I walked into the shower letting the water hit my face and run through my hair when I felt a familiar presence behind me.

He ignored me and attacked my neck licking and biting at the spot right above my artery, he took his time bruising that spot before pulling back to look at me
"I thought you might want some company" His voice was low and his eyes full of lust. I had to will myself not to look down as he was standing in front of me in all his naked glory with water running down every crack of his perfectly sculpted body

"So this is what ripper Stefan looks like. Could he be a bit less messy" I say while stepping over a body to enter the living room "it doesn't hurt to clean up after yourself" I sit down
"Would u like a spin?" He asks while trying to hand me the bloody peace of card
"This is what Klaus had in mind when he compelled you to protect Addy and Elena" Damon said while I reject Stefan's offer
"I thought my involvement ended when I came back" I said Stefan just looked at me and shook his head mockingly
"Maybe if you were awake half the time you would know" Damon responded as I got up to go make myself food
"I hardly see how my sleeping pattern is relevant" I say while checking the fridge.

"Mari" Rebekah says as she approaches us
"You know if you want to make friends making enemies with Care is not the way to do it" I say as I stop stretching to look her in her eyes
"I know but she was being stubborn. I think you should be happy about the amount of self control I have. I could've ripped her whole bloody head off" Rebekah says with a small smirk
"Wow congratulations on acting like a civilised human being. You want a certificate?" I ask sarcasm laced in my voice
"Davina, Rebekah. Rebekah, Davina" I say introducing the girls
"So your the girl I have to compete with for Mari's friendship. No matter I could have you dead by the end of the day" Rebekah says with a playful smirk. Davina makes an 'excuse me' face but stays quiet not wanting to anger the blonde
"She's joking. She wouldn't lay a finger on you. Not if she wants even one friend at all" I say slightly threatening Rebekah

Damon told me all about his plan with Stefan but I decided to stay home a bit to lazy to deal with Stefan problems. I walk downstairs after hearing the doorbell a few times and open it
"Delivery for Mari-Adelaide Martin" the guy says holding a clipboard with a paper
"Yh that's me" I say slightly confused
"Sign here please" he says as he points to where I should sign. I sign the paper and he turns to leave
"Wait what was delivered?" I question
"Your car" he replies handing me the keys.I look around and see a black brand new Lamborghini
"Who was it ordered by?" I ask not knowing anyone rich enough to buy me a car
"Nik. He said he would call you when he gets the time and he hopes this is enough to satisfy you in the meantime" he says then turns around to leave again. I stare at the Lamborghini not knowing whether I should sell it or use it. I don't have much time to think about it before I hear my phone go off upstairs. I close the door and jog upstairs to grab my phone without checking the name.
"Hello love"
"Hi" I say awkwardly
"Did you like the car? I thought it would be a nice apology for making you miss prank night" Nik says from the other side
"I don't think I'm the one you need to apologise to. Rebekah was very upset when I came back " I say while walking around trying to find a painting I had done a while ago
"Ahh yes my little sister. How is she? Not drinking the town dry I hope" Klaus says humor evident in his voice
"She's fine but I think it would be better if you heard it from her" I say still rummaging around my room for the painting
"Yes but then I would have to stay on call for 2 hours pretending I care about her recent struggles"
"There's this thing called texting and if you don't care why ask"
"I asked about you. I care about you. I'm making sure Rebekah isn't causing any problems. You are her only friend it only makes sense she would cause you the most issues, she's around you the most"
"She's not around me right now"
"I'm quite aware"
"And how is that. I don't see you around anywhere, unless you put cameras around my room"
"That would be a violation of your privacy love. I'd like to think I'm very respectful towards you"

"Your still not answering" I say I hear a hum on the other side of the phone before he begins to speak again
"I have Stefan give me a brief on your whereabouts every so often"
"You don't find that the littlest bit creepy?" I say giving up on looking for the painting and plopping myself on the bed to remove my shoes
I don't normally wear shoes in the house but Damon and Stefan do and unless my sliders are downstairs I have to keep wearing my outdoor shoes so my socks don't get dirty
"I'd like to make sure your ok what with Mikael on the loose and all you'd probably be one of his first attacks"
"Please i'm not Elena in the nicest way possible" I say leaning back on my bed
"No you aren't, your better which is exactly why you need protection. Vampires can sniff out Martin's quicker than any other species if he smells Martin mixed with wolf he will end you"
"That seems a bit harsh"
"Yes it is but your apart of a powerful bloodline that alone is a threat"
"So why does it matter that i've triggered the curse"
"Mikael especially hates wolves you're apart of one of the species that can stop him and disgust him"
"Maybe I can throw him around like I do to you"
"Something I have repeatedly asked you not to do"

"It's getting late and you sound like you're tired"
"I am. I was just waiting for you to get bored of talking to me" I hear him chuckle on the other side of the phone which makes me smile slightly

Klaus' POV
"Goodnight my little angel"
I wait for her to end the call before calling one of my hybrids in the room
"Daniel can you please put this is the car. We're moving hotels" I pass the painting to Daniel and watch as he leaves before I grab the rest of my things and make my way to the car driving off to a different location to create more hybrids
