She reached for her phone immediately it started ringing. Taking a look at the caller. It was mufida's Nigerian phone number. She tapped on the accept button and place the phone against her ear.
"Hey Ruhainah I'm at the airport come and pick me up"she stated and hung up the phone.
"Who was that?"Aryan questioned who was seated next to her on the couch.
She bit her lower lip. Even is she lie to him, everyone is going to know sooner or later that mufida is in Nigeria.
"Customer service"she lied and he nodded briefly. She quickly excused herself and went aside. She dialed laiba's number.
"Meet me outside"she whispered even though no one was there,she was being cautious.
A minute later,laiba came out and rushed to mufida.
"What happened?"she questioned,a little breathlessly.
"Mufida called me up,she is in Abuja"she replied,and laiba was already freaking out. She paced back and forth,licking her index finger.
"I thought she didn't mean it,but it seems like she was serious about it. Everyone is going to find out that we told her about ya heenah's condition when we were clearly told not to"
"Let's get going"mufida dragged laiba to her car and they drove off to the airport.

She tapped her feet impatiently and sighed. The scorching hot sun fanning her. She wiped off the tears and tried to focus and not to break down in front of thousands of people.
She can be an emotional freak sometimes and she hates it because she can't control herself.
The sound of her name being heard made her raise her head up to look at the person, immediately she raised her head up the rays of the sun blinded her temporarily,she had to use her hand to protect her eyes from the sun.
"Ruhainah"she gasped and ran to her,wrapping her arms around her as the tears came back again.
Laiba patted her on her back and said. "It's okay,mufida please stop crying"
They broke out of the hug,both in tears. No words were exchanged as they walked towards the car and zoomed off.
The drive was filled with awkward silence,they were all stuck in their own thoughts.
"She woke up last night,she is completely out of danger now"laiba stated breaking the long awkward silence.
"Alhamdulillah. I'm so happy,I can't wait to meet her. And I'm so so sorry for the way I snapped out on you guys,please forgive me"
A smile crept it way to ruhainah's lips,she relaxed a bit and turned to mufida. "It's okay,we understand"she turned back to the road and added. "We should get ready for our punishment"
"Stop reminding me about it,please"laiba stated feigning annoyance.
"Punishment? For what exactly?"mufida questioned,arching her brows at the both of them, quizzically.
"Yes, punishment for telling you the truth about ya heenah's condition"
"You did the right thing, no one will punish you and don't worry I got your back"she stated and winked at ruhainah which made them laugh.
"How is our Aryan?"mufida asked, wiggling her brows at ruhainah.
"He is fin_"laiba chimed in and mufida smacked her head and said to her amidst laughter;
"I wasn't talking to you,girl"she glared at her playfully and looked at ruhainah who acted obnoxious about it.
"Oh"laiba rolled her eyes and smacked mufida back.
"Tell me,how is he?"she insisted,giving ruhainah a nugde on the shoulder.
"Who?"she asked,holding back her laughter.
"Aryan mana"mufida replied and ruhainah rolled her eyes,honking at the gate of the house.
"Don't disturb me"
Mufida pushed her lips forward forming a pout and said in a whiny voice. "Haba mana"
The gateman hurriedly came out of his room and opened the gate for her. "Sannu da zuwa. Welcome back"he greeted raising his right hand for her. She smiled at him and drove inside the house.
"Stupid girl,karki fada din"she muttered and got out of the car.
She stared at the view around her,with a smile glued to her face. She inhaled and exhaled a deep breath before walking to the door,with laiba and ruhainah by her side.
"I can't wait to meet them"she said, sincerely her eyes brimming with tears.
"Let's go in"laiba suggested and they all nodded,pushing the door open.
Mufida stood in front of the door,her eyes darting from one family member to another,but it stopped automatically when it reached her mother.
Her mouth quivered as she muttered her mother's name. She ran to her and hug her mother tightly.
Her mother didn't hug her yet,she was still thinking how she is seeing her daughter here in Abuja. She had thought she was just hallucinating but it seems too real to take it as a hallucination,so she hug her daughter back,letting the tears to fall down freely without any hesitation.
"Mufida ?"ummi questioned coming forward. She then turned to her Ruhainah,with a confused expression.
Ruhainah looked at laiba and she gave her a sympathetic look,she ignored her and went to her mother.
"How come she is with you,what happened?"
Ruhainah opened her mouth to talk but mufida beat her to it.
"Ummi,I heard about ya heenah's condition so I booked my flight immediately"she lied,she didn't want to tell them that Ruhainah and laiba were the one who told her about it when they were strictly warned not to.
"They picked me up from the airport,that's why we are together"ummi nodded with a smile and patted her back lightly,she isn't convince with the fact that;Mufida heard about the incident.
"How are you?"her mother questioned. "Are you sure you're eating well,you've lost a lot of weight or are you not feeling well?"she added worried laced all over her face.
"I'm fine,umma"she replied taking her mother's hands. "I was missing you a lot,you know"she wiped off her tears and continued. "Don't cry okay ? Your daughter is right here"
"Where is ya heenah?"
"She is upstairs"ummi answered and she nodded,dragging laiba and ruhainah together with her.

First of all,I'm so sorry for keeping you waiting for so long without an update. Y'all know that I'm not like that koh *winks*
I met with someone very popular in wattpad,I know most of you know him because of how popular he is.
The name of this Mr. Popular is Writer's block, y'all know him right ?
Yeah,I know it sucks,it really does.
*Sighs* I met this guy and things were not going really well for us and I gave up writing this chapter,can we even call this a chapter ? No b'cause I know it was boring...
So back to the apology,after some days I decided to just write the chapter again and then something came up at home,I was really busy since my sister is in school and I'm the only one at home running errands,I will just write like one paragraph and then keep the phone aside because someone called my name or something.
Manage this short and boring chapter,I will update soon,in Shaa Allah.
