Chapter 5: The City Is A Fun Place

Semi waved at Shirabu and walked over to him, he smiled "Huh? You're here too?" Shirabu nodded and smiled "I am.." The smaller male looked at the much taller guy's eyes Why are they puffy "Were you crying?" Semi stiffened and looked away "No. Uh, what makes you say that?" Shirabu laughed then stopped and gave a serious look "Your eyes are puffy." Semi shrugged and looked away "Maybe I was crying but I'm fine now." Shirabu sighed "Yea okay." he looked at the lights. He noticed the club next to them. Semi looked at him "Wanna go in there?" Shirabu shook his head "Nah, I'd rather just walk around here." Semi nodded "Alright." Kenjiro and Eita were walking around just staring at the stars above them along with the lights."It's a pretty night today isn't it?" Semi asked and Kenjiro nodded "It surely is," His entire face turned red once he felt something grab his hand, he looked down seeing Semi's hand then looked at Semi's face which was bright red. He's blushing..? When he blushes...it's cute... He gave small sigh and continued to walk. Semi stopped and grabbed Shirabu's face, looking deeply into his eyes "They look pretty with these lights.." Shirabu face only got redder "Shut up..." He looked away. Semi smiled and booped his nose "You're blushing Shirabu." Shirabu grumbled "So what? I'm not used to getting compliments from people other than my parents..." Semi lifted an eyebrow and laughed "Well you should start getting used to it, cuz Shirabu I'll tell you. You are one pretty guy. Even if your hair is cut unevenly." he laughed "But it's fine...you look cute like that." Shirabu's face felt hot as if there was a fire burning into his skin "Semi you're acting so nice...it's so strange.." Shirabu had never really had a good friend, all his good friends had left him due to him being gay or being the prime target for bullies, and didn't want to be caught in the loop. He didn't know the line between having friends or being in love. But he didn't care, if he had one reason to keep on living he'd do anything to have him always with him. "Hmm? Really? Pfft.." Semi laughed softly, and put his hand on top of Shirabu's "You still tend to snap back even if people are being nice to you." Kenjiro rolled his eyes "Sorry I guess.." Semi shook his head "Don't be. There's no need for you to say sorry, Kenjiro." Shirabu grumbled, "I guess..." He looked at the time 1:30 AM "I have to go in thirty minutes." semi nodded "Don't worry I understand. I should get going myself as well." Shirabu nodded and looked back up at the lights "The city is a fun place...I'll see you tomorrow Eita." Semi nodded and waved "I'll see you tomorrow Kenjiro."
