The door shut loudly echoing through out the room "Mr. Gaulden how do you feel on wining another successful case" Linda asked walking into his office unexpectedly, Kentrell chuckled shaking his head "it feels good knowing i do enough to help my people" he replied shrugging with a smile on his face.
Linda was Kentrell current boss, She wasn't young but she surely did look young
Kentrell checked his watch sighing, he had twenty minutes to get to his mothers house for his brother's seventeen birthday.
The only person who Kentrell really knew loved him still and he could have confined in at any time it would be his brother Kendall.
"Good evening Mr. Gaulden good job once again, keep up the good work" Linda said smiling before she left shutting his door
Kentrell smiled standing from his seat, if his family didn't realized how hard he had worked for what he had he knew Linda did and she always reminded him of how good he was at his job.
After he was finished gathering his belongings he closed the windows closing his office door shut.
Kentrell had two meetings today but due to family emergency the second meeting had got canceled and had been reschedule for the next day, he didn't mind since he was still processing the story of the first family, he had enough time to look over everything and would be able to make a better decision on who's case he would work better with.
He walked out the building heading straight for his car until a voice stopped him "Mr. Gaulden" Kentrell turned around looking for the person who had called him seeing no one
"Kentrell" he heard someone say beside him making him step back

"whatchu want Bela?" He asked starting his walk back to his car
Bela jogged up to him smiling "nothing, i just wanted to know if you might be busy Saturday?" She asked nervously, Kentrell opened his car door placing his belongings inside before looking back at Bela.
Bela wasn't all the way attractive but she was still beautiful and she was always smiling for some reason.
Kentrell didn't think of a reason to lie to her or tell her no so he slowly nodded his head bringing an even bigger smile to her face
"Is it okay if we both get dinner then?" She asked hoping he would say yes
Kentrell pursed his lips to the side he wasn't trying to go on a date or even get into a relationship any time soon
But this was Bela
So he smiled briefly before taking his phone out his pocket "put you're number in" he told her passing her the phone
Bela took the phone smiling putting her number in, she scrolled trough his messages quickly before exiting of all apps placing it back in his hand
"Thank you" she mumbled watching him get into the car
Once she moved out the way Kentrell started his car driving straight to his mothers house
After a fifteen minute drive he was finally there, he was three minutes late but he was still there
Shutting of his car he looked at himself trough the glass mirror smiling, he knew he was fine and every time he looked at himself he understood why ladies would always swoon over him.
He sighed unlocking the car door getting out the car before making sure it was lock
He didn't want to show up at a place he knew his entire family would be and also knew they would judge him but he felt like he didn't really have a choice.
