on me.
"It's the Masters!"
I shout as the clouds thin out, revealing the hundreds of ships in Slaver's Bay. Daenerys doesn't say anything but I can feel her body growing warm almost like how Drogon's scales heat up. The blood of the dragon is boiling.
She turns Drogon towards the massive pyramid. I've seen it from the distance before it still takes my breath away. It would be nice to have something such as that in Westeros. The closest thing we could come to a pyramid is something in Dorne probably.
Drogon lands on the room, moving his wing down to allow us to climb off safely. I help Daenerys onto the balcony and I immediately draw my sword when I see a man with a spear.
"No- wait!"
Daenerys puts her hand on my arm and I see the man kneel. Now I recognize it's one of her Unsullied.
"Come on."
I sheath my sword, following her inside the room, seeing several Unsullied and other people in there already. The Imp is here as well. Just my luck. A Lannister.
"What have you done to my city?"
Daenerys questions as no one answers her. She just shakes her head.
"All of you, out."
She command in that Queen voice of hers. Tyrion Lannister starts to turn but she shake her head.
"Not you."
The Imp stays behind as everyone leaves us. It's just me, Daenerys, and Tyrion now.
An awkward silence ensues as the Masters' fleet continues raining down fire on the city walls and inside it as well. Tyrion swallows a bit nervously, looking at me with cation. I couldn't blame him. I killed his uncle and his cousin.
"Uh... Despite appearances, I think you'll find the city's on the rise."
An explosion shudders the structure a little and he grimaces while I don't move an inch.
"Perhaps we should take shelt-"
Another explosion, this time, closer as it shudders the room even more. I raise a brow to the Imp.
"The city is on the rise?"
I remark as the Lannister holds his chin up, looking to defend himself a little.
"Meereen is strong. Commerce has returned to the markets. The people are behind you."
Another explosion and Daenerys and I look at Tyrion unconvinced.
"Well..not all the people, of course. No ruler that ever lived had the support of all the people. But the rebirth of Meereen is the cause of this violence. The Masters cannot let Meereen succeed, a city without slavery, a city without Masters..."
Yet another explosion cut him off.
"...It proves that no one needs a Master."
"Good."
Daenerys replies.
"Shall we begin?"
"Do we have a plan?"
Tyrion asks as Daenerys steps closer.
"I will crucify the Masters. I will set their fleets afire, kill every last one of their soldiers, and return their cities to the dirt. That is my plan."
Tyrion seems to protest that idea and my mind flashes briefly to when Maege told me down after I wanted all of our Lannister prisoners executed, their bodies to be speared on pikes.
That animal inside me that was threatening to come out is starting to show in Daenerys as well. I cannot let that monster out of it's cage.
"I'd like to make a suggestion."
I say, cutting off Daenerys' and Tyrion's talk on madmen and Wildfire.
"What is your plan?"
Daenerys asks and I just smile.
~~~~~

On one of the plateaus just outside of Meereen, we stand in front of the Masters in charge of the fleet still raining fire.

Grey Worm, one of Dany's Unsullied, stands by Missandei, Daenerys' handmaiden and advisor. I lean towards Grey Worm slightly, my eyes never leaving the Master from Yunkai.

"Make sure you kill that one."

He turns to me and nods as the Masters all have arrogant and cocky smiles plastered on their faces as I take a few steps forward, drawing Dawn. I jam it into the ground and stand behind it with my hands behind my back. Daenerys stands beside me now.

"Once before, I offered you peace."

The Master from Yunkai speaks. This is the same man who owned me briefly.

"If you had not been so arrogant, you could have returned to your homeland with a fleet of ships. Instead, you will flee Slaver's Bay on foot like the beggar Queen you are."

"We are here to talk of surrender not to throw insults at one another."

The Master looks at me with recognition but also distaste.

"A slave should address their owner as, 'Master' before speaking."

"She is no longer yours."

Daenerys says, eyes narrowed and darkened.

"What are the terms?"

Tyrion asks, trying to break the tension. The Master looks away first and I smirk. A different Master takes a step forward with the same cocky smile.

"The terms are simple. You and your foreign friends will abandon the Great Pyramid and the city of Meereen. The Unsullied you stole from Kraznys mo Nakloz will remain to be sold to the highest bidder. The translator you stole from Kraznys mo Nakloz will remain to be sold again to the highest bidder. The dragons under the Great Pyramid will be slaughtered."

