Kira Onyx joins the guild known as Fairy Tail. She joins looking for a family and boy did she find one. She loves Fairy Tail with all her heart.
This story will take place as a backstory till her adventure in Fairy Tail ends.

I woke up to being jumped on, I groaned and opened my eyes. "Whaaaaaat....." I groaned, I heard small giggles. "It's too early!" I complained, I heard more giggles. I huffed and rubbed my eyes I looked across my room to see Lily, but someone was in the corner. I jumped up and grabbed my dagger that was conveniently located under my pillow. I held it in the direction of the stranger. "Hey now, is that a way to treat a friend?" I heard a familiar voice ask, the man stepped into the light "Laxus?" I asked in disbelief, he smiled "Correct" he opened his arms, I threw off my blankets and ran into his arms hugging him. "I missed you..." I mumbled into his blank tank-top "I missed you to...." he mumbled into my hair, he both stepped back from our hug. "Why are you here?" I asked not trying to be rude "Well... how could I forget my best friend's birthday" I then remembered, it was my birthday "You forgot, didn't you?" 'He knows me too well' I thought, I nodded at his question. He laughed, I suddenly heard "Mommy's silly" I froze "Mommy?" Laxus questioned "I can explain!" I said a little nervous "Explain." Laxus said blankly "Okay, so I adopted a child from one of my missions with Erza. She was alone in the desert" I explained, he sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose "Sounds like you" he sighed, I smiled "Are you angry?" I asked "No, like I said sounds like you. You would do something like-" he was stopped mid sentence when Lily jumped onto his leg "Are you one of mommy's friends?" She asked "Uhh, yeah. I guess." "I like you mister!" She cheered, Laxus chuckled at her. "Well, I like you too." He smiled "Yay!" Lily cheered again, with a bigger smile. I smiled warmly at the scene, at least she liked him. "Let me get changed then we can plan what to do" Laxus nodded, picked up Lily and walked out of my room. Before I changed Laxus called out through the door "Evergreen put a birthday dress in your closet!" I chuckled, 'of course she did...' "Thank you!" I looked through my closet and I found a beautiful plan dress.

I came out of my room "So? What do you think?" I asked as I twirled in the dress. Lily ran up to me "You look beautiful mommy!" "Thank you." I smiled, I looked up at Laxus as he walked closer to me "You look amazing" he smiled, as a light pink blushed dusted our cheeks barely visible. Lily looked between us confused on why we were blushing. But she brushed it off and pulled my hand dragging me away from Laxus "Come on Mommy we have some surprises for you!" She cheered, Lily led me to the dining room and I saw breakfast all set up. The table had: Eggs, Bacon, Toast, Orange Juice, and cinnamon rolls. "Wow, I didn't know you guys could cook," I said, impressed. "ScarFace did all the work!" Lily cheered, I chuckled "Thank you ScarFace." I said trying to keep a straight face "Kira I swear-" "What are you gonna do ScarFace?" I put my hand over my mouth trying to stop my giggles. He sighed "Only for today" I nodded 'I'm never gonna let him forget this' We walked to the table and sat down after I stopped laughing. We ate breakfast in a peaceful silence. Once we finished eating I took everyone's plate but before I could wash them.... "Let me do it" Laxus said taking the plates out of my hand, I smiled "Thank you" he nodded slightly and walked to the kitchen, I heard the running water turn on. I looked towards Lily "Time to get you dressed" is said to her, she nodded and ran to her room. I walked in to see her wait for me. I got her changed into a forest green dress with a tint of blue in the fabric. Her shoes were golden and sparkly, she also wore a gray and white flower purse with a brown strap.
