Melanie's POV
"Oh my gosh" I sigh and catch my breathe.
"Damn" we both say. I look at Justin and smile.
"What?" He looks at me.
"Why was that so good?" Justin smiles. "Shit" I can't help but smile at him. I lay on his chest.
"It was good for you?" Justin asks me. I look up at him and bite my lip.
"Damn near the best I ever had J" he brushes off his shoulder. "Cocky ass" he laughs.
"And you were the best I ever had?"
"Out of?"
"What 5 girls," I look at him and question him.
"Who were they?"
"No me-"
"Just tell me," he looks at me and smiles.
"Alright there was Alexis, then Rissa, Tyler, Vanessa, then you"
"Rissa Dennis?" I ask him.
"Yeah," he nods. "Why are you so surprised"
"Because you can do so much better"
"Yeah I know look who I am laying with" I curl my lips and blush. "What about you?" I sigh.
"Okay there was August," I can't help but smile. "Vincent, Zaire, then you"
"You lost your virginity to Aug?" I nod.
"Yeah I did, surprised?" I ask him.
"Nah, we all knew he was going to be your first"
"We?"
"LA Mel," I laugh.
"Okay okay, you lost your virginity to Alexis"
"Yeah she was something else" I look at him and roll my eyes. "Aww look who is jealous"
"Hell yeah you shouldn't be thinking about her" he lifts my head up.
"Melly you are the only person that is on my mind," I smile. "There's that smile that makes the boys drool" I blush.
"Give me a kiss"
"Which lips?" I giggle and kiss him. "Damn girl" he flips us over.
August POV
"No dad like this!" Adrian yells from the diving board. I look at Adrian and smile.
"Jump Rian!" He holds his nose and jumps off the board.
"Nice job!" India swims over to him.
"August something is burning," Rita says tanning.
"Then check on it" I look at her crazy.
"Daddy it's your turn," Adrian swims over to me with his floaters.
"Alright come on" Adrian pulls me to the diving board.
"Daddy do that diving trick" I look at my son and smile.
"Alright," I jump off and land in the water.
"AUGUST YOU GOT ME WET!" Rita yells.
"Come swim Rita" she looks at India and dries herself off.
"I'm fine,"
"Party pooper" India mumbles, I laugh and swim around.
"Excuse me, August you going to let her talk to me like that"
"I was going to say the same thing babe" she groans and walks away.
"Aww come on Rita!" Adrian yells and goes after her. "Mommy!"
"Mom is here?!" India gets out of the water and runs inside.
"Don't fall India " Rita says.
"I missed you" I hear Melanie as I walk inside the house.
"I missed you too mom" she stands there wearing her gray sundress. Justin behind her, talking to Adrian.
"I'm sorry if I interrupted, it's just that I was going to go pick up Har-"
"She's getting out?" I smile.
"Yeah she is, d-" she stops as she sees Rita.
"Mel"
"Hi, I'm sorry to interrupt a-"
"You are forgiven," Rita smirks. "Kids food is done,"
"Okay thank you Rita" India smiles.
"August do you mind if I take the kids real quick to go see their aunt?"
"No not at all, India and Adrian go get your clothes and dry off," they walk to their rooms.
"Yeah we are throwing a party of Har today, you guys should come by. I know Harmony would love to see you" she smiles, she seems more peppy and happy. Happy? Melanie happy? I haven't seen her like this in over 2 years.
"Yeah we would what time?"
"Um baby did you forget we had to go to the studio?"
" we can go after, I really need to see Harmony baby. We will go" I tell Rita.
"Okay,"
"What time again Justin?" She asks him, looking up at him.
"Your mom said around 2," she smiles at him.
"Yeah 2 would be fine" Rita smiles.
"Oh Mel-"
"Ready" The kids stand in between us.
"Okay come on," Melanie smiles again. "You can just pick them up after the party,"
"Yeah okay that sounds fine, see you then,"
"Alright bye nice seeing you guys" Justin smiles and they walk away. He places his hand on her lower back and they walk away together.
"He's with her" I say to Rita.
"Good for her" Rita walks away and to the kitchen.
"Justin is dating Mel,"
"Maybe you can finally move on" I look at Rita.
"I have,"
"That's good babe" Rita snacks on chips.
"She is happy, a different kind of happy" she sighs.
"Yeah she is," I sit down. "Now can we be happy," she stands in between my legs.
"I'm happy are you?"
