Takato steps on Todoroki's chest and was about slam his fist down but was pushed back by Todoroki creating another barrage of ice which connects. However Takato grabs on the ice and with a terrifying roar he yanks the massive iceberg off before hurling off it at another trail f ice smashing it to bits
Todoroki: "That last attack...was a lot stronger than your previous attack. Are you telling me to stay away?"
Takato merely steps forward towards Todoroki: "I don't know are you done hiding behind your walls of ice or are you going to fight me with everything you got coward?"
They both notice how their arms were covered in frost and how each other was shaking.
Todoroki: "I just listened to your words carefully on our trip to USJ, hoping it would be useful. After that, it wasn't that hard to figure out way to beat you. I just had t make you use your quirk long enough till those drawbacks of yours kick in what ever they are. *He briefly stopped to take a glance at the audience, looking for someone in particular.* "Thanks Takato. Because of you, my old man's face is clouded, I can win this without using his quirk. Let's finis-"

Takato's roar echoes through the stadium as a blue light emanated from his back causing all the frost that covers his arms to melt. Takato's eyes begins to shine blue as the a loud humming sound begins to grow more and more louder as soon unleashes his atomic breath straight towards Todoroki, which Todoroki barely blocks with his ice but soon exploded launching Todoroki away. Takato then raises his head firing the atomic energy towards the heavens which soon he stops his attack to glare down with a snarl at Todoroki as the monochromatic boy was almost pushed out of bounds.

"Asshole.. you used your atomic breath at the last second? Why are you going so far to win?" Todoroki asked in a staggering voice.
"Todoroki...your trembling." Takato says out loud. "It's just like you said, all quirks are physical abilities and they have limits too, right?" *The black haired teen raised his tone, standing up straight. "All of us are fighting with everything we've got..... to achieve our dreams." The attention of all the audience along with the students were once again taken by Takato's words. "....to reach to the top. And you dare insult us by wanting to win with only half of your strength?" He paused again for a brief moment. "You haven't even put a damn scratch on me until now. SO...COME AT ME WITH EVERYTHING YOU'VE GOT! Or do you plan on just spewing big words like that flaming piece of shit over there." Takato yells out as he gritted his teeth as he clenches his fist
