THE NEXT DAY
Y/N's POV:
After the whole "fight" that I had yesterday, Dani has made us both stay home for the rest of the week.
I think it's an unfair punishment, I was just protecting my girlfriend. But, it was either this or telling Christina. I decided that I wanted to keep breathing so we went with this option.
All this time at home has proven to be VERY boring. Lauren and I are sitting on the couch, scrolling through episodes of the office to watch.
"Hey, choose that one, it's really funny." Lisa chimes in from her spot on the couch.
"Dinner party? No way, I've seen that like a million times." Lisa frowns as Lauren says this.
"Why are you guys even here anyways? Shouldn't you be out and about?" Lauren and I both look at each other, trying to come up with an excuse.
"Do you wanna pay for our gas money, Lisa? That stuff gets expensive." She chuckles as I feel relieved that she didn't find out.
About an hour later, Lauren goes to her room to take a nap and I'm left alone with Lisa.
"So how is your relationship going? And please, spare me the kissing stories." Lisa laughs as she takes a handful of popcorn from my bowl.
"It's actually going really well. She's become my best friend." I can hear a gasp coming from her mouth.
"Um, I'm right here, Y/N. Aren't I your best friend? Girlfriends and best friends are different you rat."
"Oh....um....suuuure."
"I hate you." As soon as she says this my phone rings.
I go to pick it up and I stop in my tracks when I see the name. It's my mom.
I'm reluctant to pick up and Lisa notices. She looks over and gasps when she realizes.
I pick up and put it on speaker so Lisa can hear.
"Um. Hello?" I say quietly.
"You lying bitch. How could you lie about Brian like that?! You put him in jail, Y/N! JAIL!"
"Mom, I wasn't lying. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to send him to jail. But what he was doing wasn't right."
"You never liked him. Just because he didn't like the fact that you're a little f*g doesn't mean that you can make up lies." I look over at Lisa and her face drops. Anger replaces her concerned look as she tries to contain herself.
"Mom, I-"
"No, you know what? You're such a disappointment. I've hated you since the day you were born. Never come back to this house you-" Lisa quickly reaches over and takes the phone out of my hands. She hangs up on my mom mid sentence and looks at me with anger all over her face.
A tear falls from my eye and her anger turns into sadness. She wraps me in a tight hug and gently rocks me.
"I'm sorry, Y/N. I'm sorry. You're not a disappointment, I promise you." I start to cry even more, remembering all the harsh things my mom told me.
"She t-told me she doesn't love me."
"But she does. She does, my love, she was just angry. And who cares what she thinks? I love you so much, ok?" I nod while crying into her shoulder.
"I love you too, Lisa." For the first time in my whole life, I finally feel like I have an older sister. Someone who I can look up to and who loves me unconditionally.
She kisses my forehead and walks into the kitchen. 2 minutes later she comes back with 2 bowls of chocolate ice cream. My favorite.
"Hurry up and eat before the demons come and take it." I laugh and shove a spoonful of ice cream into my mouth.
Suddenly Dani and Lauren both come into the room.
"ICE CREAM? THERE'S MORE ICE CREAM?" Dani yells and looks into the freezer.
Before I know it Dani and Lauren are both sitting next to us on the couch with their own bowls of ice cream.
After about 5 minutes the rest of the sisters walk in and notice our food.
"What? Guys, why didn't you tell us about the ice cream party?" Christina says with fake anger.
"Sorry, Lauren and I ate the last of it." Dani looks over at Christina with a ring of chocolate around her mouth.
"Yeah, I can tell."
Everyone climbs onto the couch and Katherine turns on a funny movie.
After 30 minutes, I hear a chime from my phone.
Dummy💙🦋: wanna go back to my room and make out?
Y/N: oh, definitely
Suddenly, Lauren gets up from the couch with an adorable smile on her face.
"Y/N, can you come to the bathroom with me?"
"Why certainly."
Dani gives us both weird looks as we fast walk to Lauren's room.
As soon as we get there I shut the door and push Lauren onto the bed. I straddle her and ghost my lips over hers.
"Is this what you wanted?"
"Oh, just kiss me."
I slam my lips onto hers and her hands go into my hair. I bite her bottom lip and shove my tongue in her mouth. She lets out a soft moan as I explore every inch of her mouth. I smirk against her lips and she disconnects them.
"What?"
"You're such a bottom."
She blushes as I reconnect our lips. My hands make their way down to her stomach and I start lifting up her shirt.
I almost get it off when the door opens.
"Guys, what are you doing in here, you're-OH MY GOSH." Christina covers her eyes in horror as we jump off of each other.
"Can I open my eyes?"
"Yes." I say as Lauren hides behind me.
"What did I say about funny business?" Lauren hides even more behind me, embarrassed out of her mind.
"Lauren. What did I say about funny business?"
"Y..you said not to do it." She whispers from behind me.
"That's right. I said not to do it. And what were you doing?" Lauren stays quiet and I chuckle to myself.
"AND WHAT were you doing?"
"We were....we were doing funny business." Lauren brings her head down to stare at the ground.
"You're sleeping on the COUCH tonight, Lauren."
"No, Chris, it's fine. I can sleep on the couch." I reach behind me and pull Lauren out from her hiding spot.
She looks at me and smiles while her face gets redder.
"Fine. I don't care which one of you does it. But, maybe you'll learn your lesson and realize that I'm serious." Christina leaves and shuts the door.
"You were very bad today, Lauren. You engaged in funny business. I'm very disappointed in you." I shake my head at her and wag my finger, to which she rolled her eyes at.
"Shut up, you loved it."
"Not as much as you did." I take her hand and bring her back the watch the movie.
As soon as it finishes, I stay on the couch and Christina brings me a pillow and blanket.
Lauren tries to kiss me goodbye but Christina literally jumps in between us.
"Oh, and there goes Christina. The love killer." Dani snickers to Lisa as they run away.
Lauren trudges towards her bedroom sadly as she shuts off the lights.
I roll my eyes and turn on the office while I get in my blanket. I'm watching a Christmas episode to fall asleep to.
My eyes start getting droopy as I hear soft footsteps coming from behind me. Suddenly, Lauren appears in front of me.
"Hi, baby." I smile while yawning.
She opens her arms for a hug and I open them back. She climbs onto me and rests her head in the crook of my neck.
"I'm sorry I got you in trouble. I wish you were sleeping with me." I can feel her soft breath on my neck as she whispers to me.
LAUREN'S POV:
"It's ok. I'm really irresistible so I get why you wanted to make out with me." I chuckle and lightly kiss her neck.
"I love you." I get butterflies as soon as I say this, because we've never said it to each other before.
"Wait, what?" Y/N sounds panicked as she says this.
"I said I love you."
"Oh....um. Thank you."
