Ellie: no. I'm not still mad, because that's not how I want to spend probably our final adventures with them. But if we somehow make his dream come true and make an animal and human friendly planet, your in for it
Manny: if we fulfill it they get married and fly off with their own kind never to be seen again
Ellie: I was thinking about that too. What if....
Manny: ooh! I know! We destroy their relationship! Right? That way we'll never have to let them go, and they'll just stay little kids FOREVER!!!!

Later that night as everyone was asleep, diancie was practicing on making a heart diamond getting Stevens attention. But she got so worn out it vanished in seconds
Diancie: I'm sorry mother.... I just can't do it like you
She looks up as a shooting star soars across the sky before her eyes
Steven comes up to her
Steven: they say if you make a wish on a shooting star before it disappears it might come true
Diancie: my wish will come true?
Steven: yeah
Diancie: okay, I think I'll try
Steven: I'll do so too
Steven puts his hands together and closes his eyes just as another shooting star comes. Diancie does the same
Steven: I wish that one day, people and nature can coexist together side by side, with no conflict upon another. I wish one day, humans and animals alike, can become friends. And that diancie will make the most purest and forever lasting diamonds in the world
Diancie's eyes glimmer as he said that as she makes her wish, as latias watches them

The next day the group were in a boat as they continued their way seeing the marine life outside
Steven: a pod of ichthyosaurus!
Clement: incredible!
Bonnie: their so cute!
As she says that, one of the ichthyosaurus starts swimming backwards like a dolphin chirping clapping his flippers just like a dolphin. He even sprayed water on them and splashed them as he dove into the water to join his pod. The gang got all wet but Bonnie just starts laughing at how much fun she was having as well as the rest of the group
Diancie: this is the most fun I've ever had since I left and it's because I'm on this journey
Steven: being with your friends is fun. Glad your enjoying it
Diancie: I don't understand. What do you mean by friends?
Steven: what do I mean? Friends are.... well friends!
Latias: people you know and like who you trust and want to be with you
Bonnie: and help you when you help them
Diancie: huh... friends
Steven: like us. We're your friends
Diancie nods with a smile
Diancie: well then, if that's what friends are, I will hereby allow you all to be my friends!
Bonnie: the wee you go again! Acting like a princess!
They all start laughing
Diancie: I'm so happy!
Then she put her hands together as she makes a diamond and tosses it into the air as Bonnie grabs it

She puts it in her bag as Steven looks back to the water
Steven: race ya!
He zooms toward the river as latias realizes what was going on
Latias: hey! No fair! You got a head start!
She catches up to him just as the boy makes it to a doc and the group get out
Manny: look at them. He was literally a human a couple days ago
Diego: come on, give him a chance. Get to know him more
Manny looks to the happy yet weird couple
Ellie: bonding! That's a great idea!
Manny: (catching on) oh! Right! Gotcha!
Ellie: you take Steven, I got an idea for latias
Manny walks up to the duo trumpeting to get their attention
Manny: hey! Stevo! Can I talk to ya for a Minuit?
Steven: sure!
Steven flies up to manny as they walk to town
Steven: so what do you want to talk about?
Manny: well I've known you since I left nublar, but we haven't actually got to know each other, so... how about a little game or two of hockey at the ice ring?
Steven: sure! I'd love to try hockey

They were in the ice ring with Steven and manny on the ice

Diego looks to Steven who was trying to put his hockey gear in except for the knee caps sonic he didn't have knees anymore

Ellie was preparing a campfire as she looks to the bushes. Crash and Eddie come out ready for her idea as latias comes
Ellie: so, what do you think you'll do when your done adventuring and Stevens dream comes true?
Latias: we've talked about it and decide to soar off with our people, flying over the islands, starting a new life and raise our own family when the time comes
Ellie: I guess, it with several new predators around, no home to speak of and no support system, do you think you'll be ready for.. this!
She tosses something into the air and latias catches it to reveal
Eddie: (baby voice) I'm a whittle baby
Eddie starts pretend crying
Ellie: imagine it. In the woods, looking for food, and your baby gets sick. What do you do?
Latias tries to think as she giggles Eddie
Ellie: NO! Giggling makes it feel worse!
She snaps her trunk and enters crash
Crash slips and falls on a rock show bing his lollipop up his nose and pretend cries
Ellie: oh no! Now your older toddler has a skinned knee and a stuffy nose!
Crash leaps up to latias face
Crash: mommy hold me!
Ellie: now your babies are crying, you have no food, then you come face to face, with a rabid beast!
Sid: grr! I'm a rabid beast! Who gives rabies to babies!
Sid lunges at latias and pretend bites her wing
Ellie: and theirs an arsonist on the loose!
Gladys come sand strengthens the fire making a piece of it land on sids tail making him scream in pain running around no like crazy
Ellie: how are you gonna Handel all this WITHOUT ANY HELP?!
Latias was overwhelmed by all of this. She starts to panic, but then at the last second, clement's bunnelby lunges out of the dirt putting out the fire. Before anyone could say a word, the trio came and helps latias out by putting out sids tail flames, getting crash and Eddie off her face and tying Gladys up
Serena: Ellie! What are you thinking! Your scaring her!
Ellie: I was just-
Serena: just what? Trying to give her nightmares?!
Clement: if that was what you were planning them you certainly did a good job at it
Ellie: no! I was just trying to teach her how to raise a family in the wilderness
Serena: and THIS what what you came up with? SCARING THE DAYLIGHTS OUT OF HER?!
Bonnie: come on latias, let's go find the others
The group leave Ellie just shocked by all this
Ellie: well your lucky kid, cause that was just the easy stuff! Theirs a lot more we still need to cover!
