Alina's POV
All of them except Allen and Felix like me. I'm trying to be nice to them. It's not easy but I realized they love me truly. I didn't even know about their existence until yesterday.
I thought about them all night. My mother always said that my family is dead and she never treated me like her daughter. So I never bothered to find my real family even though I had resources. I have my questions and I will find my answers to them one way or the other. My brothers are trying their best and so will I. I have got another opportunity to have a real family and I am not letting it go.
After having breakfast and changing the dressing of my injured foot we all head to the living room. Andrew excuses himself for some work. The boys had put on some comedy movie which was boring for me. I pulled out my phone but to my dismay it had only 10% charging left.
I sighed."I'll put my phone on charge and come back." I announced and made my way to my room.
"You remember the way back to your room, right?" Seth asked me.
"Yes I do." I gave him a tiny smile and walked upstairs. I plugged my phone on charge and walked back downstairs when I saw Allen walking upstairs. He wanted to say something but I ignored and walked away. I was halfway through the stairs when someone grabbed and turned me by my left arm very harshly. I used my right hand to grab the railing so that I won't fall and came face-to-face with an angry Allen.
I closed my eyes and gulped down the pain he was inflicting. "Leave my arm Allen." I said rather calmly.
"Why did you come back? Weren't you satisfied after taking away mom? Now you're here for freeloading isn't it? Or maybe even stealing huh? Mom kind of did right by leaving you as well. Andrew also took you in out of pity." He spat angrily. I didn't even flinch at his voice.
I forced a smile,"Leave my hand before I do something I would hate to do and for you very kind information I didn't take away ANYONE."
His grip on my hand tightened instead. "Last warning Allen. LEAVE. MY. HAND." I said in a calm tone.
"Or what? What will the little princess do?" He mocked me.
My patience and calm evaporated faster than water. I yanked off my arm from his grip very harshly in turn hitting his jaw with my elbow.
His face turned to a side because of the impact and he groaned while holding his jaw. I angrily made my way downstairs but yet again I'm grabbed by the same arm. I momentarily winced. Anger filled me when I saw it was Allen again. His eyes were dark and he was fuming.
"How dare you hit me?" He yelled at me. Mason, Seth, Tristan and Felix come to us upon hearing our commotion.
"Leave her Allen. You are hurting her." Tristan yelled in worry.
"Then what about this? She also hit me?" He pointed his jaw to our brothers.
"That was self-defense and you should leave my hand right now." I sounded dangerously low but he didn't leave my hand and I lost it.
I sighed audibly before slapping him right across his face with my right hand. The sound resonated and I heard a few gasps. I took his left hand, whose grip had loosened when I slapped and twisted it behind his back. He groaned in pain.
"I had warned you Allen. You or for that matter no one can touch me like that. I might look weak but I'm not." With this said I left his arm.
I looked at my brothers who were shocked. I know they didn't expect this from me but this is who I am. I won't let anyone control me or harm me. I am my priority. I huff in anger and go to my room.
Tristan's POV
What we just saw was so damn unexpected. After Alina left we all were speechless.
"That was so..." I trail off but Mason completed my sentence. "Badass."
"Exactly. I love her to pieces now." Seth said proudly. "And you." He pointed at a groaning Allen. "Get to your room this instant. Andrew isn't going to be happy with this."
Allen stomped his foot and went to his room.
"I don't know why he is blaming her. She is a kid. She did nothing wrong." Mason said in an annoyed tone.
Seth and me nodded our head in agreement. Seth went to Andrew's office to tell him about the incident while Mason and Felix went to Allen and I go to Alina.
Her room wasn't locked. I knocked twice and entered when I heard a come in. She was sitting on the edge of the bed with an angry face. I go and sit beside her.
"Are you alright?"
"Yes I'm fine."
I sigh. "Roll up your sleeve. Let me see your arm."
"It's fine Tristan. Don't worry." She was getting annoyed but tried to control.
"Please princess. Just for me." I plead. After a few seconds she finally gave in.
"I'll change first." She went to her bathroom and I went to my room to bring some cream.
When I came back she wasn't out of her bathroom so I called her. I heard a thud from the bathroom.
"Coming out in a minute." She yelled from the bathroom.
I nodded and sat down on her bed. She came out within a few seconds wearing a sleeveless t-shirt. Her hair were open and she looked cute.
I smile and make her sit on the bed. A bruise had formed just above her elbow. I opened the lid of the cream and applied it gently on her arm. She winced a little. I expected her to cry a little but it seems like she has a good pain endurance.
When I finished applying the cream Seth came into the room. He gave us a sad look upon seeing the bruise.
"Andrew has called all of us in his office." Seth announced.
All of us head to his office after Alina puts on a shrug.
