So this kinda inspired by a loki fanfic that I read on tumblr called From The Void, With Love by whirlybirbs. It's an amazing fanfic that I highly recommend you go read.

The day started out like any other for me. Yet I could tell today would hold a new adventure. Whether I was going to enjoy it or not would be another thing. I just knew something was going to happen today.
"Kid, what are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be having the day off?" I roll my eyes as I look over at my boss. He treated me like a kid because I was the youngest member of the staff, but I knew what I was doing. "Yes sir, but I have some work to catch up on and I can't afford to be behind." Just as he was about to respond a coworker needed him for something so he went off with them after making some kind of comment that we'd continue that conversation later, but I know my boss and he'd forget about it later.
As I'm walking to my desk an orange doorway opens up and people in a sort of armor that looks similar to some police, but definitely different. I stare at the officers as one pulls out a tablet of sorts while the others place down some sort of device. I watch them in pure confusion as the one with the tablet thing speaks. "Variant located and captured." Just as those words were utter, a pair of cuffs were placed on my wrists. "Whoa! There has to be some kind of mistake! I-I'm not some kind of 'variant', whatever that is!" Yet my words had no effect on the people as I'm pushed through the orange doorway.
Everything seemed to go by in a blur before I found myself in a courtroom behind a podium in front of a judge of sorts. I listened to her speak. Yet her words didn't reach my ears until I heard, "You have been found guilty and will be pruned for your crimes." My eyes widen as I quickly look between the judge lady and the officer coming my way with a baton in their hand. "Wait! What crimes have I committed? I demand to know what I'm being charged with!" The judge sighs as she holds a hand up to stop the officer from 'pruning' me.
"You, Variant P1130, have committed crimes against the Sacred Timeline." I interrupted her before she could continue. "Sacred Timeline? That is a load of bull. Is this because I decided to go to work today? If so I could have easily gone home instead. Problem solved! No pruning required!" The judge placed a hand on her face, which made it clear she was annoyed with me. "It's not that simple Variant." As she was going to continue I heard someone standing up somewhere behind me before making their way over to me. "Excuse me, Judge Renslayer, but I think before continuing with the pruning there are some questions that could be asked of this Variant that could prove to be helpful to the TVA." Judge Renslayer looked at the man beside me and sighed. "What makes you think she will be any help?" I watch as the man just shrugs. "Call it a hunch." The judge reluctantly nods in approval, which leads to the man to walk away. It took me a second before I registered what just happened and followed the man.
I followed him all the way to a room that was called Time Theater. When I entered the room I spotted a lone table and a weird looking projector screen on the wall on the other side of the room. I hesitantly walk over to the table and sit down as the man sits across from me. On the table in front of the stranger is a file, my file. I stared at it as he looked in through it. "Why did you save me?" I softly ask as I glance at the man. "I believe you could be some kind of help in finding a certain Loki variant." My eyes widen in surprise when he mentions Loki. "What?" He looks at me to see my surprised expression, which he can't help but chuckle at. "No way am I helping you find that egotistical trickster."
"Look Princess, you don't have much of a choice. It's either help me or get pruned, but I'm certain you'll pick helping me over being pruned." I look away from him, not only because he's right but because he called me princess. I haven't been called that since I ran away from Asgard to avoid my arranged marriage with Loki. I was only to marry him because his mother thought I could help him be himself around others instead of being a trickster. If I was still the little girl I used to be, I would've married him as soon as I heard the news because of my huge crush on him. Now not so much because he grew to be someone different right before the arrangement was announced. "Fine I'll help you, but not because I want to."
