Off's POV
"I don't have time for you, Milk"
I stood there, glaring at a b*tch that is now in front of me. I was feeling a bit excited and happy today since I will be going to the GALA with Gun but, does she have to appear right now?
Certainly, no to the f*cking N.O
"Aww... Don't you miss me, cupcake?" Milk said with a flirting tone and she even called me by our OLD endearment. F*cking hate it
"Not. One. Bit" I said with a cold tone. She laughs. My hands in fist, trying not to punch her right away
"What a sweet thing to say" She said and walks slowly towards me, staring at me with lust in her eyes "I want you to come with me to the party"
"No." I answered and turned around, walking away from her
"What the f*ck, Off?!" She shouted in anger. I stopped and turn my heda to look at her, she have this angry expression, her veins in her head almost popping out
"I already have a date. And he's much better than you" I spoke. I smirked "And it's P'Off or Mr. Adulkittiporn for you, ms. Milk"
With that, I left her alone inside that room. I saw Tay already standing and waiting outside. Tay saw me in a bad mood, I hop inside the car and so was he then went off back to the office
"What happened back there?" Tay asked
"The slut shows up and wanted me to be her date" I spoke with a bored tone and sighed
Tay shook his head "Damn. I guess your mood is now ruined?"
"Yeah. I don't have any meeting anymore, right?"
"Umm...yes" Tay answered "Wanna go back to the house? You and I still needs to prepare"
"Sure, I need to cool my head" I spoke and massage my temples "How's the venue?"
"It's coming in smoothly. The guys are already in position, I told them to keep an eye on your guy"
"He is not my guy, Tay"
Tay looked at me with a raised eyebrow "Uh-uh, okay, whatever you said"
A few minutes later. We finally reached my house. I hop out and Tay went to his own house to change I guess. Well, it's already five, so I guess I'll have to change. Walking inside the house, I noticed that it was too quiet. Maybe they're still dressing up
I went to my room and saw that my suit was already ready, I don't want some grand today, so I just choose the plain but presentable one. Stripping my clothes, and walking inside the bathroom to take a shower. After cleaning myself, I put my suit on and applied some cologne and styled my hair back
I finished doing my thing and my phone rang. I took from the nightstand and saw Tay's message. Exact on time, I put it in on my pockets, fixed the color of my suit and went outside
Walking down the stairs, I'm already hearing murmurs of people, probably two and it's probably Sara and Nong Gun
"Hey, are you-" My sentence was cut short. They heard my voice, Gun turned around and smiled at me. Are his lips that plump before?
Let's just say that I was mesmerized
Sara coughed snapping me out of my thoughts
"So!" She clapped her hands "Here he is P'Off, and I'm already dressed up for the party, and I already called Derek. I'm gonna go now, see yah!"
Sara waved goodbye before leaving the house. I looked back at Nong Gun, his head lowered and avoiding my eye contacts. It kind of makes me angry for some reason
I walked towards him, I saw him flinched a little. I put my hand out, he looks at it and looks up at me
"Come on, we have a important party to attend to" I said. He gulped and placed his hand on top of mine
I smiled at him and he smiled back. I'm actually happy that he's getting a bit more comfortable with me, and maybe with Sara as well
I held his hand as we went out of my house, and walks towards the car. I let him inside the car first and me next. We both sat on the backseat as the driver drives the car
The ride was awfully quiet. Gun is still holding my hand, and I can tell that he is scared since his hand is trembling a bit. To put him at ease, I caressed his hand with my thumb snd it actually helped
A few of drive. We finally arrived at the venue, It is in the middle of the forest but the place is huge and have a great design. As expected of Tay and the other designers. We hop out of the car, I took Gun's right arm and placed it on top of my left arm
We walked towards the entrance, I gave them both of our names and the invitations. The guard lets us in, Gun suddenly started to tremble again. I caressed his hand, causing him to look at me. I gave him a smile and a nod. His eyes roamed around the whole room, he looks back at me and gave me a hesitant nod
We walked around and found out table. Tay and Derek are already sitting on the table. The guys welcomed us. Me and Gun sat down and the waiter gave us drinks. I asked the waiter to bring us some ice cream for Gun
"So, who's this?" Derek asked. Gun looks down, I held his hand under the table and caressed it
"This is Gun, the one I saved from the last operation" I answered
"Oh? The boy? He looks like in a better state than before" Derek commented
I nodded. We continued our talk and the waiter came back with the ice cream. Gun's eyes had sparkles in them when he saw the ice cream, I let him eat and we continue our talk
"Where's your partners?" I asked as I drink a glass of wine
"New and Sara went somewhere to get souvenirs or gift bags. I don't actually get what they said" Tay answered
The two came back and they actually gave Gun a gift bag as well. New introduced himself to Gun and he seems comfortable around New. A few minutes later, the emcee came on stage and started the announcement. Gun tugged my sleeve and told me with a low voice that he needs to go to the toilet
I asked him if he wants me to come as well but he shook his head. New volunteered to come with Gun since he also needs to go to the toilet. The two walked out of the table and went to the restroom
"Gawwdd.....I want some Ice cream too" Sara whined, clearly not interested on what the emcee are saying
"You could have told me about that earlier" Derek said
"But you were busy talking!"
Me and Tay laughed. I looked at the direction of the restroom and saw Gun standing there and looking so scared. I also saw a woman standing in front of Gun, but I can still see half of her face. My eyes widen when I noticed who the woman is
"Milk"
