Cole Makenzie waited impatiently by the door. He was expecting a certain male-friend of his any minute now. He sighed, checking his watch again. He was meant to be here 5 minutes ago. All of a sudden he heard a knock at the door.
He sprang and to open it only to find Diana Barry, looking like she has just stepped off her ship. He tried hard not to show the disappointment on his face.
"Diana, I didn't know you were coming."
"Hi, Cole. You look wel..." She was interrupted by a shriek from the top of the stairs.
"Diana!"
Courtney hurtled down, two stairs at a time. Diana dropped her suitcase and rushed forward with her arms open. Courtney ran into them, wrapping her arms around Diana neck.
"I've missed you so muc..." Diana was interrupted again by Courtney kissing her.
Cole stood there flabbergasted. They hadn't told anyone yet.
"Diana Barry kissing a girl?" said Cole. "That is..."
"Unexpected," Aunt Josephine's voice echo from where she was standing, smiling.
