Monica POV |Next Morning|

Buzz buzz

"Ughh! Why are people blowing my phone up early this morning!" I say to myself as I lazily reached over and grabbed my phone

I pressed the green button and put it up to my ear as I wiped the crust out of my eyes with my free hand

"Hello" I say with a sleep still in my voice

"Bitch!" Shay voices yells through the phone causing me to flinch a little, and move the phone from my ear

"Shay it better be raining money, or some shit the way you just screamed into the phone!" I say with a small attitude

"Girl! Did you not hear?!"

"Hear what Shay?" I ask with confusion

"Jessica Simone McKoy is in Atlanta bitch!" She says as I felt my whole body froze

"What?! Shay please don't play with me. You know I don't joke about shit like this." I say as I felt my breathing start to get quicker

"Mo I wouldn't make shit up like this to fuck with you!" She says as the phone dropped out my hand and I felt a panic attack happening

Why is she here?

Is he here with her?

He is going to know where I stay?

I'm in danger?

When I meant I want to stop running I didn't mean this.

"Mo baby?" I heard a sleepy Malcom say as he woke up confused, but instantly got concerned

"Hello! Hello! Mo!" Shay yelled out as I felt myself start to shake really bad

"Monica! Breath!" Malcom says as I shook my head and by now I heard my heart beating and I was shaking so bad to the point that Malcom tried to hold me down. I felt myself overheating, and slowly seeing black patches

"Please breath Mo." Malcom says as full blackness took over my vision and just like that I blacked out

18 year old Monica

"I am so ready for this summer trip to Bora Bora! Girl I went to the new H&M they opened up, and I bought some cute outfits!" I say to Shay as we were walking to our old lockers, and getting some of our things we left.

Yesterday Shay and I officially graduated. That's right your girl got her diploma. My parents didn't want to have the graduation party yesterday due to them going out of town for two days and coming back tonight. So we decided to push it to Saturday.

"I'm just surprise your parents are actually throwing you a party, and they are going to be there." Shay says as I nodded in agreement with her

"Exactly. I think mainly because they didn't come to my graduation, and guilt is eating them up. But it still won't cover the fact that they missed a big milestone in my life." I say with a sigh and did a small shrug

As we were walking to the lockers I couldn't help but notice the weird stares from a lot of the girls and guys

"Why is everyone looking at me so weird?" I say to Shay with confusion

" I don't know . That's weird. Usually everyone speaks. It seems as if they seen a ghost." She says to me as I saw a few people whisper to one another
