Authors POV (There is mostly gonna be the author's POV)
Both Jimin and Jungkook we're called on the jury box together. As both of them were standing on the jury box Taehyung started his work.
He made both of them swear the God oath and everything they will say will be honest.
Start
Taehyung: So Mr.Jungkook Can you tell me a bit about your relationship with Park Si-Yeon and please try to remember his last conversation with you.
Jungkook: We didn't really interact that much but he was really polite with me and his last conversation with me was-

**Flashback**
"I'm glad Jimin got you by his side, I always feel bad for Jimin. I always needed someone by his side because I couldn't be, his mother passed away after that he was all in the maids' hands because I never had time and when he grew up a bit. It was taehyung always taking care of him And now I want you to take care of him jungkook, I trust you a lot just don't break it".
"Don't worry Mr.Park. I promise I will never hurt him or let anyone hurt him".

Did I break my promise? Mr.Park trusted me treated me well and I am fighting a case against him and my husband, But they can't just do this to my dad so I have to do this I'm Sorry Mr.Park. Jungkook said to himself.

Jimin was getting teary and weak slowly and missing his father more but he needed to stay strong for him.

Jimin shouted loudly to make the jury attention to him and believe him more.
**A night before the first session**
"Jimin I will call you and jungkook both at the same time DO NOT INTERACT WITH JUNGKOOK," Taehyung said making it clear.
"And when I ask you, you have to talk about the deal we were working on say it out loud and drag all the attention toward yourself okay? It's a trick to make the judge and jury believe in you more than the opposite party.

So that's why jimin didn't want to go on honeymoon because of the deal now things start making sense. Jungkook thought and glanced at his dad who was all tensed.
"Dad is everything okay," He asked him
"Jungkook wtf is your lawyer doing tell him to object it fast," he said getting angry.
"Dad He can't object to anything because They have all the papers and Taehyung is not the best lawyer just for name wait a little more"

Taehyung: Sir so as my client told you about the deal we had was a big deal with an American company.
"They the thing and makes it more obvious was the accident occurred the same day when he had a meeting with them and Mr.Park was on his way So this was not a car accident it was a murder by the driver of Mr.Park because there was no sign of the driver because it was a car blast and there was no other body than Mr.Park."
Taeyong: Yes And that's the point If it's the driver who did the murder then why my client is being dragged-
Tashyung: BECAUSE HE IS THE WHO MADE HIM MURDER MR.PARK.

Judge: Oder Oder No swearing and shouting in my court. Now Mr.Taeyong do you have anything to say in your clients defense or we showed move on with Taehyung's statements?
Taeyong: Yes, My Lord My question is Park Jimin. Please step on the jury box.
Jimin did as the lawyer said and taeyong smirked on the other side Taehyung was not having good vibes.
Taeyong: So Park Jimin You were born on 13 October on the same day your mother died because of you.
Taehyung: Objection my lord, This has nothing related to the case.
Judge: Wait, Mr.Kim let the other speak, Go ahead.
Taeyong: Thank you, My Lord, So Mr.Park as we got to know you father was from a very poor family and he caught a rich fish, I mean your mom and when she died, He immediately got all of her property-
Before he completed he got a tight slap across his face. Everyone gasped so do jimin who was a crying mess.

Mr.Jeon Smirked and Jungkook just looked down.
Judge: ODER ODER, STOP THAT'S MY COMMAND.

"It's okay chim, I'm here don't cry," Taehyung said comforting the smaller who is crying mess.
"But why w-ould he say that, It no-t even relat-ed to the ca-se" He said crying.
"Jimin jimin jimin understand they don't have anything to say so they will play with your emotions just don't let them okay?" Taehyung said in a soft voice and jimin just hummed.
Meanwhile
"HOW DARE YOU FUCKING MADE HIM CRY YOU PIECE OF SHIT" Jungkook roared beating the shit out of his lawyer.
"JUNGKOOK STOP" Mr.Jeon came and pulled Jungkook away from taeyong who was bleeding.
"DAD THAT'S IT THIS MOTHERFUCKER MADE HIM-
"JUNGKOOK YOU KNOW WHAT SHUT UP WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING"
"WHY CAN'T WE YOU ARE INNOCENT WERE ARE THE EVIDENCE-
" WE CAN'T BECAUSE I KILLED SI-YEON"
As He confessed Jungkook stood there looking at his father not believing, So jimin was saying the truth.
"No sa-y tha-t you are lie-ing"
"It's the fucking truth"
"WHY DAD WHY DID YOU DO THAT"
"BECAU-SE I JUST DID, WILL YOU SEND YOUR DAD TO JAIL NOW?"
Dad killed him, Now he will go to jail but he was the one who took care of me always gave me everything and what about the company. But Jimin? Jungkook's mind was filled with thoughts
"No dad I w-ill fight with you"

Judge: Please Start your statement and this is a warning nothing can go out of the case.
Taehyung&Taeyong: Yes, My Lord
Taehyung: So my lord, I'm gonna call the most important persons related to this case Bring both of them
Taehyung was holding Jimin's hand knowing he is gonna lose it and jungkook saw it and tried his best to ignore it.
As the person entered in courtroom Mr. Jeon's eyes widen.
Taehyung: Sir here is the murderer. The last person to see Mr.Park. Means the one who killed him.