"I knew you would agree Princess." The man continued talking, introducing himself as Mobius M. Mobius, and discussing Loki, the Sacred Timeline and how a Loki variant had been slipping through their grasp that they needed to find in order to keep the Sacred Timeline in balance. I didn't pay much attention as my mind was more focused on other things. At some point he unlocked my cuffs, but I didn't think too much about that. Eventually Mobius stopped talking as he got up from his seat. "I'll be right back. Don't go anywhere." He says as he leaves my file on the table and heads for the door. When he was gone I cautiously pulled my file closer to me then turned it so it wasn't upside down. I flip through it, but there is nothing interesting in it. At least nothing interesting to me. I noticed the tape that had come with the file. I watch it and it shows my whole life. What has happened, what was supposed to happen and what eventually will happen. It felt so surreal.
I paused it at the moment when I first met Loki. I couldn't help, but smile at the memory. It was such a simpler time. I quietly get up and walk over to the projector screen. "We were so close. Why did we grow apart?" As soon as the words left my mouth the door to the room opened. "Princess, I'm back. Look, I even brought an old friend." I quickly turn around to find Mobius entering the room with Loki, who was wearing a jumpsuit just like me. My eyes widen in surprise as I quickly make my way back over to the table, turning off the projection.
"What is he/she doing here?" Loki and I asked at the same time. Mobius just smirked as he led Loki over to the table. He sat Loki down along with the thick file in his other hand. I looked at the file before noticing mine sat open in front of Loki, who proceeded to look through said file. I quickly close the file and move it away from him, before sitting down beside him. Being by him felt weird. Though I guess that's to be expected since the two of us haven't seen each other in years.
"It seems that you two come from the exact same varianting timeline just in different locations." Mobius comments, earning a scoff from Loki. I just tune the two out as Mobius tries to interrogate. My mind was elsewhere. I had seen my future. A future where Loki and I somehow got married. A future where I outlive Loki. A future where I was in such grief that I swore to never love again. A sad and painful future, a future I didn't want to be a part of. However a version of me did live it. A version of me would fall back in love with Loki, marry him then lose him and lose all hope of love. I wish I could go to that version of me and warn her. Warn her of the pain, warn her of the suffering, warn her of the loneliness. Most of all warn her of losing the love of her life all over again.
I'm soon brought out of my thoughts when I notice the chaos Loki is causing. I stayed put while Mobius and other TVA agents went after Loki. Only for Loki to return with the Tesseract in his hands. I look over at him and see the dejected look on his face. I try to fight the part of me that wants to comfort him, to tell him everything will be alright even though I know that's a lie. Though I don't have to move as Loki approaches the table before starting the tape of his life where his life was to come to an end. I carefully watch him as he goes off to the side of the room and sits down, the Tesseract falling from his hands. I walk over to him and sit down beside him. I slowly and hesitantly hug him. To my surprise he hugs me back, burying his face into the crook of my neck.
I just hold him until we hear footsteps coming towards us. We move away from each other, but stay close as I gently hold onto his hand. We both look at the doorway to see Mobius. I knew right here and now is where my new adventure was to begin, but where it leads I am not sure.
~Time Skip~
I had just been pruned, which was one of the weirdest feelings ever. The place it sent me was even weirder. Though I wasn't alone. I was found by other versions of me, other variants. Which definitely wasn't the weirdest thing to happen to me. They had rescued me before the big cloud of death, as I was calling it, could get to me. They had also brought me to the place they were staying at, which happened to be a spacious run down manor. I was surprised they found it, but the fancy and uptight variant of myself told me she had found it to keep from sleeping like a peasant now that she was in this place.
"And remember, never trust a Loki. All they do is look out for themselves and will betray you whenever they see fit." The voice had brought me out of my train of thought. It was still weird hearing my own voice, but different. "Yeah. They bring nothing, but trouble." I look over at the male variant of myself. It was weird seeing myself as a male, but I knew it was a possibility. "What if I need to find a certain Loki?" The group seemed to have mixed reactions to my question. "Now why would you want to look for a Loki?" I look over at Prim. "Well I need to let him know I'm okay." I tell her, but she just scoffs. "Like a Loki cares about your wellbeing." I roll my eyes at her reactions.
