Two weeks later,
"Okay, she should start to wake soon." Audrey said as she turned off the machines and took the ventilator off.
Within five hours, Izzy started to come to, "Mmm Chase..please..." she whispered
But as her eyes fluttered open she realized where she was.
"Welcome back stranger.." Nat said
She saw Steve standing with all the Barnes, "You alright Izzy.." Winnie said
"Yeah.." she said
"Well, look who has rejoined us." Audrey said as she came in.
She smiled, Audrey went over her injuries and at home care. After she left Steve sat down on her bed.
"So here's the deal, since you are still recovering we are going to have to set up something. So me Bucky and Winnie have already discussed this." Steve said
"I can take care of myself.." Izzy said
"Izzy honey just listen..we know you can, but this is better." Winnie said
"On nights that me and Nat work you will stay with Bucky and Caroline, on nights that they work you'll be with me and Nat. During the day Winnie and James will be taking care of you. This is only temporary." Steve said
Izzy sighed "Fine.." she whispered.
The next day she was discharged to go home.

A week later she was at Bucky's, he helped her into the guest bedroom he set up for her he even put a air mattress in there for him.
"Steve said that you are suppose to take a sponge bath tonight..I can get Caroline.." he said
"No, I'll wait to go back there." She said
"Izzy, you can't wait three days." He said
She looked down, "You know what, I'll do it." He said
"Buck your wife is upstairs.." she said as he shut the door and led her to the bathroom.
Bucky washed her hair, gently cleaned her body. He helped her with her bandages before getting her dressed for bed. He slept on the air mattress beside her bed and kept checking on her.
Caroline wasn't happy about it but kept her mouth shut.

A month later, Izzy was starting to get back on her feet she was at Bucky's helping his two girls Hadley and Hensley color and make treat bags for Hadley's class Halloween party.
"Where's Bucky?" Caroline said
"He's in the shower.." she said
"Look mama..we made these." Hadley said
Caroline bit her tongue, "Why don't you girls give Izzy a break and go play." Caroline said with a curt tone.
Once the girls left, Izzy could sense her anger "Caroline is something wrong?" She said
"You couldn't just have my husband you had to go and take them too." Caroline said
"Excuse me? If you are mad about the bags it was Bucky's idea." She said
"Of course it was.." Caroline said in a curt tone and walked off.
Izzy went to her room, and called Winnie. "Hey Winnie is it okay if I come stay with you all tonight..I think Bucky needs a break." She said
"Of course sweetie..we'll be right over." Winnie said
Izzy packed her bags, and left with Winnie.
Bucky stepped into the bedroom, "Hey babe I didn't know you were home." He said
"Why did you marry me if you are in love with someone else?" She said
"What? I am not in love with someone else.." he said
"You can't fool me James, you are in love with Izzy!" She said
"Caroline, that is not true." He said
"You haven't wanted anything to do with me, not even sex James!." She said
"I care about her! She's been apart of my life since we were babies! Excuse me for caring about someone!." He said as he slammed the bedroom door.
"Izzy.." he said as he went into her bedroom to find her stuff gone.
He called her phone. "Hello.."
"Where are you?" He said
"At your parents..Caroline doesn't want me there I felt it today." She said
"I'll be there in a minute." He said as he hung up.
He and Caroline got into it again, and she packed up her and the girls.
"There's the damn door Caroline, if you want to go then go." He said
"If you didn't love her you wouldn't be saying that." She said
"Sweetheart you aren't the first girl that I let go because of my close friendship." He said and he left in his truck.
