Graduation.
Oh how quick a year came to pass.

"Miya Atsumu."

Atsumu was snapped out of his slightly dazed state, grounding himself as he heard his name called.

Walking up to stage, the faux blonde smiled brightly as he went to accept his diploma. This was finally it, a new chapter to his life started after this, and yet he felt as though he'd just started high school a day ago.

Shaking the thoughts away, Atsumu happily accepted his diploma. Sparing a genuine thank you before taking a bow and making his way off stage where other graduates were awaiting him.

In a group stood those from his team like Suna, Osamu, and Ginjima, along with former team members like Kita and Aran, all there to congratulate others along with one another.

"Congratulations you guys." Kita commented once the entire team was together, once again, both old and new members.

"My baby brothers all grown up, 'm startin' t' feel old.." Atsumu pouted as he wiped some fake tears, all to earn a smack to the back of the head from none other than Osamu.

"Shut yer trap, yer only older by a few minutes!" The grey-haired twin wore a scowl while Atsumu simply laughed, that few minute difference was something he loved teasing Osamu on.

"I see time never changes both your behaviour.." Suna mumbled, rolling his eyes playfully as the twins bickered to themselves.

"Didn't we start high school like, just yesterday?" Kosaku piped up, catching the attention of almost everyone there.

"It sure does feel like it, doesn't it?" Aran questioned in response, a lighthearted chuckle slipping as he looked around.

"Speaking of which," Kita cut in. "Do any of you have plans after this?"

"'M takin' a culinary course or few, haven't decide how many yet," Osamu shrugged. "'M shootin' for openin' my own place 'soon as I can."

This caused happy nods and a few claps within the group, yet had two stunned, being Atsumu and Suna. Neither knew about this as Osamu hadn't even mentioned the idea.

"What?" The previously mentioned two questioned in unison, looking from one another back to Osamu. Since when the hell had he made that decision?

"Mhm, 'm not doin' volleyball after this. Did I not tell ya two?" The grey-haired genuinely asked, he honestly thought he'd said something but as it turns out, he did not — whoops?

"No?!" Atsumu yelled, though it came off more as playful, he really was hoping Osamu would've gone pro like he planned.

"We're going pro." Suna cut it, knowing very well the two could've easily started bickering again.

"Both of you?" Osamu and Kita both questioned at once, earning nods in response from both Suna and Atsumu.

The two had talked about going pro with one another, in fact — they'd been talking about it more in the past year than they had just about ever.

"'Any team ideas yet or are you both waiting till your settled first?" Aran questioned, pulling the two's attention, being Suna's and Atsumu's away from everyone as they talked on.

"'M thinkin' 'bout waitin' at least a year or so, just so I can move out then apply." Atsumu shrugged and looked to Suna, letting the brunette speak afterwards.

"I don't really have an idea yet, I'm with 'Tsumu though, I'm not applying till 'Samu and I are settled in." After finishing his sentence, Suna slightly froze seeing the looks he got from both Aran and Atsumu.

"Yer movin' in t'gether?" The blonde questioned, followed by a small gesture from Aran — the two had both been thinking to ask the same thing.

"Mhm, we're staying in Hyōgo, though we still haven't decide where specifically we're staying yet." Suna then looked to Atsumu, the two were kinda off in their own little convo now.

"You didn't tell me where you were going though?" The brunette questioned, he and Atsumu had talked on what they were doing but not where they were going.

"'M probably movin' t' Osaka or somethin', one of the teams I've been lookin' at is out there and it seems like a good 'nough reason t' go."

"Well would you look at that, Miya Atsumu out on his own in Osaka, all grown up." Suna spoke with nothing but a teasing tone, which came alongside a small smirk.

Atsumu of course rolled his eyes playfully in response to this, he was nervous for the future to come, however; he couldn't help but feel excited as well.

"Sakusa Kiyoomi."

As his name was called, said ravenette tried to sneak up onto stage as quickly as he could. He still wasn't big on the feeling of everyone's eyes being glued to him, which would've been why he didn't stay on stage long.

With gloved hands, Sakusa took his diploma rather hurriedly — mumbling a hushed thank you and slipping in a quick bow before silently speed-walking off stage.

After getting off, he let out a sigh of relief. Now silently making his way over to the far less crowded corner Komori had been waiting for him in, Sakusa felt a little more relaxed.

"Congrats Kiyo!" Komori smiled brightly, said brunette patting Sakusa's back happily. Of course with the exception of himself having a glove on.

"It's just a piece of paper Motoya, nothing big." Sakusa shrugged, a dull look sitting on his face like usual.

"Be excited for yourself will you, I know the paper may not be much to you but it means we're down with high school! We're growing up!" The smaller brunette held his bright smile, though it quickly turned to a look of curiosity as he heard Sakusa chuckle.

"I've grown up, yeah — but I can't say the same for you, don't get ahead of yourself." The dark-haired rolled his eyes playfully, a small muffled laugh coming from him as he watched Komori's offended expression grow.

"Hey! I'm grown thank you very much,  wouldn't have graduated if I wasn't!" The brunette retorted, only to receive another muffled laugh from Sakusa.

"Wrong, you haven't grown for shit either." The taller ravenette fired back, he knew damn well he wasn't wrong on either statement, an Komori wasn't very happy about that.

"Whatever," Komori tolled his eyes, said brunette quickly going to switch topics. "So cuz, got any plans after this?"

Sakusa took a moment to think on this, and after some silence, continued on.

"I'm thinking about going pro, I haven't really found any teams yet but," Sakusa paused, taking a small breath knowing he'd very well get teased for this. "I was thinking I could get your help with that?"

"My help?! The Sakusa Kiyoomi wants my help looking for a team? Oh I feel so-" Komori stopped, instantly being cut off by Sakusa himself.

"-And never mind, I'll figure it out on my own after I move." Sakusa sighed bitterly, rolling his eyes as Komori shook his head.

"Then I'll just help you after you move, I'll only be a few hours away you know." The smaller brunette didn't necessarily suggest -- he was more telling Sakusa it was happening anyways.

That made Sakusa pause however, he forgot himself and Komori were splitting after this. Both planned to go pro, but the team Komori had interest in was centered in the Nagano prefecture.

Which just so happened to be almost five hours from Osaka, but they still swore to working out visits, obviously.

Regardless of that fact, Sakusa couldn't help but be nervous about the whole move and what was to come. Of course he knew he still had Komori, but with the distance, it was bound to get lonely quiet quick.

Unless..

No, not a chance.

Sakusa repeated the words to himself before focusing back on Komori, they both had new futures ahead and the excitement was all he planned to keep in mind.
