"Jimin.."
Yoongi walked faster, reaching near Jimin's locker where the other stood trying to find something. Yoongi was sure, Jimin knew something or the other about Hoseok's state.
"I'm in a hurry Yoongi. I'd see you later.."
Jimin briefly said as he closed his locker, walking away from Yoongi.
"Where are you going?"
Yoongi asked again.
"A friend of mine needs help. Not now.. i'd talk to you later."
With that he ran upstairs. Yoongi wasn't sure if he was taking the right steps when it came to Hoseok. He had offered him to join his team already. But he did not want anyone to mess it up. He and Namjoon had worked nights off for those best grades, he couldn't let someone ruin their concept of teamwork. It wasn't like Hoseok was already a part of the team but he had thoughtfully asked him out to be their third partner. I mean who could understand music better than a dancer himself. And Hoseok seem to be interested as he took the subject for major.
Yoongi had never seen this coming.
"Namjoon, i'm off..!"
He shortly said on his phone, specifying it to Namjoon that he was leaving for the dorms and Namjoon need not search him in the college, incase. His feet followed where Jimin walked. He had clearly noticed a shirt in his hand. Yoongi was too smart in terms of things. He had completely assumed it had to be something related to Hoseok.
'You shouldn't be doing this.'
His mind repeated but he cared less. It wasn't like it was his matter of concern. But he still cared. He stopped right before the dance room. He had no strength to step forward to look into things, so he stood there outside the door. He could see Hoseok sitting in a corner through his reflection in the vast mirror. He hastily put on the shirt Jimin threw at him as Jimin sat down next to him.
"Thankyou. Thankyou so much."
He said as he looked at Jimin with gratitude.
"No dude. Its fine. Do you wanna tell me about it?"
Jimin asked and he just stared at him. Hoseok was really grateful he had Jimin or to Jimin for being the way he was. It always made him feel loved. He nodded shortly as he explained things to him, apologizing in the end.
"I should have listened to you. I never thought they'd do that."
He ended. And all Jimin could do was pat his back..
"I told you.."
Jimin reminded.
"But Jaebum didn't seem bad. I thought he could be trusted.''
Hoseok said.
"Nobody's bad. Its that, bad habits of good people make them look bad."
Jimin said and it made all the sense in the world. Yoongi on the other side was fuming as he heard things. He felt relieved as his confused mind could find the answers of those irrelevant questions.
He needed nothing more to confirm. He had to do something. It wasn't his matter but now that Hoseok got involved in it, it WAS his matter.
He went home that day, thinking of ways to solve things.
It had been a week since then, everything seemed normal. The sun was still shining. The air was yet moving. The planet was yet safe. And Hoseok had to talk to Yoongi, yet.
"Yoongi..!"
Yoongi had been waiting for this day to come. The Jung Hoseok had finally made a move.
"Yes..?!"
Yoongi turned around as if not realising who was calling him. He knew the voice like it was his own. He had replayed it in his mind for 'n' times, but he had to put up a show. He was THE Min Yoongi, for god sake.
"H-hi.."
Hoseok said as he stood right in the middle of the corridor. Yoongi just stared at him.
"How are you?"
Hoseok just couldn't get himself to speak. He was beating around the bush to make himself a bit comfortable. Yoongi could see straight through his soul, and that made him nervous too.
"So this is what you stopped me for? I'm leaving."
Yoongi said as he turned around. He hated how Hoseok just couldn't speak. I mean, he was the one needing help anyways. Yoongi couldn't help but smile at that timid "how are you?!!" It was so stupid of Hoseok to say that but he looked cute.
"No no..!"
Hoseok jumped holding Yoongi's hand, stopping him. He looked at him with pleading eyes. The passing crowd had confused stares thrown at them but they had no time to look away from each other.
"Can we not talk here? You're embarrassing me."
Yoongi said finally. And Hoseok let go of his hand. Yoongi cared less about those useless stares, those judgemental minds. He just wanted Hoseok to keep all his attention on him.
"I'm busy now. Meet me by the basketball court after school."
With those last words, Yoongi literally flew away.

"Wait for me."
Yoongi said as he continued playing with his team. It had been 2 hours Hoseok was waiting for Yoongi to finish his match. Jungkook being the brat he is, kept teasing Yoongi while Taehyung for some reason loved the fact of Hoseok being around. He kept waving at Hoseok every time he looked at him getting a glare from Yoongi.
Jin on the other hand just smiled at their lovely group activities which were going out of schedule. This Hoseok guy was a complete disturbance. But in all the good ways.
Yoongi couldn't really concentrate, because the team was disturbed, nothing else! Okay?!! He was all focused. Don't blame it on him. He kept missing catches and yelled at his team to throw them right.
"You punks, pay attention here."
But they were too fond of Hoseok to even look at Yoongi.
''This guy..!"
Yoongi said as Taehyung jumped from the side gaining a point and score. Yoongi had been going out of his mind. He would never let Taehyung get a penny if he was in his right mind.
Hoseok just looked at the bunch of idiots ahead of him. One was a stupid fond alien, other his rude dumb classmate, a caring friend, a muscle pig and a group of 4 other boys he saw before but had no idea who they were.
"Is he the best player you've got?"
Hoseok asked as he secretly pointed at Yoongi. Jin just nodded as he sat down next to Hoseok sipping on some water.
"He's the captain for a reason..''
Jin defended.
"I can tell how bad your team is, by the captain itself. Did you really win in the intercollege fest last year? Or the college made that up?! Taehyung seems much better than you all.."
He suggested.
"I heard that..!"
Taehyung said as he smiled brightly. Jin just laughed.
"Well.. all thanks to you."
Jin said as he walked to the court again.
"What do you mean??"
Hoseok had no clue. Jin wasn't the eldest for nothing. He was one of the smartest people the university ever had. He was observant. He could see things, nothing left his eyes. But his ever so understanding mind made him the most loved human.
"Every dog has his day..!"
Yoongi said. Short and sweet. Not wanting to insult anyone, but letting people know that he was the best.
"Are you calling yourself dog, Yoongi-ah?"
Jin laughed and others followed.
"I was talking about Taehyung..!''
Yoongi smirked and everyone went silent. Taehyung for no reason hugged Hoseok asking for sympathy and Hoseok gave so. He patted on his head as he laughed at the joke too.
"Its okay dude."
Hoseok said.
"Aren't you getting too fond of my man?"
Yoongi said out of disgust. He rolled his eyes as he roared.
"5 minutes break..!''
"My man..?"
Jungkook repeated after him, confused a little. But anyways-