'I don't think so. I think you have it the other way around.'

I bite my tongue from actually speaking as Daenerys raises a brow at the Masters.

"We obviously didn't communicate clearly. We're here for your surrender, not mine."

"I imagine it's difficult adjusting to the new reality."

The first Master states, now losing his smug smirk as he looks at Daenerys with full seriousness.

"Your reign is over."

I nearly chuckle at that, seeing Daenerys narrow her eyes a tiny smirk plays on the corner of her lips.

"My reign has just begun."

A dragon screeches in the distance and the Masters and there soldiers looks around in fear and shock, looking to see where the dragon is. Suddenly, Drogon swoops overhead, the rush of wind he creates knocks over several of the soldiers and the Masters as he lands, utterly shaking the earth beneath him.

Drogon hops down, landing behind Daenerys and I and this time I jump a little in surprise.

Daenerys takes my hand as we climb onto Drogon's back, the Masters and everyone else watching in utter shock and horror at the beast in front of them.

Drogon takes of into the sky of Meereen, soaring towards the Great Pyramid.

I peer below, seeing the lower side of it blasting open with fire. My eyes widen when I see the green and bronze dragon I connected with so long ago.

Rhaegal.

"Daenerys, we need to land!"

"Got it!"

She flies Drogon down towards his brothers and he land with force. I quickly begin to move but Daenerys grabs my wrist tightly.

"Please... Please be careful."

"I was just about to tell you that."

I chuckle, placing a quick kiss on her cheek before sliding down Drogon's wing.

"Get back in the air and I'll join you in a second!"

I shout and Daenerys nods, moving Drogon back into the sky as Viserion joins him as well. The only ones left are me and Rhaegal.

The massive green and bronze dragon looks at me with his red eyes, seemingly peering into my soul. Suddenly, he moves over to me, lowering his head and brushing against me, almost sounding like he's purring.

"Hey, boy. I missed seeing you in my dreams."

I laugh at my attempt at a decent sentence in Valyrian but Rhaegal seemed to understand.

"Let us go join your mother, shall we?"

I ask and he lowers his wing, seemingly excited to have a rider for the first time. I climb onto his back, my heart pounding in my ears and throat. The warmth radiating from his scales seem to call to me like an echo as Rhaegal himself just feels so much more inviting than Drogon.

I think Rhaegal is totally my dragon now.

"Sōves."

Rhaegal reacts to the word by leaping into the air, letting his wings carry him up into the clouds and I cheer happily, feeling nothing but pride and happiness in the fact that Daenerys and I are the only dragonriders in the world. It's only me and her.

Rhaegal flies towards Drogon and Viserion, catching up with them in a few moments as we fly around the slavers fleet.

I see Daenerys smile as we line up the dragons with the ships. With a single nod, we both turn back to the ship's below.

"Dracarys."

Flame erupt from the throats of the dragons as it spews all over the ships, destroying them almost instantly as all their crews can do is swim or die.

As the more ship burn, I look at the other ones stopping the siege and I smile, looking across to Daenerys.

"Dany! I think that's enough! My donation of five ships isn't enough to carry your army across the sea!"

I shout, partially joking. Daenerys smiles a nods, relenting the Dragonfire and we fly off back towards the Great Pyramid.

Reaching the very top of the pyramid, Drogon and Rhaegal land. I slid off onto the smooth structure, the light from the slowly setting sun reflects beautiful shades of red, orange, yellow and violet as I rush towards Daenerys.

She leaps into my arms and we embrace tightly, laughing as I twirl her around in my arms.

"We did it!"

"No, you did it, Daenerys."

I say, bringing her lips onto mine as she kisses back with a flurry of passion.

"No, Evelyn. It wasn't just me. You flew on the back of Rhaegal without fear. You did this just as much as me. It was just us."

"The two of us is all we will need."

She smiles brightly like a star, crashing her lip on mine once again.

A/N

They took back Meereen baby! And on top of that, Evelyn can fly Rhaegal by herself! I know only the blood of the dragon lords of Old Valyria can technically ride dragons but hey, this is my story. My excuse is that Rhaegal loves his second mama so much he let's her be his rider so yeah.
