~lunch that day~

i walked towards the bleachers and put my stuff down. today was a good day, i always love seeing that i can bring a smile to peoples face. and i was also happy that vinnie didn't cause a scene. he gave me a reassuring smile the whole way through to keep me calm, which i really appreciated. after he came up to me and gave me a hug and told me how good i did. but than he left, no causing a scene.

mar was really supportive too. he clapped and made sure i was okay, i guess mattia told him about the anxiety thing. i was happy that they weren't trying to kill each other anymore. i definitely still see tension but nothing over the top. i started eating and than my phone rang;

"text from cynthia 😍"

i opened it;

"coming over after school okay? luv you"

i really miss her, she's my best friend and she means the world to me. she's been really busy lately with the new clothing line, so i understand. i was excited for later though.

"hey y/n" mariano walked over to me and sat down

"hey" i smiled moving my bags

"can i come over later? we can make cookies or sum" he offered

"i would love that, but cynthias gonna come over and she's always busy"

"oh, that's okay this weekend we got a date" he shrugged

"oh yeah, i forgot" i lied, why did i just say that?

"you best not forget!!" he exclaimed

"i was joking, i don't have anything to wear though" i frowned

"your telling me in that BIG ASS closet of yours you don't have anything to wear to the movies?" he chuckled

"yep" i said back

"oh my- you got problems" he laughed

"HEYY" i hit him

"heres some money, go buy something with cynthia" he said handing me a hundred dollar bill

i just sat there, my mouth hanging open, before i said anything;

"MAR, no no no i can't take that" i pushed it away

"HERE Y/N, it's fine trust me"

"i..i uhm i have money" i said

"and so do i gosh" he sighed "just take it y/n"

i took it and put it in my pocket;

"thank you sir" i said hugging him

"anytime" he smiled hugging me back "im serious, if you every need anything just tell me"

"i know, thank you" i pulled away from the hug

"mhm, did you take any photos in that outfit today?" he asked pointing to my shirt

"oh yeah, kairi took some" i replied

"he's the only one i'm fine with" he laughed
