A new beginning

It was a day like any other for a (normally)short blue clad skeleton... well except for the fact that it was his first day at a new school.

This school was a school that only accepted students with exceptional talents like, singing, dancing...etc.
It's a school most people would want to attend to, mainly Because you're almost guaranteed to get into any college you'd want if you do.

And the small skeleton currently sleeping in his star covered bed, had managed to get a spot in the school....five months after the school year started.

As it was, the tiny skeleton, sans, was sleeping peacefully. Trying to get as much sleep as possible before his alarm would inevitably awake him from his deep slumber.

It was only a few minutes later that an obnoxious shrieking sound coming from his alarm woke sans up from his beautiful dream...about ketchup? He knew it was weird, don't judge him. Sans tried to ignore the alarm, rolling over and covering where his ears should be were he human, and attempted to go back to sleep.

Though eventually, Sans grew tired of the annoying noise the alarm produced. Groaning, he smacked a button on the alarm and the shrieking noise finally stopped.

"Oh, thank the stars, that alarm is so annoying" Sans mumbled under his breath as he slowly and tiredly got out of bed.

Usually Papyrus would wake sans up if he needed to be somewhere early in the morning, but Papyrus would be staying at his best friend, Undyne's house for awhile, since she lived closer to Papyrus's school then he did. Papyrus is too young to attend to Multiverse Dreams High, which is the school sans is having his first day at.

Papyrus is in seventh grade, while sans is in ninth. He's two years older than his brother, yet his bro is way taller, and-
Not really what he's supposed to be focusing on at six o'clock in the morning, but it's not like he hasn't done weirder things early in the morning.

His school uniform was pretty cool, well at least sans thought so. The shirt was white with a blue blazer jacket that had the delta rune crest on the top right corner of the blazer, the uniform also had matching colored pants that sans didn't really like, but he'd wear them anyway. For the most part sans didn't have a problem wearing the uniform every day, though it was a tad too big for him, even when it was in the smallest size the school had. It was actually kinda embarrassing...

Sans got dressed quickly after realizing exactly how much time he had before school would start. As soon as sans was dressed he ran downstairs and into the empty kitchen as no one else was home, his parents having abandoned him and papyrus when they were young. Sans opened the fridge and grabbed the first thing he saw, what just so happened to be sans's favorite food in existence.... ketchup, okay so it may not be classified as food, sans doesn't care for details, in his eyes- er eye sockets? Ketchup is a healthy breakfast food, and lunch food...and dinner food. Okay so he may be a little biased, big deal.

After drinking the ENTIRE bottle of ketchup, sans grabbed his bag which was a sapphire color with sequence covered stars on it. A bit childish for a high school backpack, but Papyrus had gotten it for him for the new school year, and sans thought it was cute.

With his bag in hand and his phone in the other, sans finally left for school. It was a nice day outside so sans didn't see the harm in walking to school, as it was only a ten minute walk, and sans had at least Twenty-five minuets to spare. guess all that rushing was completely unnecessary.

As he was walking he took note that there was a new cafe that had just opened up to the public. It had cute stickers covering the window, one of them was a sticker of mew mew kissy cutie, which was the main character of an anime sans liked. Sans decided that he might as well visit the cafe after school, as it was on his way home, and he had money to afford it because of the many jobs that he had.
