Calla's POV

"Okay, let's get started," Tiergan started. "First of all, you need to enter my mind."

"So exactly how do I do that?" I asked.

"I'll give you the advice your dad gave your mom. Just listen."

"That was terrible advice."

"Just reach into my mind and listen!"

I closed my eyes and imagined a rope connecting our minds.

"Why do you think I won't be able to do things like my mom?" I demanded.

"Well, seeing that you passed through my blocking, I do not think that anymore. But yes, you were correct."

I felt my lips curl into a smile.

"Can I try transmitting?"

"Go ahead. Just think about what you want to say and then project it into my mind." Again I connected our minds with the rope and then I thought about what I wanted to say.

Did I do it?

That was very fast, Tiergan transmitted back. Out loud he added, "You're almost as powerful as your mom!"

"Almost?" I sounded disappointed. I was disappointed.

"Try transmitting to your uncle."

Yo Uncle Keefe! Can you hear me?

Wow, yeah! I'm in Atlantis, how did you reach me?

I just proved to Tiergan that I can transmit as far as my mom can!

That's my Blossom!

Ugh, whatever. Bye. I cut the connection off.

"Did you reach him?"

"Huh? Oh yeah, he was in Atlantis."

"Impressive. Very impressive." I grinned.

"What next?"

"That's enough for today. I made Ripplefluffs!" My mom's voice called from downstairs.

"Alright then. Bye Calla, I'll see you tomorrow."

I waved goodbye and then ran downstairs for food.