"Yeah," she wraps her arms around me.
Melanie's POV
"Mom I missed Auntie Har so much," India smiles.
"I missed her too,"
"Does that mean Logan and Ariel are going to be gone forever?" Adrian asks.
"No, harmony is going to be living with us for a while, maybe"
"I miss the twins," India sighs. I pull into the parking lot and park the car.
"Okay once we get inside you guys know the rules," I look at them through the mirror.
"Okay," they get out of the car.
"Thanks for being here for me," I look at Justin. "Honestly,"
"What did I tell you before?"
"That you will always be here for me,"
"That's right" he kisses me. "C'mon we get out the car and follow the kids inside.
"Visiting?," the officer asks.
"I'm here for Harmony Rodriguez," he laughs and calls for her. "What's so funny?"
"She's been a lot of trouble I'm surprised they are letting her out," I shake my head.
"Mommy there's Harmony!" Adrian yells.
"Okay don't yell baby," harmony walks out in her clothes and smiles.
"You guys are here," she smiles and hugs us.
"I missed you Aunty" they hug her.
"I missed you guys," she tears up. "Mel," I hug my older sister and just hold her again.
"Dang you've grown," I smile.
"No longer little," she laughs.
"Hey Justin," she hugs him as well.
"Hey Har," Harmony smile and starts laughing. That laugh soon becomes a cry all the way to mom's.
"Mommy, Harmony is broken," Adrian says playing with his toys.
"She is just happy,"
"Then why is she crying?"
"Tears of joy genius," India groans.
"Here Harmony, drink some water or else you might dehydrate,"Justin turn around,she nods and drinks the water.
"STOP CRYING!" Adrian yells at her.

August POV
"Are we staying long?" Rita asks as we walk to the party.
"I don't know babe," I sigh and hold her hand.
"Why are you so irritated?" She rolls her eyes.
"I'm not irritated, just stressed,"
"Whatever" she mumbles.
"August!," harmony jogs over to us.
"Harmony," I hug her.
"How are you bro?" She smiles at me.
"I'm good how are you?" I look her up and down. She is still the same, splitting reflection of her sister.
"Man I'm good, " she nods. "I'm just glad to be out, fresh air,"
"Why were you in?" Rita asks.
"Babe-,"
"Oh sorry my name is Rita, I'm August's girlfriend," Rita puts her hand for hand shake. Harmony looks at her hand and laughs.
"Baby that's not something you do, you can't just ask that," I tell Rita.
"What all I asked was a question"
"August calm her down,"
"Calm me down? I'm calm, King Kong over there needs to ch-,"
"Oh hell no," Harmony puts her drink down.
"My fault Har, come on Rita," we walk away before Harmony would have whooped her ass. We walk to the house and I see Justin and Melanie dancing around. I look at the smile on Melanie's face, bigger than ever. Her face is just glowing, she is truly happy. Why can't I accept that?
"August!," Momma Rodriguez yells and walks over to us.
"I haven't seen you in forever, how are you?"
"I'm good what about you?" I hug her.
"I'm good, moms this is Rita,"
"Hi, how long yall been together?"
"A few week know,"
"Mmph," she giggles. " August come over here, excuse me baby" mom takes my arm and locks our together and we walk away.
"What do you think about Mel? Isn't she acting different?" We walk to the front of the house.
"Yeah she is, I think she is just happy," I tell her.
"She was happy with you August," I look at her. "I mean I like her and Justin-"
"They are a couple?"
"I guess so," seeing Mel in a relationship with Zaire and Vincent didn't phase me. But seeing her with Justin it hurts, burns. This feeling is different, I knew Zaire and Vincent would never last with my baby girl Melanie and she would be running back. But nah this time it's all different. Justin just might stay, I know Justin. He's faithful, loyal,loving, caring, he's a good guy. He might just stay.
"Moms this is different, she might fall for Justin. Knowing Justin they will fall in love with each other. She might just get that white Picket fence with a dog running around. Her old fashioned dream, might just come true with him moms. I'm scared," I sigh. " I'm scared that she will fall in love with someone else, that everything will change. Melanie will be long gone, no more coming back. She is going to get married and be happy. I'm scared that she might finally move on. I'm scared that she will forget me," I hold back the tears. "Damn," I sigh and take a breathe. "He's good for her," I look at Melanie again and she looks at me. She stops dancing and smiles. She tucks her hair behind her ear and turns back and dances.