"I can help you find your Loki!" Kid said as she grabbed my hand. "I'm very good at finding things so finding your Loki should be a piece of cake!" I don't really get to answer as Kid is pulling me towards the front door while the owl variant of me just sat perched on Kid's shoulder. The others reluctantly follow us, making sure to grab some supplies for our journey. I was surprised to find that Kid wasn't lying when she said she was good at finding things because it didn't take us long to find a small group of Lokis. However, the group seemed to disappear from our sight as soon as we saw them.
Luckily they had just gone down into a sort of storm shelter. Manny, the male variant of me, was the one to spot it and open it for the rest of use. Kid and Owlette had gone down first then Prim, I went after her and Manny was the last to enter. Of course our entrance didn't go unnoticed by the group of Lokis. They were ready to fight as soon as we entered, but seemed to calm down when they realized it wasn't more Lokis. I quickly scanned the faces until my gaze landed on the exact Loki I was looking for. A smile formed on my face as I ran over to him, hugging him as soon as I got close enough.
"I found you." I mumble as I hold onto him. He had wobbled a bit from the sudden hug since it had caught him off guard, but it didn't take long for him to hug back. "I thought I lost you back there. Don't ever scare me like that again." I look up at him and smile. "No promises trickster." He softly chuckles at my nickname for him. We were so wrapped in our own little moment that we seemed to have forgotten those around us. "So you two are just gonna be all lovey dovey the whole time we're here or...?" I look over at Prim as she stands there all sassily. I pull away from Loki as I blush. "Oh we weren't being lovey dovey, we were just hugging!" I say, but she definitely doesn't believe me. "Whatever you say Princess."
Slowly everyone was introduced to each other. Yet my attention was fully on my Loki. Over the past couple of days we started to rekindle that old flame of friendship. Of course he somehow rekindled the flame of my love for him too. I had grown attached to him once again, which scared me. I didn't want a repeat of last time, to get so emotionally attached to him only for him to push me away and want nothing to do with me. I don't think my heart could handle that. Especially not after everything we've gone through.
"Hey, everything okay?" I'm brought out of my thoughts by the very man I was thinking about. "Hm? Oh yeah. I'm fine, just got lost in thought. Don't worry about me, trickster." He gently pushes some of my hair out of the way as he places a hand on my cheek. "I will always worry about you. You're my Princess after all." My cheeks heat up as I stare into his eyes. "Did you just say I am yours?" I noticed out of my peripheral vision that he started blushing. "No. I was simply just um.. stating that you're from the same variantation as me." He says as a sort of cover up to his previous statement. "Mhm. Then why are you leaning in close to me while your hand rests on my cheek?" He hadn't even noticed he had been leaning in until I mentioned it, which caused him to stop. "I.. Well you see... um.." He stutters out trying to come up with some kind of excuse.
I gently place my hand on top of the hand he has on my cheek. "It's okay Loki. I understand if you've finally become completely smitten with me." I say as a smirk finds its way to my lips. "Finally? Princess I've always loved you. I was just afraid you wouldn't love me." My confident expression changed to a surprised one. "Really? I always thought that when we were arranged to be married you wanted nothing to do with me because you hated me for some unknown reason." He places his other hand on my other cheek. "I could never hate you. You were and always will be my first and best friend. As well as the first person I ever fell in love with." My face slowly turns red at his statement.
"Just kiss already!" The two of us slightly jumped at the sound of Prim's voice. We had been so wrapped up in our own little world that we forgot about those all around us. "She's right, you know." Loki nods in response before leaning in as close as he can without actually kissing me. "Are you sure you-" I cut him off by closing the gap between us, having waited long enough to kiss him. This did catch him off guard, but he didn't stay stunned for long. The kiss was a bit awkward at first, mainly because we weren't sure if one of us would regret the kiss and pull away, but eventually it turned into something soft and sweet. Something that has been long awaited. Something that will be enjoyed throughout the future that is soon to come.
