So I have to go to physical therapy 🙂 This last month has been so bad and mentally stressful, that my posture and how I've sat at home to do online school combined with how stressed I've been over certain events constantly has had my muscles tensed up so tightly for so long they need to be reset and professionally reworked. It's hard work and taxing and draining so I'm nervous, but I'm in sooo much pain I want this, so I'm glad it'll hopefully help. It was definitely shocking however
