"Good morning, classmates," Ritsu greeted.
Y/n furrowed his brows as he had just entered the classroom. He couldn't help but grimace at the sight of Ritsu being back to normal as before. Maybe he should've stayed home today... He really didn't want to deal with a murderous machine today.
It seemed like Y/n wasn't the only one disappointed at the fact that Ritsu was turned back to normal. Everyone in class held a worried look on their faces as they have seen the old Ritsu was back. Some even shared a few worried glances.
"Word came down from her inventors just last night," Karasuma stated as he had his arms crossed and all of the students looked at him, "Upgrades are considered a breech to your agreement to the harms of students," He said to Koro-sensei as he turned to Terakasa, "And as for you, tie her up again and you'll pay damages, because if we break it, we will buy it."
Terakasa tched and turned away in a huff. Y/n narrowed his eyes at the box of bolts, no longer seeing it as his classmate. Karma seemed to side eye Y/n's expressions and Ritsu.
Karasuma sighed, "That's the way things are now, I have no choice."
"This is the word from her inventors, is it?" Koro-sensei asked, "Since when have I been in the business of a peasing parent? My students needs come first..."
Y/n could only roll his eyes, "This day is going to go greatly. I really should've stayed home today," He mumbled to himself.
As the day passes on, everyone in class was on edge, always waiting for Ritsu to pull out her guns and shoot up the place. No one was really able to learn that day because of their own anxiety of getting shot, hell, even Karma was slightly nervous.
One period passes, then the next, then the next, all with no incident, yet. Y/n would side glance Ritsu, making sure that if there was any sudden movement that he will be quick to either to run out of the room or hide under his desk.
Then suddenly, the sounds of Ritsu tech started up, startling everyone and especially Y/n. Y/n eyes widened as he was about to raise his arms to protect himself, however, the sounds of guns and shooting never came.
"Huh...?" The class collectively let out.
"You wanted me to make flowers, didn't you?" Ritsu said, as it was holding up multiple different colored flowers, "When Koro-sensei updated me, he made a total of 185 improvements to my functionality, my master determined approximately 95% of the improvements to be irrelevant to my purpose and deleted them.
"After analyzing the effectiveness of cooperation, I calculated the highest probability of success was by maintain these improvements. I hid the related software in the corner of my memory bank before it could be erased."
Y/n blinked a bit in shock, "She really does have her own free will..." He whispered to himself.
"Outstanding!" Koro-sensei praised, "Ritsu, does this mean..."
The Ritsu that was known and loved showed up on screen looking like how she did before the downgrade, "Yep! I have free will! And boy does it feel fantastic!!"
The class couldn't help but smile as they have gotten their classmate back to functioning. Y/n stared at Ritsu before glancing down at his teddy. He snuggled his teddy before looking back up at his happy classmates. Maybe it was a good thing that he didn't stay home.
"I'm home," Y/n called out as he took off his shoes.
"Welcome back, Y/n," Itona said, poking his head from around the corner.
Y/n blinked before slightly glaring at the sight of Itona. No, he doesn't really like seeing Itona. For some unknown reason he had become insanely attached to Y/n, and it's been driving him insane.
"Oh, Itona," Y/n greeted, "Where's our guardian at? I need to give him an update about Sensei."
Itona walked over to Y/n, sticking by his side, "Sir it out on a business trip to the government, something about 'A.T.F.A.' my old partner."
"How fun, so that means I'm stuck with you for a while, huh?"
"What is that supposed to mean?"
"Nothing," Y/n said as he went to the kitchen to grab himself something to eat, "So, what did you think about your 'partner'?"
"It was weak," Itona stated immedently.
"Should've known you'd say that..."
Itona tilted his head to the side slightly, "Well obviously, everyone around me will always be weaker. I am more powerful than anyone, so I'm going to be calling everyone around me weak. There will be no one who can defeat me."
Y/n side glanced Itona before looking back down at the apple he was cutting, "With that mindset, you've already lost."
Itona's eyes widened as a heavy atmosphere surrounded him, "What...?" He asked in a dangerous tone.
Y/n ignored the change of tension, "Thinking that you're all high and mighty will lead to your downfall. You are going to fail and lose. You are too overconfident and that will be the reason for your defeat. Don't come to Sir for help, he will only make you worse.
"I've learned from experience..."
Itona's eyes twitched as he gritted his teeth, "Why you-"
A knife was placed near centimeters from Itona's gold eye. Itona froze in place, knowing that if he moved anymore, he would be stabbed in the eye for sure. He looked at Y/n who still had his back turned to him.
"Never," Y/n started, "try to attack someone that's in the kitchen, Itona. On top of that, never try to intimidate me. I may be weak, but I know a hundred ways to kill you, and a thousand more on how to torture you. And once I'm done with you, I know 150 ways to hide your body. Do. Not. Test me."
Itona's eyes widened in slight horror and fear. He as quick to step back and away from the knife that Y/n held. He never knew that Y/n could be so horrifying, was this the person that 'sir' was training all his life?
"Besides," Y/n said, the atmosphere lifting as he put the knife away and turned around, "I was cutting up and apple for the two of us. How rude of you to try and attack me when I'm trying to be kind to you. Anyways, here, eat up."
Y/n placed a bowl filled with apple slices on the counter. He dusted his hands and took a slice himself before walking to his and Itona's shared room. He held his teddy close to him as he walked away.
The minute Y/n left the room, Itona couldn't help but fall to his knees from the pressure. He took in a deep breath as he steadied his heartbeats. He looked back to where Y/n's disappeared to, then at the bowl of fruits.
Itona got up from his kneeling stance and looked at the knife that Y/n put away. He let out a tch as he covered his face. A blush rose from his pale cheeks, Itona couldn't help himself. How can such a weak person be so intimidating. That just makes Itona more interested in Y/n.
Y/n shook his head as he laid on his bed, 'Karma is rubbing off on me. I blame him.'
