Alright! It's been awhile since I've updated this book, huh? Sorry! (Or not sorry depending on whether I annoy you or not. 😂) Anyway, I have a bit of a story to tell before I leave you to adorable Beatles, so I'm gonna make it snappy.
So, we were listening to my local Christmas music station on the radio and Paul's version of The Christmas Song came on. As a bit of a back story, my mom is always making fun of Paul's 'high-pitched' singing and she calls him a girl just to aggravate me. That being said, when I told her he was singing the song, she said it wasn't him it was Tony Bennett. In fact, she wouldn't believe it was Paul until I asked Siri who it was and it said Paul McCartney.
All of this to say, my mom thought Paul was Tony Bennett and now I get to remind her of this occurrence every time she says he sounds like a girl. I had a little victory, y'know? 😂
